Objective To investigate the influence of chiropractic therapy on the growth and intellectual development of 6 months infants.Methods 160 cases of 1-month-old full-term normal infants were divided into the chiropractic therapy group and the control group,each group contained 80 samples.Chiropractic therapy was given to the chiropractic therapy group daily.The development of weight,length,head circumference were observed,and the intelligent development for two groups were evaluated at the age of 6 months.Results The weight,body length in the chiropractic therapy group at the sixth month were higher than those in the control group.The intellectual development in the chiropractic therapy group was also higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Chiropractic therapy plays a significant role in promoting the physical and mental development of babies of 6 months,which is worth being promoted.

Objective To discuss the discovery of the neurbehavioral examination to premature infants in early abnormal neurobehavior and evaluate the influence of the hospital and family intervention pattern on the growth and development of the premature infants,so as to provide reference to the abnormal test of the premature infants and discuss the feasibility of developing neurobehavioral examination widely.Methods 152 cases of the intervention group were given neurobehavioral measurement after correction age,when the score ＜37 points,intervention and treatment were suggested in regular hospital (including exercise therapy and physical therapy,electrical nerve stmulation with treatment instrument,etc.).When the score ≥ 37points,personalized training plans were provided at home,which was adjusted in the follow-up.138 cases of the control group were given development assessment and neurobehavioral examination 3 months after correcting of age.Results The abnormal detection rate of the nervous system in the control group was higher than that of the intervention group,the scores of development in the control group were lower than that of the intervention group.Conclusions NBNA check is simple,safe and strong,it can reduce the occurrence of abnormal nervous system,and improve the level of intellectual and motor development.

Congenital lower urinary tract obstruction in the fetus and is rare in neonates,but it is identified in-creasingly in the era of prenatal sonography and resulted in substantial perinatal mortality with lifelong morbidity. Poste-rior urethral valves,urethral atresia,and prune - belly syndrome are the frequently reported causes of lower urinary tract obstruction. Despite the completion of a randomized trial,the benefit of prenatal intervention with vesicoamniotic shunt placement remains unclear. The management of these disease in fetus and newborns requires appropriate urinary tract decompression,subspecially support,and definitive diagnosis with endoscopy and radiography. Now,the recent progress of diagnosis and treatment of congenital lower urinary tract obstruction were reviewed.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe (WHLR) containing serum on the expression of cathepsin L (CatL) in puromycin aminonucleoside-induced injury of mouse glomerular podocytes.

METHODSMouse podocyte cells (MPCs) in vitro cultured were divided into the normal control group, the model group, the dexamethasone (DEX) group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, 20% WHLR containing serum group, the vehicle serum control group. MPCs in the normal control group were cultured at 37 degrees C culture solution for 24 h. 45 mg/L puromycin was acted on MPCs in the model group for 24 h. On the basis of puromycin intervention, 1 limol/L DEX was co-incubated in MPCs of the DEX group for 24 h; 10% or 20% WHLR containing serum was co-incubated in MPCs of the 10% WHLR containing serum group and 20% WHLR containing serum group for 24 h. The vehicle serum control group was also set up by incubating with WHLR containing serum alone for 24 h. The expression of CatL and its substrate Synaptopodin in podocytes were detected by cell immunofluorescence staining. FITC-conjugated phalloidin was used to stain F-actin. A cortical F-actin score index (CFS index) was designed to quantify the degree of cytoskeletal reorganization in cultured podocytes.

RESULTSCompared with the normal control group, the expression of synaptopodin significantly decreased and the expression of CatL significantly-increased in the model group. F-actin arranged in disorder, gradually forming pericellular F-actin ring. CFS index was obviously elevated (P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, the epression of synaptopodin increased, the expression of CatL decreased, and CFS index also decreased in the DEX group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, and 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the DEX group, the expression of synaptopodin decreased in 10% WHLR containing serum group, CFS index also decreased in 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSWHLR could up-regulate the expression of synaptopodin, down-regulate the expression of CatL, and alleviate cytoskeletal reorganization of F-actin. It was helpful to stabilize the cytoskeleton of F-actin and improve the merging of podocytes.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of nerve stimulator-guided thoracic paravertebral block in patients undergoing segmental mastectomy.MethodsFifty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ female patients,aged 18-64 yr,with body mass index ＜ 24 kg/m2,undergoing segmental mastectomy,were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n =25 each):thoracic epidural block group (group A) and nerve stimulator-guided thoracic paravertebral block group (group B).In group A,an epidural catheter was placed at T3,4 interspace and 0.5％ ropivacaine 7-10 ml was administrated via the epidural catheter.In group B,thoracic paravertebral block was performed at T4 under the guide of the nerve stimulator and 0.5％ ropivacaine 25 ml was administrated.The perioperative adverse cardiovascular events (hypotension and bradycardia) were recorded.Shivering,chest distress,and dyspnea during operation and nausea and vomiting after operation were also recorded.The range of block on the operated side was determined by pinprick test.The efficacy of anesthesia was evaluated.ResultsThe incidence of shivering,chest distress,and dyspnea during operation and nausea and vomiting after operation was significantly lower in group B than in group A (P ＜ 0.05).Adverse cardiovascular events and respiratory depression were not found in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the range of block on the operated side in the two groups ( P ＞ 0.05).The satisfactory anesthesia was found in 100％ of cases.ConclusionNerve stimulator-guided thoracic paravertebral block can be safely and effectively used in patients undergoing segmental mastectomy and the efficacy is better than that of thoracic epidural block.

