Objective To investigate the implementation and application of rotational DSA dual volume technology in displaying the intracranial artery stent. Methods Firstly, the “stent opacity”single volume technology was used to display 5 types of stent which were released in 7 cases of pure intracranial artery stenting and 12 cases of stent-assisted aneurysm embolization. Then we applied “vessel translucent”and “vessel opacity”single volume technology to display corresponding vessel segments. Finally,by coalescing the single volume imaging of stent and vessel, the “vessel opacity + stent opacity”dual volume image and “vessel translucent+ stent opacity”dual volume image were performed. We compared the effects of two kinds of dual volume imaging and assessed the imaging characteristics and influencing factors of each method. Results (1)On the “stent opacity”single volume display mode,in 7 cases of pure intracranial artery stenting, the display effect of two Pipeline stents and three Apollo stents belongs to level 1,the display effect of two Enterprise stents belongs to level 2;In 12 cases of stent-assisted aneurysm embolization,in the stent segments which weren’t influenced by artifacts, the display effect of two LEVIS stents belongs to level 1,the display effects of 5 Enterprise stents and 2 Solitaire AB stents belongs to level 2;While in the stent segments which were influenced by the artifact of spring coil and bone, the display effect significantly reduced, three pieces of Enterprise stents were even unable to identify.(2)On the “vessel opacity”single volume display mode,1 9 cases of vessel segment at the stent completed opacity display. The surface structure of vessel was very clear, but the structure under the surface was completely being covered. On the “vessel translucent”single volume display mode, the surface structure of 19 cases of vessel segment at the stent displayed clear at the tangential position. The vessel lumen also presented transparent state.(3)On the “stent opacity+vessels opacity”double volume display mode, the start-stop location and the adherence of stents in blood vessels in 1 6 cases were displayed clearly. When using the “stent opacity+ vascular opacity”double volume imaging, except 3 cases which used ball expansion Apollo stents could display comprehensive relationship between the blood vessels,in the other 13 cases, the relationship between stent and vascular could not be fully displayed. Conclusion On the condition that the single volume display technology shows stent well, the “stent opaque+vessels translucent”double volume display technology can well present the stent condition in the vessels.

Objective The paper analyzes the operating patterns of the outpatient process and identifies the links needing reengineering so as to provide scientific basis for the optimal allocation of outpatient resources and process reengineering and prove the rationality and feasibility of using the queuing theory. Methods Using the methods of the queuing theory, the service time and the patients' arrival time at such service links as registration, billing and accounting, internal medicine, and gynecology in the outpatient department of a certain hospital were measured and the operational indexes at various links such as service intensity, average queuing length, average queuing time, average stay, probability of the service desks being idle, and the probability of the patients having to wait were calculated so as to estimate the rational number of service desks and the optimal value of the sum of the cost of waiting and the cost of service. Results Registration, billing and accounting , service intensity in internal medicine, personnel allocation, and queuing time were basically rational in the outpatient department of the hospital surveyed. One more physician should be added to the gynecology department so as to improve efficiency and reduce patients' waiting time and queuing length. There was currently a shortage of medical staff in the hospital. The cost of hospital input was moderate while the cost of waiting was on the high side. Conclusion It is rational and feasible to evaluate the efficiency of the outpatient process with the methods of the queuing theory. The method deserves to be spread.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of puerarin and puerarin lobate extract in rats and compare the difference of pharmacokinetic behavior of them. METHODS:24 SD rats were randomly divided into high-dose and low-dose groups of puerarin (300,100 mg/kg) and puerarin lobate extract (equal to 300,100 mg/kg of puerarin). 0.2 ml blood sample were collected from posterior venous plexus of bulbus oculi before intragastric administration and 0.083,0.17,0.33,0.5, 0.67,1,1.5,2,3,4,6,8,10 h after administration, respectively. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by using DAS 3.0 software. RESULTS:Compared with puerarin high-dose group,AUC0-t and cmax of puerarin low-dose group increased sig-nificantly,while CL decreased significantly;MRT0-t of puerarin low-dose group and puerarin lobate extract high-dose and low-dose groups decreased significantly (P<0.01). There was no statistical significance in pharmacokinetic parameters between puerarin lo-bate extract low-dose group and puerarin lobate extract high-dose group (P>0.05). CONCLULSIONS:There is difference in the pharmacokinetic behavior between puerarin and puerarin lobate extract in rats. Some components of puerarin lobate extrats maybe speed up the elimination of puerarin in rats,so as to shorten the average retention time of it.

Objective:To investigate the effects of the Paecilomyces Lilacinuson extracellular polysaccharides on the phenotypic and maturation of murine dendritic cells. Methods: Imature DCs were induced in vitro from the murine bone marrow cells in the presence of rmGM-CSF and rmIL-4, and then they were cultured with different dosage of the extracellular polysaccharides. The morphological characterization was analyzed under microscopy. The expressions of the DCs surface costimulating factors and phagocytic function to FITC-dextran were detected by flow cytometry. The level of IL-12 secreted by DCs was observed by ELISA. At the same time the influence of DCs on the proliferation of T cells was determined by MTT. Results:Treating with the polysaccharides for 48 h could up-regulate the expression of DCs surface molecules, such as CD11c,MHCⅡ,CD80 and CD86,and the 400 μg/ml was the optimal dose, comparing with the blank control group, the difference was significant (P<0. 01), contrast to LPS control group that was not different ( P<0. 05 ) . The uptaking FITC-dextran ability of the DCs treated with 300 μg/ml and 400 μg/ml polysaccharides was significant lower than the unstimulated DCs(P<0. 05). At the same time the extract at different concentration could distinctly enhance the proliferation of T cells by DCs too. Conclusion:The extracellular polysaccharides could stimulate the maturation of dendritic cells and induce the production of mature dendritic cells.

Objective To investigate the antidiabetic effect of Acanthopanax senticosus extracts based on metabonomics by UPLC-MS/MS and to explore its mechanisms. Methods The type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)mouse model was established by inject-ing streptozocin(streptozotocin,STZ)in combination with alloxan. The effect of A. senticosus extracts on the fasting blood glucose of mice was observed. Multivariate statistical analysis was employed to analyze serum metabolites. The differential metabolites were iden-tified by online and self-built databases. MetPA Was employed to analyze the corresponding metabolic pathways. Results The T2DM model was established successfully. Compared with the model group, the fasting blood glucose of mice in the A. senticosus extracts groups decreased significantly. Compared with the normal control group, the level of phenylalanine,LysoPC(16:0,18:0),tyrosine, serine, urea andβ-hydroxybutyric acid inecreased, while the level of alanine, glutamine, leucine, valine and lactic acid decreased significantly in the model group. Pathway enrichment displayed that these metabolites were mainly involved in five metabolic pathways. The above-mentioned metabolites reversed to the normal level in varying degrees after administration of A. senticosus glycosides or poly-saccharoses extracts. Conclusion The extracts of A. senticosus display a significant hypoglycemic effect which might be achieved by regulation of amino acid, energy and lipid metabolism.
