1.The research progress of oral rehydration salts treating neurally mediated syncope in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(8):533-536
Neurally mediated syncope (NMS) is the most common children unexplained syncope.Oral rehydration salts is the basis for the treatment of NMS.Oral rehydration salts can increase the extracellular fluid and blood volume, change the redistribution of blood, avoid the emptying effect caused by inadequate left ventricular filling volume when position changes suddenly, prevent increased vagus nerve activity induced syncope, can obviously increase the NMS children's ability of orthostatic intolerance.Increase water salt intake can be incorporated into the behavior training of the NMS children's daily life, and it can reduce the occurrence rate of NMS children, and improve the quality of life.

3.Microarray datasets and biomarker in mice who were acutely administered with morphine
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(2):162-165
Objective To identify the differentially expressed genes and functional enrichment pathways using bioin?formatics technology in mice who were acutely administered with Morphine. Methods First, we downloaded microarray da?tasets of mice which were acutely administered with Morphine from Gene Expression Omnibus, and assess the quality control parameters of the microarray datasets using AffyQCReport 1.42.0 package by R programming language 3.1.0 software. Subse?quently, the differentially expressed genes of the microarray datasets were identified using the linear models for microarray data of R language. Finally, functional pathways of the differentially expressed genes were enriched based on expression anal?ysis and systematic explorer. Results The microarray datasets showed preferable uniformity and intension similarity. A to?tal of 481 differentially expressed genes including Gm11627, Zfand4, Zbtb16, Pkp2 and Plin4 were identified. While 8 func?tional enrichment pathways, including pathways in cancer, melanogenesis and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling were revealed. Conclusion The differentially expressed genes and functional pathways were the underlying biomarkers of mice who were acutely administered with Morphine.
4.Advance in the study of ?1,3 fucosyltransferase Ⅶ and glycoprotein CD24 in tumor metastasis
China Oncology 2006;0(10):-
Tumor recurrence and metastasis are the major cause for cancer patient death. Aberrant glycosylation is one of the important mechanisms of malignant tumor metastasis. The glycoprotein CD24, which could be a ligand for P-selectin on the surface of activated endothelial cells and platelets, appears to be a new diagnostic marker of tumors and possibly participates in tumor metastasis with unknown pathway. ?1,3 Fucosyltransferase Ⅶ (FucT-Ⅶ) is one of the fucosyltransferases which catalyze the transfer of a fucosyl residue from GDP-?-L-fucose to a sugar acceptor, usually galactose in the sugar chains of glycoproteins or glycolipids. The elevated expression of sialyl Lewis (SLeX), the only carbohydrate product of ?1,3 FucT-Ⅶ , predicts an ominous prognosis and high risk of recurrence and regulates the function of CD24. It is possible that ?1,3 FucT-Ⅶ may enhance the glycosylation of CD24 and thus promote the tumor metastasis.
5.Evaluation and reference of foreign medical college teacher teaching competency standards
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;14(4):330-333
Currently our medical colleges have no uniform competency standards for teachers teaching, and the assessment of teaching ability is vaguely defined.Through the content and effect analysis of foreign teaching competency standards assessment, according to the particularity of medical colleges, and by carding several aspects of the teacher ability content system, the author of the article put forward recommendations of building our medical colleges teacher teaching competency standards and improve medical colleges teachers' teaching ability and level.
6.Effects of interest-induced and psychological intervention in pediatric operating room nursing
Chinese Journal of Nursing 2017;52(4):405-408
Objective To explore the effects of interest-induced and psychological intervention in pediatric operating room nursing. Methods Totally 150 cases of children undergoing surgery in our hospital were recruited and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=75)and the control group(n=75).The experimental group received routine care as well as interest-induced and psychological intervention in anesthesia induction room. The control group only received routine care. The children's anxiety degree, anesthesia induction cooperation and parent satisfaction were measured. Results The scores of anesthesia induction cooperation and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 for both),and parent satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interest-induced and psychological intervention in pediatric operating room nursing can effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety, promote anesthesia induction cooperation and increase parent satisfaction.
7.Restaging laparotomy of presumed early ovarian cancer
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2000;0(11):-
Objective To assess the value and complications of restaging laparotomy in women with presumed early ovarian cancer who have undergone inadequate initial staging procedures. Methods Between 1986 and 1996, 42 patients underwent restaging laparotomy in Cancer Hospital, Peking Union Medical College after receiving inadequate initial surgical procedure for presumed early ovarian cancer. Presumed stages from initial surgery include stage Ⅰa in 28 cases; Ⅰb in 1 case; Ⅰc in 12 cases; Ⅱa in 1 case. Histological distributions were as follows: epithelial cancer in 26 cases; malignant germ cell tumor in 9 cases; granulose cell tumor in 7 cases. Results Twelve patients (28.6%) had disease upstaged and eight (19.0%) had stage Ⅲ disease confirmed by restaging laparotomy. Positive findings at restaging laparotomy were mainly in omentum (16.7%) and pericolic gutters (33.3%). Peritoneal cytology was positive in 25.0 percent of patients. Three and five year survival rates for 30 patients with negative findings were 96.7% and 86.7%, respectively. Complications of restaging laparotomy included hemorrhage blood loss (50~ 1 100 ml, average 280 ml) and lymphocyst (7.1%). Conclusions Patients with presumed early ovarian cancer who had undergone inadequate staging procedures should undergo restaging laparotomy. Patients with negative findings have an excellent prognosis. Complications of restaging laparotomy were minor.

10.Diagnosis and treatment of gastric paralysis after gastric operation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(8):660-661
ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis and treatment of gastric paralysis after gastric operation.MethodsThe clinical data of 21 patients with gastric paralysis after gastric operation were reviewed retrospectively.Results3.9% of patients occurred gastric paralysis in this group. The diagnosis was depended on patient's symptoms, X-ray graph of the upper digestive tract and gastroscopy. The patients were healed after conservative treatment.ConclusionThe combined conservative treatment is the ideal method to treat the gastric paralysis syndrome.
