Objective:To investigate the Philips 256-slice CT coronary angiography images on a variety of forms of coronary artery calcification and coronary stenosis in relation to predict the value of the study of acute coronary events by coronary angiography and coronary artery calcification score. Methods: From May 2014 to February 2015 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar in patients with suspected coronary artery disease, with256-slice spiral CT coronary artery enhancement scanning and DSA, and using software of automatic analysis for coronary artery calcium score analysis, and comparing the accuracy of the two methods of inspection, combined with the clinical data of patients with scientific prediction of acute coronary events. Results: Different forms of coronary artery calcified plaque resulting in local differences in the proportion of luminal stenosis were statistically significant. AS calcium score standard are in grouped in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),along with increasing calcium score, the risk of coronary heart disease also increase. Conclusion: The diagnosis of coronary artery calcification score of coronary heart disease have a higher value. Calcium score for judging coronary artery stenosis to have high specific degrees, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(2):137-138
Objective:To investigate the relation of cerebral blood flow(CBF) and memory in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:The cerebral blood flow of 30 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 healthy controls was measured. The WMS was used for memory function assessment. Results: CBF and memory performance in patients group were lower than those of controls. There was a statistically significant correlation between CBF and memory performances. Conclusion: The decreasing of CBF was an important causal factor to the memory dysfunction in cerebral infarction patients.

ObjectiveTo study the change of cerebral blood flow and hemorheology in patients with brain post-traumatic syndrome (PTS) and heavy cerebral trauma.Methods122 cases(A group) of PTS and 113 cases(B group) of heavy cerebral trauma were explored the anterior cerebral artery (ACA),middle cerebral artery (MCA),posterior cerebral artery (PCA),vertebral artery (VA) and basilar artery (BA) with transcranial Doppler (TCD). Their blood viscosity, plasm viscosity, red blood cell (RBC) deformed exponent were also measured.ResultsThe blood stream in most of patients with PTS manifested slowing especially in MCA,ACA,VA and BA at left. However, most of patients with heavy cerebral trauma manifested vasospasm. The blood and plasm viscosity of both groups obviously increased, but RBC deformed exponent decreased.ConclusionPatients with PTS suffered organic brain damage, mainly in levo-hemisphere.The patients with PTS or with heavy cerebral trauma present disorder in hemorheology.

Objective :To study a simplified method of isolation of rat hepatocytes and to observe the pro-cess of cell morphology in long-term culture. Methods :Rat hepatocytes were isolated by a single two-stepperfusion method. The yield and viability were assessed by trypan blue exclusion. [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] (MTT) was used to test the effect of serum concentration of newborn calf serum on the proliferation of hepatocytes. Hepatocytes were inoculated in the culture mediumconsisted of Williams' E supplemented with insulin, dexamethasone and 10% new born calf serum. Themorphologic change of cultured hepatocytes was observed. Results:The average yield of hepatocytes was 2.26× 108 cells per rat, with an average viability of 95.6%. New born calf serum had strong biological activi-ty to stimulate the proliferation of hepatocytes and there was close-effect relationship followed by the in-crease of new born calf serum concentration. The rat hepatocytes can be cultured for 5~ 6 weeks withpreservation of normal morphologic appearance. Conclusion:The rat hepatocytes isolated by the abovemethod have high yields and viability and can be long-term cultured in vitro.

Objective:To investigate the prognostic effect of polymorphnuclear neutrophil (PMN) in cervical cancer. Methods:Patients (n=92) who underwent curative surgery for the treatment of stage Ib and IIa cervical cancer according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) were assessed to determine their tumor-infiltrating CD66b-positive neutrophils through immuno-histochemistry. Assessment results were then analyzed to identify their correlation with recurrence-free survival (RFS) as an end point. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival curve analysis, and a Cox proportional hazard model was utilized for univariate and multi-variate analyses. Results:The RFS of the group with a density of CD66b-positive neutrophils above the median in cervical cancer tis-sues was significantly shorter than that of the group with a density of CD66b-positive neutrophils below the median (P=0.001). Univari-ate and multivariate analyses revealed adenocarcinoma (HR=3.020;95%CI=1.340-6.805;P=0.008), lymph node metastasis (HR=2.450;95%CI=1.065-5.637;P=0.035), and high neutrophil density (HR=2.866;95%CI=1.274-46.447;P=0.011) as independent prognostic fac-tors of short RFS. Conclusion:The increasing number of tumor-infiltrating neutrophils in cervical cancer tissues was correlated with short RFS of patients with cervical cancer.

Objective To establish a novel localization method for sacral nerve foramen puncture by analyzing the characteristic of sacral nerve foramen trying to help improve the success rate of sacral foramen puncture. Methods Clinical data and sacrococcyx CT and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging data of 158 patients who received sacral nerve modulation(SNM)during Jan.2019 and Aug.2022 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The distance between inferior margin of articulatio sacroiliaca and the internal edge of the 3rd neural foramen(D1),and the distance between the internal edge of the 3rd neural foramen and sacral midline(D2)were measured, and the ratio of D1 and D2 was calculated for precise intraoperative positioning. The measurement data characteristic and puncture results were analyzed. Results A total of 89 males and 69 females were included, with an average age of(49.0±16.9)years.The average D1,D2,and D1/D2 were(29.6±4.9)mm,(13.8±3.2)mm,and(2.2±0.6),respectively.Female patients had greater D1[(30.7±5.5)mm vs.(28.7±4.2)mm,P=0.010]and D1/D2[(2.4±0.7)vs.(2.1±0.5),P=0.001]than male patients.Compared with adults, the adolescents had smaller D1[(29.8±4.7)mm vs.(25.7±5.4)mm,P=0.006].After precise intraoperative positioning using this positioning method,158 patients were successfully punctured,152(96.20%)had excellent intraoperative neural response,2(1.27%)had good response, and 4(2.53%)had average response. Conclusion The surface projection of sacral nerve was approximately at the middle-inner 1/3 of the inferior margin of articulatio sacroiliaca to sacral midline.Through measuring distance from inferior margin of articulatio sacroiliacato sacral midline via X-ray,sacral nerve situation could be performed in surface, which might be a secure way to accessorily situate electrode implantation site for sacral neuromodulation.
