Objective To develop a new visual feedback postural adjusting ability assessing system, and to study its application value. Methods Pressure sensor was used to determine the changes of the body weight center by tracing the pressure variation of the soles and heels, then eight target points in different directions were added into the software interface to enable the subject move his body weight center to the target point intentionally, finally the system was evaluated by loading on back. Results Program design was performed for the testing system. It's proved that posture adjusting ability might decrease with 20% load on back or the body leaning backwards. Conclusion The newly developed visual feedback postural adjusting ability testing system can be used to research standing balance function.

Objective To develop a system based on wireless communication technology for psychometric questionnaire test. Methods The system was composed of one base station connected to the computer and multiple handsets.Low-power-consumption MSP430F149 and MSP430F123A were used in the base station and the handset respectively as the control unit.LSD-RF1100-A433 based on RF CC1100 was used as wireless data communication unit.By scanning each handset in sequence, the communication between the base station and the handset was realized. Then the base station could receive data which participants selected from the handsets and then sent to computer. The base station was connected to the computer through USB interface. Results Experiments showed that the system was reliable and antijamming. Conclusion The psychometric system, with the decreased weight and volume by wireless technology, can be used for large-scale psychological examination and personnel selection in some special industries.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
A set of computer-based psychological state measuring and assessing application system is developed for Chinese astronauts. The system that comprises two computers simulates multiple spaceflight precautionary tasks and measures a series of psychological and physiological indexes, including spontaneous and evoked encephalpotential, of the objects under different psychological stimulation conditions. It can be applied to researching the variation and assessment method of personnel's work performance, physiological and psychological states under different stress conditions, workload level and stimulus given through acoustical, optical and haptical channels, and finding new psychological and ergnomical methods and indexes to assess work performance. It can also be used to promote individual workload endurability and work performance.

Progress in Modern Biomedicine 2017;17(22):4254-4258
Objective:To explore the role of static posturography in the assessment of fatigue due to flight tasks. Methods:Thirtymale college students were asked to perform simulated flight tasks consecutively forfour hours.Meanwhile their statie posturography and tasks performance would be repeatedly measured during the task-load at end of every hour.Based on the changed significantly parameters, the static balance index would be built by principle component analysis. Then its correlation with task-load level would be further analyzed by curve estimation. Results:Static postural control declined significantly under effect of simulated flight tasks. With task load sustaining, static balance index increased significantly and correlated linearly with duration of task load (R2=0.949).Besides,there was quadratic relationship between the change of multi-tasks performance and duration of task load (R2=0.968).And correlation of multi-tasks performance with static standing balance level also had been proved to be quadratic (R2=0.976).Conclusions:Static posturography correlated linearly with flight task-load level, which could reflect fatigue level caused by task load.

Objective To apply Windows presentation foundation (WPF) to rapid access and report printing of medical data. Methods Data access was realized by abstracting database to form data structure through entity framework (EF) and mapping datasheet as attribute.Multipage printing was executed by using Flow Document Scroll Viewer as the container and putting contents into different paragraphs with the block element. Results EF of WPF decreased the frequency of database access by the program greatly, and the reaction speed of the program was increased significantly.Flow document could be used for data printing. Conclusion WPF enhances the efficiency of system development and the beauty of man-machine interface, and thus is worthy promoting for medical system and software development.

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT enterography(MSCTE),capsule endoscopy(CE) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) findings score in the assessment of Crohn disease activity, prospectively. Methods One hundred and eight patients were diagnosed with CD by endoscopy combined with clinical or pathological results, and all of the patients' Crohn disease activity index(CDAI) were greater than or equal to 150.MSCTE were performed in all the patients. At the same time,48 and 60 patients of them were voluntary to accept CEUS and CE examination, respectively. The imaging score of the three different techniques was calculated.Patients' CDAI were calculated combined with the C-reactive protein(CRP) content and clinical feature. To analyze the correlation among the imaging score patients' CDAI,and CRP content, respectively using the Pearson method. Results The mean score of MSCTE,CEUS and CE were(7.6±2.7),(11.5 ±4.3) and(12.8±8.2),respectively.The patients' mean CDAI and CRP content were(296.1±93.5) and(23.7±5.2) mg/L,respectively.It was high correlation between MSCTE score and CDAI (r=0.916,P<0.01),but it was moderate between CEUS(r=0.752,P<0.01),CE(r=0.707,P<0.01) score and CDAI.There was no evident correlation between MSCTE(r=0.167,P>0.05),CEUS(r=0.200,P>0.05) score and CRP content excepting the CE result(r=0.467,P<0.01).Conclusions There was a good correlation between the MSCTE score and CDAI.We could use MSCTE findings score to assess the activity of CD patients prospectively.
