1.Recent Research on CCR5 and Its Antagonists
China Biotechnology 2006;0(11):-
Chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5 ),as a member of the G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)superfamily,is a membrane protein on cell surface and one of the major of coreceptors for HIV-1infection.CCR5 has became a molecular target for the novel drugs against HIV-1,and antagonists for CCR5 could be grouped as following, chemokine derivatives, small molecule non-peptide compounds, molecular antibodies and peptides. These compounds with high anti-viral activity and affinity are at different stages, and some have been under clinical studies. Therefore, the development research in the different kind of CCR5 antagonists is reviewed.

China Medical Equipment 2015;(8):51-53
Objective:To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood analyzer (hereinafter referred to as XN-9000) in whole blood with the low platelet (PLT). Methods:A total of 48 whole blood samples with platelet count less than 70×109/L were randomly collected from XN-9000 correlation analysis to evaluate XN-9000 the accuracy and precision of detection in low whole blood PLT and carry pollution rate, use XN-9000 and microscope count, respectively. Results: XN-9000 detection in low whole blood PLT between batch and batch of CV% 1.13% and 1.29%, respectively; XN-9000 with microscope PLT count results have high correlation, The regression equation forY=0.917X+3.217,correlation coefficientr=0.964; XN-9000 detection in low whole blood PLT carry pollution at a rate of 0.12%. Detection accuracy of PLT Bias, %(-1.25%~1.8%); Linear range(0~1206)×109/L; Clinical reportable range (0~6030)×109/L.Conclusion: The detection of XN-9000 blood analyzer is in low whole blood PLT has high precision and accuracy, carry pollution rate is extremely low, the result has the reliability, can be directly applied to clinical.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2015;(6):377-380
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tuina with intensive stimulation at tender points plus medication in treating cervical intervertebral disc herniation (CIDH).
Methods:Totally 158 CIDH patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group by their visit sequence, 79 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by oral administration of Meloxicam tablets, 7.5 mg for each dose, once each day. The observation group was additionally intervened by tuina with intensive stimulation at tender points based on the treatment given to the control group, once each day. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after successive 14-day treatment for the two groups.
Results:The total effective rate was 92.4% in the observation group, significantly higher than 81.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores dropped significantly after the treatment in both groups (bothP<0.01), and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).
Conclusion:Tuina with intensive stimulation at tender points plus oral administration of Meloxicam tablets can produce a more significant efficacy in treating CIDH than taking Meloxicam alone, thus worth promoting in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2000;0(04):-
Objective To explore the electrophysiological and clinical features of various subtypes of Guillain Barr? syndrome (GBS). Methods The electrophysiological and clinical data of 100 cases with GBS admitted to Xijing Hospital from 1980 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. Correlations between varied subtypes and ages were examined by ? 2 test. Results Among the 100 patients with GBS, the demyelinating pattern was present in 51 patients, the axonal pattern in 25 patients, and 8 patients were inexcitable, 12 patients equivocal and 4 patients normal. The demyelinating pattern appeared as a major subtype not only in different age groups, but also in different test times after symptom onset. There was no statistically significant relationship between varied subtypes and ages. In the 100 patients, 32.0% suffered from a preceding upper respiratory infection, and 22.0% had a preceding gastrointestinal tract infection. The cases occurring in rural areas are almost in number equal to those in urban areas. That is, there was no a clear area distribution. Both demylinating and axonal GBS occurred throughout the year with a likely peak from July to September. Conclusion In the 100 patients with GBS admitted to Xijing Hospital, the demyelinating pattern was the major electrophysiological subtype. In addition, the electrophysiological and clinical features of various subtypes of GBS seemed to be different in some ways from those in the studies of both western countries and Li CY in northern China.

Objective To make up an exercise prescription based on traditional Chinese medical training (EP-TCMT) for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Eighty-five pa- tients with stable COPD were randomly divided into a control group (CG group),a traditional Chinese medicine group ( TC group) and an exercise prescription group ( EP group). The patients in the TC and EP groups were giv- en intensive training for 8 weeks.Their 6 rain walk distance (6MWD) and Borg scale scores were assessed before and after the treatment. Results The 6MWD in the TC group increased from 337.68?59.18 m to 386.14?76.71 m,while those in the EP group improved from 348.00?55.94 m to 425.17?53.22 m.The Borg scale scores in the TC group decreased from 3.14?1.94 to 2.32?1.25,while those in the EP group declined from 3.45?1.84 to 1.72?0.70.Conclusion Making up EP-TCMTs is feasible.Additional treatment was found to improve exercise tolerance and decrease dyspnea in COPD patients.Exercise therapy based on traditional Chinese methods is easy and safe.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate MR imaging of transient osteoporosis. Methods MR imaging of transient osteoporosis in eight patients was retrospectively reviewed. In all eight patients, routine scanning was performed in axial and coronal planes, including T_1-weighted and T_2-wighted images.Of the eight patients, five were male and three were female, with the age ranging from 12 to 70 years.Neither of the women was pregnant when they visited our hospital. Results The bilateral hips were affected in seven patients, the left shoulder in one.The MR images demonstrated low signal intensity in all eight patients on T_1WI,and normal signal intensity (2 cases),medium-high signal intensity (3 cases),or high signal intensity (3 cases) on T_2WI.The bone marrow edema (BME) pattern involved the acetabulum (one hip),both the femoral head in 5 hips, the femoral neck and the intertrochanteric region through the upper femur in 7 hips, and the upper humerus in one.A small joint effusion was observed in six hips on T_2WI.Conclusion MRI is useful in defining the location and extent of transient osteoporosis.
