Objective To explore the detection rate of colorectal cancer by endoscopic,and study the value of digital rectal examination,fecal occult blood test,tumor markers examination,painless colonoscopy in colorectal cancer screening.Methods The data of 2 167 colonoscopy patients were retrospectively analyzed from January 2010 to December 2013.All the patients accomplished the digital rectal examination,fecal occult blood test,tumor markers examination before colonoscopy,the results were compared with pathology and surgical results.Results There was no statistical difference in the ratio of male and female in the year 2010-2013 (x2 =3.640 5,P ＞ 0.05).The detection rates of rectal adenoma in the year 2010-2013 were 4.762％ (25/525),8.180％ (40/489),8.276％ (48/580) and 8.028％ (46/573),there were no statistical differences (x2 =6.785 7,P ＞ 0.05).The detection rates of colorectal cancer in the year 2010-2013 were 12.571％ (66/525),11.656％ (57/489),13.448％ (78/580) and 10.820％ (62/573),there were statistical differences (x2 =2.065 7,P ＞ 0.05).The colorectal cancer accounts for the percentage of positive results of colonoscopy in the year 2010-2013 were 72.527％ (66/91),58.763％ (57/97),61.905％(78/126) and 57.407 ％ (62/108),there were statistical differences (x2 =5.679 8,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The detection rates of colorectal cancer are stable in the year 2010-2013.Combined with digital rectal examination,fecal occult blood test and tumor markers examination is the value of screening colonoscopy population,enhancing the pertinence,thus improving the colorectal cancer early diagnosis and early treatment levels.

Objective To explore the value of electronic colonoscope,MSCT and MRI in the etiological diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 140 ileus patients were retrospectively studied.Results 140 cases of ileus included 60 cases of colon ileus,70 cases of small intestines ileus and 7 indefinite cases.67 cases were checked with colonoscopy,among them,41 cases with colon tumors,6 cases with colon polypi,6 cases with colon set folds,2 cases with sigmoid colon turned round,2 cases with ileum tumor and 10 cases with unknown reason.80 cases were checked by MSCT checks,among them,26 cases with small intestines tumor 24 cases with small intestines muck piece,23 cases with unknown reasons,2 cases with muck stone 2,4 cases with bowel chamber outside lymphoid lump,1 case with bowel fastens film blood to bolt.30 cases were kept to cure.2 cases were turn round to reset under the eolonoscopy,3 cases were set folds air to infuse bowel to reset,6 cases with inside the mirror descend colon polyp were resected with hish frequency electricity resection.99 cases were cured by surgical operation.5 cases were dead and 135 cases were recovered from illness.Conclusion Electronic colonoscopy,MSCT and MRI checking are accurate methods to diagnose why and where of ileus,and which establish importance basts for clinical treatment.

Objective To discuss the CT features and pathologic basis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. Methods Total 19 cases were confirmed by ELISA and IHA of antibody of echinococcosis. A part of them were confirmed by pathalogy. Results The main features of the disease were irregular,obscure contour and heterogeneous density with mainly hypodense in the liver. Almost of all accompanied with calcification. The calcification was showed some certainly signification. No contrast enhancement was observed within the lesions after administration of intravenous contrast medium. There were three type of this disease based on CT features including map type, halo type and pseudocystic type. Conclusion CT scanning has value of not only for diagnosis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis but also useful to display each complications and metastasis.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the content determination conditions of total alkaloids from Zhuang medicine Munronia delavayi,and to determine the content of total alkaloids in M. delavayi from different producing areas. METHODS:With the con-tent of total alkaloids as index,using solvent amount,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic extraction times and pH value of buffer as fac-tors,the content determination conditions of total alkaloids from Zhuang medicine M. delavayi were optimized by orthogonal test. Optimized content determination conditions were adopted to determine the content of total alkaloids in M. delavayi from 18 produc-ing areas in different harvest time. RESULTS:The optimum content determination conditions were as follows as the amount of sol-vent(CHCl3)20 ml,ultrasonic processing for 3 times,lasting for 15 min each time,pH value of buffer 4.5. The contents of total alkaloids in M. delavayi from 18 producing areas were between 0.6-11.98 mg/g,showing great difference. M. delavayi from Long-lin county and Tianlin county harvested in Oct. had the lowest content of total alkaloids. CONCLUSIONS:Optimized content deter-mination condition can be used for the content determination of total alkaloids in Zhuang medicine M. delavayi and quality control of it. The content determination of total alkaloids in M. delavayi is related to producing area and harvest time.

Inorganic/polymer hybrid star polylactic acid (POSS-PLA) was obtained through ring-opening polymerization of lactide by using polyhydroxyl cage silsesquioxane (POSS-OH) as the core and tin (II) octoate as the catalyst. The star polylactic acid (POSS-PLA) was used to modify sodium alginate hydrophobically and a drug carrier was obtained. The drug release behavior was investigated by using ibuprofen as the model drug. The results showed that the drug loading rate could be improved and the release rate was postponed with an increase of POSS-PLA content in the carries. The release mechanism gradually changed from the first-order to the zero-order pattern after the modification.

