Unilateral facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine is an important subgroup of cervical spine injuries,accounting for from 12％ to 16％ of all cervical spine injuries.Unilateral facet dislocation occurs the most commonly at the C5-6 level,and is closely related to the anatomic and morphometric features of the cervical facet.This injury has been attributed to combined flexion and rotation,but it remains unclear whether flexion or rotation is the component of greater importance.Its treatment includes nonoperative and operative measures but optimal treatment has not been established.It is generally accepted that a recommendable treatment protocol begins with closed reduction and proceeds depending on whether the closed reduction succeeds and traumatic disc herniation is present or not.

Concurrent chemoradiotherapy is the optimal regimen for patients with inoperable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC).The application of new technologies such as positron emission tomography (PET)/CT and four dimensional CT (4D-CT) enhances the accuracy of radiotherapy and decreases adverse reaction.Induction chemotherapy and consolidation chemotherapy do not show benefit to survival.The targeted therapy and immunotherapy have the potential of improving the outcomes of inoperable LA-NSCLC.

Objective To understand morphological characteristics of sinoatrial node cells(SNCs) by taking purified isolation and culture of neonatal rat's SNCs in vitro and to understand the expression characteristics of surface antigens hyperpolarization activated cyclic nucleotide gated cation channel 4(HCN4) and connexin 45(Cx45) on SNCs.Methods The SNCs were isolated from sinus node tissues removed from neonatal rats by trypsin and purified cultured with differential attachment and 5'-bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) treatment.Results Three different types of cells were observed among the purified cultured SNCs: spindle,triangular and irregular cells.The spindle cells took up the greatest proportion,had the fastest beats,and had less developed organelle and scarce muscular fibrils.Immunofluorescence staining was positive against HCN4 and Cx45 on the spindle cells.Small amounts of HCN4 was observed on triangular cells.Conclusion ① Isolation by trypsin combined with differential attachment and BrdU treatment is a reliable approach to culturing sinoatrial node cells.② The spindle cells with the fastest beats and positive expressions of HCN4 and Cx45 may be the sinus node pacemaker cells.

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Flixotide in decreasing the incidence of asthma following bronchiolitis.Methods 23 children with brochiolitis received Flixotide daily while other 29 subjects not intervented as control.The intervention duration was 60 days,then followed up for more then 1 year.Results After following up over 1 year,only 3 cases in 29 patients with brochiolitis receiving Flixotide developed into asthma.However,24 cases in control group developed into asthma.The incidence of asthma was 13.04% and 82.76% in two group,respectively.Conclusion Flixotide may be an effective intervention to prevent the development of asthma after bronchiolitis.

Objective: To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Swedish universities Scales of Personality(SSP).Methods: The Chinese version of SSP was administered to 204 undergraduate students of Shanghai.40 subjects were retested after 3 to 4 weeks.Results:The Cronbach's ? coefficients of all personality dimensions' subscales ranged from 0.63 to 0.82.The Cronbach's ? coefficients of the whole scale was 0.88.The test-retest coefficients ranged from 0.65 to 0.81(P

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different detection methods in the detection of allergens in allergic skin diseases .Methods Choose 74 cases of allergic skin disease patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 as the research object ,they were divided into two groups by random number method ,immunoblotting group and skin prick test group ,detected al-lergens of the two groups by immunoblotting and skin prick test before treatment .Results The positive rate was 70 .3% in immu-noblotting group ,and the positive rate was 56 .8% in skin prick test group .For allergens detection ,the positive rate was higher by using immunoblotting ,the differences between the two had significant difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Immunoblotting is better than the skin prick test for allergen detection in allergic skin diseases .

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of microwave sintering on the translucency of zirconia and to compare these effect with those of conventional sintering. The relationship between the microstructure of specimens and translucency was investigated.

METHODSA total of 10 disc-shaped specimens were fabricated from 2 commercial brands of zirconia, namely, Zenostar and Lava. Each group included 5 discs. Conventional sintering was performed according to the manufacturers' specifications. The maximum temperature for Zenostar was 1,490 °C, whereas that for Lava was 1,500 °C. The dwelling time was 2 h. The sintering temperature for microwave sintering was 1,420 °C, heating rate was 15 °C · min⁻¹, and dwelling time was 30 min. After sintering, the translucency parameter (TP) of the specimens were measured with ShadeEye NCC. The sintered density of the specimens was determined by Archimedes' method. The grain size and microstructure of the specimens were investigated by scanning electron microscopy.

RESULTSDensity and translucency slightly increased by microwave sintering, but no significant difference was found between microwave and conventional sintering (P > 0.05). Small and uniform microstructure were obtained from microwave sintering. The mean TP of Lava was significantly higher than that of Zenostar (P < 0.001).

CONCLUSIONThe translucency of zirconia sintered by microwave sintering is similar to that of the zirconia sintered by conventional sintering.

Objective To study the relationship between personality and defense mechanism of obsessivecompulsive disorder (OCD) patients.Methods Thirty-four OCD patients were tested with Swedish University Scales of Personality(SSP) and defensive style questionnaire( DSQ), and the result was compared with that of thirty-one normal controls.Results The SSP scores of STA,PsTA,SS,E,TI and M of OCD patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls (t = 2.06 ～ 5.10, P ＜ 0.05 ).Comparing with normal controls, OCD patients tended to use immature and intermediate mechanism such as projection, passive aggression, unconscious emerge, phantasy, withdrawl and reaction formation, but less used mature mechanism such as sublimation, suppression and humor (t = -2.27 ～ 6.73, P＜ 0.05 ).All subscales of SSP in OCD patients, excluding SD and D, had positive correlation with total score of immature mechanism (r = 0.375 ～ 0.719, P ＜ 0.05 ).The OCD patients' SSP scores of STA had positive correlation with mature mechanism (r = 0.378, P ＜ 0.05 ).The OCD patients' STA, PsTA, I, AS, E, M,VTA and PhTA score of SSP had positive correlation with intermediate mechanism (r= 0.381 ～0.548, P＜ 0.05 ).All subscales of SSP in OCD patients, excluding SD, had positive correlation with total score of concealment (r =0.342 ～ 0.530, P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion OCD patients have the neurotic and aggressive features of personality;and the personalities of OCD patients have significant correlation with defense mechanism.

Objective To explore whether the presence of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula (JPDD) risks biliary stone disease and recurrence.Methods 829 patients undergoing ERCP in our hospital from Aug 2008 to Dec 2012 were divided into four groups:biliary stone disease (n =609) non-stone biliary abnormality (n =124) common bile duct malformation with cholelithiasis (n =38) and normal control group (n =58).There were 206 patients with JPDD and 623 patients without JPDD.Biliary stoneformation,post-ERCP pancreatitis,cannulation failure,and stone recurrence were compared between those with JPDD and those without.Results The incidence of JPDD in biliary stone disease group (27.8％) was significantly higher than in non-stone biliary anatomical abnormality group (18.5 ％) (x2 =4.512,P ＜ 0.05).In biliary stone disease group,rates of post-ERCP pancreatitis were significantly higher in JPDD cases (33.7％) compared to those without JPDD (13.8％) (x2 =30.841,P ＜ 0.05).The cannulation failure rate was also higher in patients with JPDD (15.4％) compared to JPDD negative (6.8％) (x2 =0.731,P ＜0.05).Recurrence rates in biliary stone disease were significantly higher in patients with JPDD (19.5％) when compared to JPDD-lacking individuals (9.3％) (x2 =14.51,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions JPDD is a risk factor for biliary stone formation.JPDD also is associated with post-ERCP pancreatitis,cannulation failure and biliary stone recurrence.
