OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Bovine Lactoferrin.METHODS:The content of Bovine Lactoferrin and its hybridprotein were determined by RP-HPLC.The stability of the samples was tested by high-light exposure, accelerating experiment and room temperature storage observation method.RESULTS:The linear range for Bovine Lactoferrin was25~ 1000?g/ml,RSD=0.05%.Under the high-light exposure experiment, accelerating experiment and room temperature storage observation, all the criteria were found to be in line with the quality standard specification.CONCLUSION:Stored under room temperature and airtight condition,Bovine Lactoferrin is stable in quality.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive impairment on the self-management ability and self-management behavior among the patients of end stage renal disease (ESRD) with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods 134 MHD patients were divided into the non cognitive impairment group(62 subjects) and cognitive impairment group(72 subjects) according to Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA)scores,to asses and analyze the level of hemodialysis knowledge, hemodialysis adherence,self-management ability and self-management behavior between the two groups. Results The rates of hemodialysis skipping behavior and the rates of hemodialysis shorting behavior in cognitive impairment group (respectively,18.06%,22.22%) were higher than that in non cognitive impairment group(respectively,6.45%,8.06%) with significant difference (x2 =4.0495,5.0526,all P<0.05).The cognitive impairment group had significantly less total score (respectively,16.62 ± 1.99,51.32± 9.92,56.99±8.3) in the level of hemodialysis knowledge, the self-management ability and the self-management behavior compared with the non cognitive impairment group(respectively,18.48±2.03,63.69±10.16,78.54± 10.28) (t=5.3448,7.1172,13.4140,all P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive impairment can produce an effect on the level of hemodialysis knowledge and hemodialysis adherence.Cognitive impairment can also reduce the function of self-management ability and self-management behavior and make badly further effect on curative effect of hemodialysis.

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To investigate the effects of octreotide on TGF-? autocrine in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721 and TGF-?-induced cells proliferation. Methods:The expression of TGF-?in SMMC-7721 was determined by radioimmunoassay and reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in the cells was determined by immunohistochemistry method and RT-PCR. The proliferative activity of the cells was evaluated by flow cytometry and colony-forming assay. Results:The content of TGF-?was significantly attenuated by octreotide and the inhibitor rate was 15.0%~26.7%. TGF-?mRNA index was decreased by octreotide.TGF-?increased the expression of EGFR both in mRNA and protein level, while octreotide inhibited the expression induced by TGF-?. Proliferative index (PI) and colony-forming rates were obviously lower in octreotide and TGF-?-treated cells than those in TGF-?-treated cells. Conclusions:There exists a TGF-? autocrine loop in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721. octreotide could inhibit TGF-? autocrine in the cells, and consequently exerts an inhibitory effect on cell proliferation.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
The application of intracranial stent-assisted angioplasty has been in controversy. In recent years, the development novel stents, preoperative evaluation, and accumulation of periprocedural management experiences have significantly improved the success rate of this operation. The incidence of complications has decreased significantly. However, the efficacy and safety of intracranial stent-assisted angioplasty are still lack of support from prospective multicenter studies. This article reviews the recent advances in this field.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effectivety and safety of carotid angioplasty and stenting (CAS) with cerebral protection fitler for elder and high risk patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis. Methods 25 patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis over 60 years old at high risk were treated with CAS. Results The procedures were technically successful in all patients. All the degrees of stenosis after CAS were less than 20%. Clinical symptoms disappeared. Heart rate and blood pressure were decreased differently in 24 cases.None of them experienced serious clinical complications. Conclusion CAS with cerebral protection fitler are safe and effective in treatment of elder and high risk of patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis.

ObjectiveTo summarize the complications after precise hepatectomy for primary liver cancer and explore the prevention experiences.MethodsThe clinical data of 120 primary liver cancer patients who underwent precise hepatectomy in Anhui Provincial Hospital from August 2008 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The common complications after hepatectomy and the management measures of the complications were studied. Results Related complications were found in 19 cases, including 7 cases of pleuraI effusion,3 cases of pneumonia,1 case of intra- abdominal hemorrhage,2 cases of up gastrointestinal bleeding,1 case of abdominal abscess,1 case of hepatic failure,1 case of bile leakage,2 cases of would infection,1 case of urinary tract infection.ConclusionsPrecise hepatectomy has characteristics of preoperative accurate assessment, intraoperative fine operation and postoperative excellent management, which reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(19):1747-1748
Fish bones are the most common pharyngeal foreign bodies encountered in the ENT emergency. Many fish bones may be buried in the surrounding soft tissue of the pharynx and larynx. Any delayed treatment for these foreign bodies may cause catastrophic complications. We present a case of 51-year-old woman who had an ingested fish bone migrating to the retropharyngeal space. We used spiral Computed tomography scanning (CT, taken at intervals of 2mm) with dimensional reconstruction for the accurate location diagnosis and surgical planning. We treated successfully before any complication by transoral Laser CO2 microsurgery.

Objective To investigate the postoperative complication and nursing experience of hand-assisted laparoscopic J-type ileal pouch-anal anastomosis (IPAA) in familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP). Methods A total of 36 patients with FAP who had undergone hand-assisted laparoscopic J-type ileal pouch- anal anastomosis (IPAA) were analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative complication included ileal pouch bleeding in 2 cases, urinary retention in 3 female patients, external hemorrhoids swelling in 3 cases, and anastomotic fistula in 2 cases. Six cases had ileum pouch inflammation during the postoperative follow- up. All the complications were relieved after conservative medical therapy. Conclusions IPAA operation puts forward high technical requirements with more postoperative complications. Therefore, it is important to strengthen nursing of the patients, reduce postoperative complication and increase quality of life of FAP.

Acupuncture Research 2010;0(03):-
On the basis of systematicly reviewing the developmental history of acupuncture and moxibustion and profoundly understanding its academic connotations, the authors of the present article make a summary and analysis on the key factors influencing the development of acupuncturology. These key factors are 1) the emergence of "microacupuncture needle regulating-Qi" and the establishement of their corresponding theory system,2) a large number of practitioners who inherited the learnings of acupuncturology generations by generations, and abundant medical classical works which recorded the valuable academic thoughts and clinical experience of the predecesors,3) the application of acupuncture charts and manikins, and 4) modernizing changes of acupuncture learnings after introduction of western medicine to China. Just under the influence of these key factors, the acupuncture medicine separates itself from the level of the simple experience medicine, and has formed a set of special theory system and developed into a mature subject.