Objective Through the statistical analysis of the student assessment on curriculum quality,through the observation of the current curriculum teaching situation and its cheracteristics to promote the curriculum construction effectively and improve the medical teaching quality.Methods The current study is carried out among 2 841 undergraduates who study in varied majors and different grades in a medical university.A table of Student Evaluation of Course Teaching Quality developed by the researcher is applied to the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis including comparation means test and correlation tests are adopted in the present study to analyze the course teaching quality.Results Initially.the National Selected Model Courses show no significant difference from the common courses;secondly,three variables including teaching content adopting the course syllabus,good professional qualification and teaching capability of teachers and advanced teaching methods and techniques ale highly scored among ten variables;thirdly,the correlation coefficient of the variable of improving self-learning ability and total score is statistically significant and it can be observed higher than that of other variables and total score.Conclusion Establishing student-centered curriculum evaluation and construction of long-effect mechanism,and developing the students'ability of autonomous learning ale important to improve the quality ofthe course.

Objective To investigate the expression of Pim‐1 in non small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissues ,and study the relationship between c‐Myc and Pim‐1 in the corresponding tissue gene expression .Methods Totally 30 cases of non small cell lung cancer tissue and adjacent normal lung tissues were collected by surgical operation in department of thoracic surgery . Clinical data were statisticed and tracking late pathologic results ,using RT‐PCR ,qRT‐PCR and immunohistochemical method to de‐tect Pim‐1 mRNA ,c‐Myc and Pim‐1 protein expression in lung cancer and adjacent normal tissue ,and to analyze the relationship be‐tween the expression of Pim‐1 and c‐Myc .Results The positive rate of Pim‐1 mRNA and protein expression in non small cell lung cancer was obviously higher than that in adjacent normal tissue ,the mRNA expression levels were 0 .798 ± 0 .083 and 0 .394 ± 0 .107 (P<0 .01) ,the protein positive cases were 18 cases and 6 cases (P=0 .002) .The expression of Pim‐1 protein had no relationship on age ,gender ,smoking history ,pathological types and degree of differentiation of patients with non‐small cell lung cancer (P>0 .05) ,bue had related to ymph node metastasis and TNM stages of tumor (P<0 .05) ,with lymph node metastasis and TNM sta‐ges increases ,its expression quantity also rise .There was a positive correlation between Pim‐1 and c‐Myc protein expression ,corre‐lation coefficient (r) was 0 .433 (P=0 .017) .Conclusion High expression of Pim‐1 in non small cell lung cancer gene and is also increased with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages ,Pim‐1 and c‐Myc expression has positive correlation ,this could provide clues to the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of non small cell lung cancer ,and also provides a new train of thought and to find a new target for gene therapy of lung cancer .

Large number of TCM ancient books, the literature, has a long history and complicated contents, including the principles, methods, prescriptions, medicines and other various aspects. How to obtain and make use of knowledge in ancient books, we must establish a set of relatively precise knowledge and semantic relation networks. Knowledge yun performing reasonable rebuilding of TCM literature, containing much TCM knowledge and information, will be an important way for knowledge findings.

Objective:To Integrated PACS and hospital information systems (HIS), and improve the efficiency of PACS, and improve the user experience. Methods:Base on deeply analysis of existing problems in system application, using process optimization, software optimization, and hardware upgrades manner optimize PACS. Results: PACS and HIS realized Integrated, improving the overall performance of the PACS. Enhance the user experience and expand the application scope of PACS. Conclusion: Deeply analysis of existing problems should be done before optimizing the system. Process optimization, software environment optimization should be considered as the most important and upgrading and replacement of the hardware as the secondary.

Objective　To evaluation the application value of two-phase enhanced spiral CT in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Methods　Two-phase enhanced spiral CT was performed in 27 cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. After plain CT examination, performed arterial phase（25s after infusion）and portal venous phase（60～70s after infusion）with a 150ml bolus injection of contrast material at 3ml/s. CT attenuation values of tumor and normal pancreas in all scanning phase were obtained and the tumor-pancreas contrast was calculated. Results　Mean tumor enhancement were 48±8 HU（arterial phase）and 72±6 HU（portal venous phase）, normal pancreas enhancement were 125±18 HU、98±11 HU, mean tumor-pancreas contrast was significantly differenced on arterial phase （73±21 HU）and portal venous phase （25±12 HU）. Conclusion　Excellent tumor-pancreas contrast is obtained with arterial phase scans, as such it is of significance reference value for diagnosis pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
