This article analyzes a series of ethical issues in the psychological health management of college students,puts forward some corresponding ethical countermeasures from the perspectives of reasonable objectives,principles,contents and operational process of the psychological health management on the basis of people-oriented and harmonious concept in order to correctly deal with ethical issues of psychological health management,and promote the development of psychological health management.

Objective To evaluate the reason why patients can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance.Methods To communicate well with 136 patients who were diagnosed periodontitis to know why they can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance.Results How deep the patients know about the importance of the stage of maintenance is the main reason to stop them continue or complete the stage of maintenance therapy.Conclusions To communicate well with periodontal patients can make them know much about periodontitis and they can complete periodontal treatment plan better.

Objective To evaluate the result of appliance of Periocline treating acute topical type periocornitis of wisdom tooth with clinical observation examination. Inspect the anchorage molars with band and the anchorage molars with buccal tube with dental plaque index and gum in- dex and then statistically process the objective data obtained.The results show that both wearing band and wearing buccal tube lead to dental plaque.The influence is less worse on the the anchorage molars with buccal tube.

Objective To analyze the prevalence of brucellosis with the initial symptom of fever in non-pasture area and to investigate the method of early diagnosis.Method Clinical features including symptoms,blood routine tests,blood cultures,rose-bengal plate agglutination tests,treatment and follow-up were analyzed in 18 patients with brucellosis admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases,Tianjin First Centre Hospital from January 2010 to June 2013.Results Middle-aged men with history of smoking and drinking accounted for the majority of patients with initial symptom of fever.Twelve were not complicated with any underlying diseases.Twelve had no contact history.Four had history of farm animal contact,one had history of consuming raw meat products,and one had history of dog raising.All of them had fever,15 of which had hyperpyrexia and 13 had irregular fever.White cells in blood routine test were normal in 12 cases,decreased in 6 cases.And the proportion of rhabditiform nucleus neutrophil increased.Six showed neutrophil left shift.Blood platelet decreased in 3 cases.Thirteen cases showed increased alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase.C-reactive protein was elevated in 14 cases.Twelve cases had positive culture of Brucella melitensis in blood or bone marrow culture.Eighteen cases had positive results of rose-bengal plate agglutination test.The proportions of neutrophil and lymphocyte were normal.The treatment included moxifloxacin,levofloxacin,isepamicin,etimicin,amikacin,rifampicin,minocycline.The regimens were usually two or three drugs in combination.The duration of follow-up ranged from 4 to 11 months with good prognosis.Conclusions Patients from nonpasture area with initial symptom of fever could be brucellosis.Clinician should be alert to the disease and inquiry contact history in detail.Brucella serology test should be performed.Early diagnose and prompt treatment could avoid serious complications.