The development of metagenomics revealed a novel role of microorganism in lots of diseases.Emerging researches at home and abroad illustrated that microbiome changes from nasopharynx, oropharynx and/or lung in quality and/or quantity exist in many respiratory diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia as well as upper respiratory infection, which play an important role in immune system, metabolism and neuroregulation.These research results may provide us new strategy for the diagnosis, therapy, surveillance and prognosis of respiratory diseases.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of scutellarin and linarin in Scoparia dulcis. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Phenomenex C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 330 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the in-jection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.015 8-0.316 8 mg/ml for scutellarin(r=0.999 9)and 0.000 5-0.010 4 mg/ml for linarin (r=0.999 7);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;recoveries were 99.56%-102.38%(RSD=1.07%,n=6)and 95.14%-98.29%(RSD=1.24%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple with good stability and reprodicibility,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of scutellarin and linarin in S. du-lcis.

Objective To investigate the differences of the correct memorization of a sentence with auditory between the hearing-impaired children after rehabilitation training and normal children.Methods Twenty-four hearing-impaired children and 14 normal hearing children at age 3~4 were selected.The hearing-impaired chil-dren were divided into two groups according to the length of the hearing device.The closed-set sentence test of e-valuation of auditory response to speech (EARS)was used.Results 1 .In the first test,the hearing-impaired chil-dren with hearing device 2 to 3 years whose correct rate was 57.14%were close to the normal children whose correct rate was 58.93%.The hearing-impaired children with hearing devices 1 to 2 years whose correct rate was 32.5%were worse than the children of other two groups 2 .In the second test,the hearing-impaired children with hearing devices 2 to 3 years whose correct rate was 44.64% were better than the hearing-impaired children with hearing devices 1 to 2 years whose the correct rate was 22.5%.The normal children whose the correct rate was 55.36%were better than the children of other two groups.3.There was no significant difference to correctly memorize a sen-tence between three groups in the first test,but there was significant difference to correctly memorize a sentence between the hearing-impaired with hearing device 1 to 2 years and the hearing-impaired children with hearing de-vice 2 to 3 years (P<0.05),and significant differences also existed between the hearing-impaired with hearing de-vice 1 to 2 years and normal children (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the hearing-im-paired children with hearing device 2 to 3 years and normal children (P>0.05).Conclusion The length with hear-ing device strengthens the ability of hearing-impaired children in correctly memorizing a sentence after rehabilitation training.And the content of test affects the result ,it provides reference to the hearing-impaired children's auditory training .

Objective To determine the distribution profile of apocrine sweat glands in axillary region of patients with axillary osmidrosis,and to compare their distribution at different sites.Methods Fifteen patients with axillary osmidrosis were enrolled in this study from September to December 2010.All the patients underwent surgical removal of apocrine sweat glands under direct vision.Full-thickness skin tissue measuring 2 mm in width was excised down to the axillary superficial fascia at the incisional surgical sites from five patients.Five points,which were at the center of axillary region (point 1),1 cm away from the center of axillary region (point 2),1 cm inside the edge of axillary hair-bearing area (point 3),the edge of axillary hair-bearing area (point 4),and 1 cm outside the edge of axillary hair-bearing area (point 5),were marked,and dark red,rough granular subcutaneous tissue was obtained at these points in 10 patients with axillary osmidrosis.Results The secretory portion of apocrine sweat glands was mainly distributed in the reticular dennis and superficial subcutaneous adipose tissue,but no apocrine sweat glands were obs erred in the epidermis,dermal papilla or axillary superficial fascia.The distribution profile of apocrine sweat glands was consistent with that of axillary hairs.There were numerous apocrine sweat glands in the center of axillary region,but only a small number at the edge of axillary hair-bearing area,and no apocrine sweat gland was observed at 1 cm outside the edge.The percentage of apocrine sweat gland area at point 1-5 was 74.1％,46.6％,25.3％,2.1％,and 0 respectively,with significant differences between point 1 and 2 (t--29.78,P＜ 0.01),point 2 and 3 (t--9.76,P＜ 0.01),point 3 and 4 (t =20.83,P＜ 0.01),but not between point 4 and 5 (t =1.96,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions During the surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis,the removal of apocrine sweat glands should be extended to the reticular dennis and superficial subcutaneous adipose tissue in depth and the edge of axillary hair-bearing area in width,and there is no need to blindly increase the extent of removal.

Objective In order to know the effect of rehabilitation of pelvic organs by pelvic floor muscle training and electrical stimulation. Methods Divided 330 pregnant women into the integrated group(120 cases),the experimental group(100 cases) and the control group(100 cases) randomly. Rou-tine nursing cares was used in the control group, pelvic floor muscle training and electrical stimulation were used in the integrated group in addition, pelvic floor muscle training was used in the experimental group. Evaluated the rehabilitation condition of pelvic organs in the 42nd day after delivery among the three groups. Results All the indexes which can indicated the rehabilitation condition of pelvic or-gans in the integrated group and the experimental group were significant better than those of in the con-trol group, while there was no significant differences about the above indexes between the integrated group and the experimental group. Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation can effective promote the rehabilitation of function of pelvic organs, and then prevent the in-cidence of related diseases.
