1.Efficacy of diclofenac sodium lidocaine and fentanyl analgesia effect using pain patients after endoscopic operation
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(4):397-399
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of patients with diclofenac sodium lidocaine analgesia after endoscopic opera-tion. Methods One hundred patients with the implementation of nasal endoscopic treatment in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group were injected the diclofe-nac sodium lidocaine, which compared with the control group given fentanyl through a vein for postoperative analgesia with analgesia effect and safety. Results The differences of HR,SBP,DBP,MAP indicators were not significant between and within groups (P>0. 05) with immedi-ately after operation, postoperative 24 h,48 h after surgery. There was no significant difference on the VAS score between the inmmediately after the operation process and compared to the control group (P>0. 05). The observation group with the immediate postoperative VAS score decreased significantly compared with that of the control group after 1 h,4 h,8 h,16 h,24 h,48 h of the surgery, while the observation group VAS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05). The observation group in analgesia occurred in 6 cases of ad-verse reactions ( 12%) was significantly lower than that of 16 cases of the control group ( 32%) , and the difference was significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Better effect and low incidence rate of adverse reaction is showed that diclofenac sodium lidocaine analgesia of patients with nasal endoscopic operation.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation on crit-ical limb ischemia(CLI)of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)after intervention. Methods Totally 43 patients with CLI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group re-ceived basic treatment and interventional therapy, and those in treatment group additional benefiting Qi and activat-ing blood circulation for 6 months. The ankle brachial index(ABI),clinical symptoms and patency rate of vascular in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after angioplasty were analyzed and compared. Results ABI in treatment group 1 month,3 months and 6 months after angioplasty was increased when compared with that in control group (P<0.05),and the incidence rate of claudication and rest pain was significantly lower than that in control group 3 months and 6 months later(P<0.05).The patency rate of vessels in treatment group was higher than that of con-trol group and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions Benefiting Qi to activating blood circulation could improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the degree of restenosis in patients with CLI.