BACKGROUND: Recently, α-hydroxy-acid and aliphatic series polyester synthetized with its derivates such as polylactide and polyglycolide have been studied extensively for scaffold of peripheral nerve tissue engineering.These materials might improve the effect of nerve guidance through overcoming several shortcomings of autografts, including permanent denervation of donor site, tissue deficiency, and potential differences in tissue structure and size.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the biocompatibility of poly (DL-lactide-coglycolide) (PLGA). Copolymer ratio of lactide: glycolide was 85:15 or 50:50)and evaluate its effect on nerve guidance.DESIGN: A comparative study and observation.SETTING: Department of Orthopaedics, Xinqiao Hospital of Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.MATERIALS: A total of 66 Wistar rats of either sex and clean grade,weighting 180-200 g, were involved; the 85:15 or 50:50 copolymer of poly (lactide-co-glycolde) (PLGA).METHODS: The experiment was carried out in Field Surgery Institute No. 6; State Key Laboratory of Trauma, Burns and Compound Injury, Daping Hospital of Third Military Medical University, from November 2001 to December 2002. ① Co-culture of Schwann cells with PLGA film: Growth of Schwann cells co-cultured with PLGA film was observed under scanning electron microscope. ② Histological observation of PLGA film: Fifteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups (according to 1, 2, 4, 8and 12 weeks time point postoperatively) with 3 rats in each group. PLGA was trimmed to pieces of film with the size of 10.0 mm × 5.0 mm × 0.3 mmand implanted into the rat dorsal muscles under aseptic condition. Hematoxylin/eosin staining was used to evaluate inflammatory reaction. ③Bridging of sciatic nerve defect in rats with PLGA conduits: Fifty-one Wistar rats were divided into PLGA (85:15) conduit group, PLGA (50:50) conduit group and silicone conduit group, each of which was further divided into 5 subgroups according to different time points (2, 4, 6, 8, and 12weeks postoperatively) with 3 rats in each subgroup, except for 12-week time point subgroup which used 5 rats. Gross observation and electrophysiological studies (only 12 weeks time point postoperatively) were performed.The midconduit regenerated nerves were removed and then stained with toluidine blue. Histological observation of regenerated nerves was performed under the optical microscope.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Primary outcome: ① Histological observation of PLGA film implanted in rat muscles. ② Electrophysiological and morphological evaluation of nerve guidance effect of PLGA conduits.Secondary outcome: Growth behavior of Schwann cells when co-cultured with PLGA films.RESULTS: All the 66 rats entered the result analysis. ① Histological observation of PLGA film implanted in rat muscles: The PLGA implants caused only minimal non-specific inflammatory reaction at an early time,as characterized by a low concentration of lymphocytes and fibroblasts,which was not present 10-12 weeks postoperatively. ② Cell attachment and morphological observation by scanning election microscopy: Schwann cells grew and proliferated well when co-cultured with PLGA film. ③Bridging of sciatic nerve defect in rats with PLGA conduits: Gross observation: Silicone induced significant proliferation of fibre tissues, characterized by encapsulation, when bridging sciatic nerve defects in rats, but the similar response could not be seen in PLGA in the same situation. At week 12 after bridging sciatic nerve defects in rats, motor nerve conduction velocity in PLGA (85:15) group was 17.03±0.66 m/s; it was 17.15±0.76 m/sin silicone group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Quantitative evaluation of regenerated nerves in PLGA group showed that the thickness of myelin sheath was (0.45±0.16) μm, fiber width was (3.96±1.73) μm, axon/mm2 10 135±1 053, and area percentage of neural tissues (%) was 23.4±2.7; in silicone group the corresponding data were (0.45±0.19) μm, (4.07±1.86) μm, (9879±1491) mm2 and (23.6±3.1)%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Since PLGA (50:50) conduit collapsed at an early time in the same animal model, corresponding indexes couldnot be detected in PLGA (50:50) group.CONCLUSION: In contrast to PLGA (50:50) and silicone, PLGA (85:15)is a good material for peripheral nerve tissue engineering because of its good biocompatibility and proper biodegradation rate.

Waste printed circuit boards(W-PCBs) were multiple smashed and separated, then passed through a 60-mesh screen, treated with hydrochloric acid (2 mol/L), ultrapure water and dehydrated with acetone successively.The filter residue and filter paper were filled into the extraction pool, or inserted into Soxhlet Extraction tube parceled with new filter paper.After addition of 5 μL of internal standard substance, the filter residue above was respectively extracted by Soxhlet Extraction (SE) method or Accelerated Solvent Extraction (ASE) method, cleaned with multi-layer silica gel column and activated-charcoal column to obtained the dioxins samples.The samples were analyzed by isotope dilution high resolution gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC-HRMS).The effects of SE and ASE method and number of chlorines atoms on recovery of 15 kinds of 13C-2,3,7,8 PCDD/Fs were investigated, and the accuracy and precision of the two extraction methods were compared.The results show that, the recovery of 15 kinds of 13C-2,3,7,8 PCDD/Fs using ASE method is 54.3%-113.0%, and that of SE is 28.3%-77.7%, and the Toxic Equivalent Quangtity (TEQ) in W-PCBs is 0.075 ng/kg (TEQ) and 0.266 ng/kg (TEQ) using ASE and SE method respectively.Under the premise that accuracy and precision meet with the international standard, ASE is simple, rapid, solvent-free and accurate.

Cancelling drug price addition is one of public hospital reform content, under the condition of insufficient financial input, public hospitals should enhance the drug cost management, taking measures to reduce drug proportion, to deal with all kinds of hospital operation problems produced by hospital income decline due to the cancellation of drug addition. Through years of exploration and practice, Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University has controlled the rising of drug cost effectively and received better effect, which built a good foundation of public hospital reform.

Proper use of biochemical software is helpful for medial post-graduate students to establish scientific thinking behavior during research and to improve their creative capability.Exploration on curriculum of biomedical software application was made based on course objective and content,modern teaching methods and practical assessment methods.Results showed that this training course can enhance the students' understanding and practical skill of related software,which is fundamental for further research work.
