Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Non-motor symptoms are an important component of the manifestations of Parkinson's disease(PD);they usually include sleep disorder, neuropsychotic symptoms, autonomic dysfunction, pain, and so on.Non-motor symptoms are multifactorial and mainly involve various non-dopaminergic neurotransmitter systems. These symptoms are not only a result of disease progression, but also can appear in the early stage of the disease, and they can have a major impact on the quality of life. The early notice of these symptoms may lead to better therapeutic strategies and subsequently to the improvement of the quality of life in PD patients.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(08):-
Objective To Study on regularity of iron deficient anemia(IDA) in gravida, provide preventive methods and improve hygienic quality. Methods IDA incidence rate of 12W~19W, 20W~27W, 28W~35W, 36W~pregnant duration were anlyzed in 521 gravida. Results The incidence of IDA in gravida was 16 87% and increased with the development of pregnancy. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, the incidence of IDA markedly increased accompanied with by the decreased Fe, SF and TS, especially during the 28~35 weeks of pregnancy, which reached the peak with the anenia incidence of 26 37%,and 80 50% of cases was irom deficient symptom,it suggesting iron deficiency in this stage and Fe, SF, TS decreased to the lowest level and the stored iron was almost exhausted and ZPP increased. Conclusions After 12 weeks of pregnancy, gravida should be supplemented with iron agent. It's also suggested that those gravida with gestational age older than 28 weeks with the Hb levels of less than 105g/L should be considered as IDA and should be treated with iron supplement. [

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of dual-phase insulin aspart with different dosing regimens on the related indica-tors of type 2 diabetic (T2DM) patients with poor glycemic control. METHODS:70 T2DM patients with poor glycemic control were randomly divided into group A and group B. All patients were given metformin and stopped other antidiabetic drugs;based on it,group A was additionally given Dual-phase insulin aspart injection,0.5 U/(kg·d),in the morning and evening before a meal by subcutaneous injection;group B was given Dual-phase insulin aspart injection,0.5 U/(kg·d),once before lunch time for 6-10 U and other twice in the morning and evening before a meal by subcutaneous injection. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Glu-cose control rate, glucose control time, and glucose indicators, daily fluctuations of glucose before and after treatment and incidenc-es of hypoglycemia and adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:Glucose control rate in group B was significantly higher than group A,glucose control time was significantly shorter than group A,incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly low-er than group A(P<0.05). After treatment, glucose indicators and daily fluctuations of glucose in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and group B was lower than group A(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLU-SIONS:Conpared with 2 times a day,Dual-phase insulin aspart with 3 times a day for administration can effectively improve the glucose control rate and glucose levels in the treatment of T2DM patients with poor glycemic control, with good safety.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;15(3):228-231
Skeletal muscle is essential for the glucose disposal in organism, which is one of the major sites of insulin resistance. The over-activity of classical renin-angiotensin system ( RAS) induces the oxidative stress, leads to the impairment of insulin signaling and glucose transport, resulting in insulin resistance of skeleton muscle. The activation of non-classical RAS by inhibiting classical RAS activity, can ameliorate insulin resistance in skeletal muscle tissue.
