Objective To compare the success rate, the one-time success rate, the average required time and the incidence of complications of two methods in oronasal conversion of nose biliary duct in naso-biliary drainage. Methods 60 cases of patients with ENBD in the ERCP in our department from March,2008 to March, 2010 were divided into the study group and the control group by random. The patients with sleeving the gastric tube by the guidewire during oronasal conversion of nose biliary duct were considered as the study group, and the patients using the traditional method were considered as the control group. The success rate of sleeving gastric tube, the one-time success rate of grasping, the average required time and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the study group was 100%, and the control group was 90%, there was no statistical significance. The one-time success rate of the study group was 76.7%, higher than 46.7% of the control group. The average required time of the study group were (1.3±0.3) min, shorter than (5.1±0.7) min of the control group. The incidence of complications in the study group were 13.3%, lower than 93.3% of the control group. Conclusions To sleeve the gastric tube by the guidewire can increase the one-time success rate of grasping the gastric tube, shorten time of grasping the gastric tube and significantly reduce discomfort of patients.
2.Risk Factors and Pathogens Distribution of Urinary Tract Infection in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(4):420-423
Objective To analyze the risk factors and distribution of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection (UTI) patients with spi-nal cord injury (SCI). Methods A total of 452 patients with SCI collected from December, 2015 to June, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 104 cases (23.1%) were diagnosed as UTI. 119 strains were identified, including 96 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (80.7%) and 22 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (19.3%). Female, invasive operation, depressed lower limb muscle strength, neurogenic bladder and pre-vention of antibacterial agents use were considered to be the main risk infection factors. The invasive operation included indwelling urethral catheterization, intermittent catheterization and other transurethral operation. The incidence rate of UTI in patients with SCI who also accept-ed indwelling catheter was 100.0%. Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria is the dominated pathogenic bacteria in SCI patients with UTI. It should be noticed the characteristics of pathogen, which both may have the high drug resistance rate and high separation rate, to select exact-ly antimicrobial agents to control the spread and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. In addition, patients with underlying diseases, inva-sive operation and lower strength should be monitored targeted.

Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(4):468-473
Enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) causes hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) and various neurological complications, including aseptic meningitis and neurogenic pulmonary edema in young children. HFMD caused by EV-A71 have broken out several times in the Asia-Pacific region since 2007. And it has been a serious threat to public health. There is no effective vaccine or antiviral drug. The pathogenesis of EV-A71 infection is unknown, and EV-A71 3C protein plays an irreplaceable role in replication and anti - innate immunity. Further research on EV-A71 3C protein is conducive to understand the pathogenesis of EV-A71 infection and antiviral drug.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Shenqi mixture tonic (C. A. mixture )is a compounded Chinese herb preparation composed of Codnopsis pilosula (Franch. )Nannf., Astragalus membranaceus Bge. and Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Its antiaging effect was studied on 24 months old SD rats. The body weight, food intake, cardiac capacity and activities ofbrain monoamine oxidase-B(MAO-B)and red blood cell superoxide dismutase (SOD)were estimated to assess its antiaging effect. Results indicated that after feeding C. A. mixture for a fixed time the activity of MAO-B was decreased and that of red blood cell SOD increased obviously. Calorie production and cold resistant capabbility of the aged animals were improved significantly though there were no gain in body weight. In addition ,the cardiac capacity was enhanced. From the above results it can be concluded that C. A. mixture possesses evident antiaging effect

Objective To investigate the role of LPL in enhancing VLDL uptake in mesangial cells and modulating VLDL-mesangial interaction. Methods Human wild type LPL (LPLwt), catalytically inactive LPL (LPL194) or control alkaline phosphatase (AP) were expressed in human mesangiai cell line (HMCL) via adenoviral vectors. The expression of LPL mRNA and protein was detected by RT-PCR and immunoehemistry staining, respectively. LPL activity was assayed by radioisotope labeled liposome substrate. Cellular lipid deposition was visualized by oil red O staining and analyzed quantitatively by standard enzymatic procedures. Effect of LPL on HMCL proliferation was evaluated by colorimetric assay using MTr. MCP-1 mRNA and protein levels in treated HMCLs were determined by real-time quantitative BT-PCB and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively. For adhesion study, HMCLs were treated with VLDL for six hours, followed by one-hour incubation with Tamm-Horsfall protein-1 (THP-1) cells. Results Compared with HMCLs transfected by Ad-AP, the lever of cellular triglyceride content was sharply increased in Ad-LPLwt Wansfected HMCLs [(109.11±5.01) mg/g protein vs (23.98±3.23) mg/g protein,P<0.01] and was slightly increased in Ad-LPL194 transfected HMCLs [(36.33±2.64) mg/g protein vs (23.98±3.23) mg/g protein, P<0.05]. LPLwt amplified VLDL-driven mesangial cells proliferation. Compared to the HMCL-Ad-AP, MCP-1 mRNA and protein expression increasd by 39% (P<0.05) and 171% (P<0.01) in HMCL-Ad-LPLwt, and the amount of THP-1 cells adhering to HMCL-Ad-LPLwt was increased by 1.69-fold (P<0.05), without significant difference between HMCL-Ad-LPLI94 and HMCL-Ad-AP. Conclusions Overexpression of either active or inactive LPL in HMCLs accelerates VLDL-induced triglyceride accumulation, and enzymolysis action of LPL may be the major factor in this process. Active LPL significantly amplifies VLDL-induced proliferative effect on mesangial cells and enhances monocyte adhesion to mesangial cells through up-regulation of MCP-1. Hence, LPL may be an important contribution to initiation and progression of renal injury mediated by triglyceride-rich lipoproteins.
