4.Update on the pathogenesis of hyper IgM syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):10-13
The hyper immunoglobulin M syndromes(HIGM) are a heterogeneous group of genetic disorders resulting in defects of immunoglobulin class switch recombination, with or without defects of somatic hypermutation. They can be classified as defects of signalling through CD40 causing combined immunodeficiency,or intrinsic defects in B cells of the mechanism of class switch recombination resulting in a pure humoral immunodeficiency. This review summarizes the molecular pathogenesis of HIGM.
5.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of juvenile dermatomyositis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(3):294-297

6.Rehabilitation of cardiopulmonary function and quality of life after percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2010;32(10):771-775
Objective To quantify the effect of rehabilitation training on cardiopulmonary function and the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Sixty-nine patients after PCI were randomly divided into three groups. Those in group A were given conventional medical therapy; group B had additional walking exercise; group C had both additional respiratory training and the additional walking exercise. Treadmill exercise tests, pulmonary function examinations and a health questionnaire were used to evaluate cardiopulmonary function and quality of life after three months of treatment. Results After three months of treatment cardiopulmonary function and quality of life had improved significantly in groups B and C, and there was significant difference between groups B and C. Conclusion Walking and respiratory function training can improve cardiopulmonary function and quality in life after PCI.
7.Mechanism and prophylaxis of cancer-associated venous thromboembolism
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(4):284-286
Cancer can induce venous thromboembolism by many ways. It influences tumor patients life quality and prophylaxis. Venous thromboembolism can also indicate carcinogenesis, so the association between cancer and thrombosis is paid more and more attention. Proper treatment to prevent thrombus can not only reduce compilation, but improve patients prognosis.
8.Progress of next generation sequencing in activated B-cell like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(4):249-252
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), being the most common lymphoma entity, accounting for 30 % ˉ 40 % of newly diagnosed non-Hodgkin lymphomas, is a kind of highly heterogeneous lymphoma with different pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, morphological characteristics, the immune phenotype, molecular subgroup and clinical outcomes. Gene sequencing of DLBCL has redefined the genetic landscape of the disease by identifying recurrent single nucleotide variants, which provides more powerful evidence to support accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment in DLBCL molecular subtypes.
