1.The effect of Gengnianningxin capsule on serum FSH、LH、E_2 and symptomsin patients with female climacteric syndrome of fever due to yin-deficiency
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To observe the effect of Gengnianningxin capsule on serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol (E 2) and clinical symptoms in patients with female climacteric syndrome of fever due to yin-deficiency.Methods:105 cases of patients with female climacteric syndrome of fever due to yin-deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(70 cases) and control group (35 cases).Treatment group was treated by Gengnianningxin capsule, and control group was treated by Gengnianan tablet for 30 days.Levels of serum FSH,LH and E 2 were determined, meanwhile variation of symptom scores of climacteric syndrome were observed. Results:Levels of serum E 2 in the treatment group was increased significantly and levels of serum LH decreased significantly after treatment ( P
2.Approach and Analysis of Thinking Route about Construction of Intensive Subject in TCM College
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
The construction of intensive subjects in TCM College has the direct relationship with the existence and development of TCM career. To aim directly at the slow development of the construction of intensive subjects in TCM College in-adapted to high education, clinic, scientific research and academics development, this article points out the constructive thinking route that the construction of TCM intensive subjects should develop all round with intensive subjects based on the center of TCM topics, the means of combination of several subjects. It also elucidates the performing measures and methods of the thinking route from different angles, thus it provides some reference to the construction of intensive subjects in TCM College in the 21st century.

Objective To investigate the effect of Fushenjiangxianning on renal protein kinase C(PKC),renal vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),renal platelet-derived growth factor ?(PDGF-?),and renal protection in diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats. Methods The diabetic SD rats induced by STZ were divided into four groups: diabetic control group,Fushenjiangxianning group,Irbesartan group, and Fushenjiagxianning combined with Irbesartan group, and the normal control group as well. After the experimental rats in every group were respectively treated for 12 weeks by above intervention methods, the relative kidney weight, blood sugar, urea nitrogen(Bun),serum creatinine(Scr),and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were detected by routine analysis methods, and PKC and VEGF in renal tissue were detected by immunohistochemical techniques, and PDGF-? in renal tissue was detected by Western blotting, and ultramicrostructure of kidney was observed by transmission electron microscope.ResultsThe expression of renal cortex PKC and VEGF was increased in diabetic rats. The ultramicrostructure of kidney was noticeably changed, and the blood sugar,UAER,BUN,Scr,relative kidney weight, and PDGF-? were significantly increased in diabetic rats. While the above indexes in Fushenjiangxianning group,Irbesartan group, and Fushenjiangxianning combined with Irbesartan group were significantly lower than those in diabetic control group(P

Objective To investigate the effect of Jieju Fushenning(JFN) on platelet-derived growth factor B(PDGF-B) and bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7) expression in renal tissue of rats with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods The diabetic SD rats induced by STZ were divided into four groups:model group,JJFSN group, irbesartan group and JFN combined with irbesartan group. Meanwhile,a normal control group was set up. The rats in each group received corresponding treatment for 12 weeks. The urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) was detected by routine analysis method, and PDGF-B and BMP-7 expression in renal tissue were detected by immunohistochemical techniques. PDGF-B expression in renal tissue was detected by Western blot, and the ultrastructure of kidney was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results The expression of BMP-7 was decreased and PDGF-B expression was increased in renal cortex of the model group. PDGF-B expression was obviously decreased and BMP-7 expression was increased in JFN group, irbesartan group and JFN combined with irbesartan group compared with those in the model group(P

Some traditional Chinese medicine technologies, with strong safety, quick and significant effect, standerdized manipulation, simple operation and good prospect for promotion and application are selected in the research project for application and demonstration of rural health appropriate technology. Through the application of the project, we have new experience in medical teaching.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
There is a fact that there is TCM education in some western medical universities.Starting from the problems existing in medical universities, the author in this article thinks TCM education should bring into full play its superiority and put emphasis on training talented persons with knowledge of TCM and western medicine and talented persons with ability to communicate with foreigners in TCM,and so on.It's the developing trend for TCM education development in some western medical universities and it's also the problem needing to be highly thought of in the reform of TCM education in western medical universities.
