Objective To investigate the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension( HDCP) .Methods Retrospective study was used in this study and 116 patients with HDCP from January 2013 to July 2015 in department of obstetrics and gynecology from our hospital were divided into two groups, including routine group of 62 patients who received routine treatment +magnesium sulfate) and combination group of 54 patients who received routine treatment +magnesium sulphate +nifedipine. The clinical effect was analyzed after five days’ continuous treatment. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,24h urinary protein, random urine protein /creatinine,serum homocysteine (Hcy) and CRP values in combination group were lower than routine group (P<0.05).There were no statistical difference in maternal uterine inertia, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress, postpartum hemorrhage rate between the two groups after the treatment. But the rate of cesarean section in the combination group(50.00%)was significantly lower than that in the routine group(68.25%)(P <0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with HDCP had better antihypertensive effect, and would not increase fetal adverse birth outcomes incidence and significantly reduce the rate of cesarean section.

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on restlessness in recovery stage in patients with limbs fracture undergoing combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia and operation. Methods Eighty patients with limbs fracture undergoing combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia and operation in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the dexmedetomidine group,40 cases in each group. Before operation, patients in the dexmedetomidine group were given dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg/kg intravenously in 15 min;patients in the control group were given the same volume of 0.9% saline solution. The recovery time, extubation time, the incidence of restlessness, agitation score and sedation score were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time and extubation time had no significant difference between the two groups. The incidence of restlessness and agitation score in the dexmedetomidine group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the sedation score in the dexmedetomidine group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of restlessness and the degree of restlessness in patients limbs fracture undergoing combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia and operation.

Objective To study the correlation between the expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in intestinal epithe-lial and inflammatory cells of lamina propria and the staging and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods The pathomorphological changes of 25 samples of UC in the active phase and remission phase and 25 samples of control were ob-served under microscope. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. The correlations between expressions of Bcl-2, Caspase-3 and UC staging were analyzed. Results There were no significant dif-ferences in expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in intestinal epithelial cells between three groups (P>0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 in inflammatory cells of lamina propria was significantly higher in active UC group than that of normal control group (P<0.05), no significant difference between UC remission group and normal control group (P>0.05). There was a higher positive expression of Caspase-3 in inflammatory cells of lamina propria in UC remission group. There was correlation be-tween Bcl-2, Caspase-3 and UC staging (r=0.371 and 0.4453 respectively). Conclusion The expression levels of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were related with pathogenesis of UC. The detection of expression levels of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 has a cer-tain application value in UC staging.

BACKGROUND:Chronic venous insufficiency is a major health problem worldwide. Clinical treatments include venous valve repair and venous segment containing valve transplantation. However, these are invasive procedures, and the supply of vein containing valves is limited. Significant progress in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine has been made towards the creation of tissue engineered vascular grafts for the repair of damaged or malformed vessels. It has been reported that using tissue engineering, a tissue engineered vein containing valves constructed with self-derived endothelial cells and al ogeneic acellular matrices can provide the complex physiological valve structure and mechanical stability, but this elicited an immunogenic response.
OBJECTIVE:To create a viable and functional vein containing valves, which has the ability to grow, repair, and imitate natural tissues.
METHODS:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were obtained from Beagle dogs by density gradient centrifugation and adherence methods. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in vitro. Fol owing isolation and culture the cells were examined using flow cytometry and identified by direct induction towards the osteogenic and adipogenic lineages. We fabricated biodegradable venous scaffold containing valves using the method of injection molding combined with thermal y induced phase separation. Based on the self-made cast, a three-dimensional biodegradable vein scaffold containing valves was constructed from poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid). Morphological structure was tested. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were used as seed cells to be seeded onto the lumen of the tissue engineered vein scaffold containing valves in vitro and then incubated for 2 weeks.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scanning electron microscopy images showed that the scaffold demonstrated sufficient porosity. Cultured cells expressed mesenchymal cellmarkers, CD44 and CD29, but did not express hematopoietic cellmarkers, CD34 and CD45 at the same time point. Scaffolds were nontoxic to cells and were favorable for the growth and migration of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. cells attached on the surface of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) scaffolds formed a confluent layer after incubation. The cellular constructs were tested in vitro, and the valve leaflets were functional y capable of opening and closing when stimulated. These results suggested that the tissue engineered vein containing valves have been successful y constructed by using a three-dimensional poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) scaffold and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells. Tissue engineered vein containing valves is potential y useful for the substitution and regeneration of vein valves.
