3.On the Traditional Medical Treasures of Zhou Yi(also known as "the book of changes") and Qian Jin(Precious Essential Formulary,PEF)
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The traditional medical treasures of zhouyi and qianjin have much in common in the aspects of logic approach, recognition characteristics, values conception, theory construction, and category system, which demonstrate that the two doctrines are closely related both geographically and historically. Bearing the same cultural genes and value orientation, sharing similar constructions of logic approaches and recognition characteristics, the two doctrines contain a great deal of wisdom in recognition and practice.
4.The role of cyclooxygenase-2 in the growth and development of the endometrial lesions
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1658-1659
Objective To study the role of cyclcoxygenase-2 in the growth and development of the endome-trial lesions. Methods The expression of cycloogxygenase-2 (COX-2) were tested by immunohistocbemistry. Compar-ison of endometrial cancer COX-2 expression was made within each group at different stages, for different pathological classification. Another groups comparison of COX-2 expression was made. Results ( 1 ) COX-2 in endometrial cancer in the different expression of other differences and differences were significant ( P<0.05 ). Ⅲ mainly for the period between the stage and the other had a significant difference( P<0.05 ). (2) COX-2 in endometrial cancer, hyperplasia and normal expression of the differences between endometriosis, the difference was significant ( P<0.05 ). (3)COX-2 in endometrium cancer different pathology graduation difference:G1(high idiophase) < G2(idiophase) < G3(low id-iophase), but does not have the difference after the comparison in statistics ( P>0.05 ). (4) The expression of COX-2 in simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia was statistically significant different ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion That COX-2 in the development of endometrial lesions play an important role, it could be inferred of COX-2 inhibitors for endometrial cancer treatment or treatment of postoperative the timing of the loss surgery patients is feasible.
5.Role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells. Methods Human Ramos B cells were transfected with plasmids expressing YFP fusion wild type TRAF2(YFP-WT-TRAF2) or YFP fusion dominant-negative TRAF2(DN-TRAF2),or transfected with shRNA-TRAF2 and control shRNA plasmid. After incubation overnight, cells were either sorted with flowcytometry or screened by antibiotics G418.Activation of AP-1 pathway, including phosphorylation of ERK,JNK and P38,as well as nuclear translocation of AP-1 subunits were detected by western blot and ELISA.Results Overexpression of WT-TRAF2 selectively induced activition of MAPK by phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and further induced nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Moreover,both overexpression of DN-TRAF2 and transfection of shRNA-TRAF2 inhibited phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Conclusion TRAF2 selectively activates some kinases in CD40 mediated AP-1 signaling pathway, and plays an important role in AP-1 activation.
6.The prosperity and challenge of ocular fundus imaging
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2021;37(2):89-92
Ocular fundus imaging technology has developed rapidly in the past decade. The exsiting imaging technology is constantly updated and new imaging technology emerges one after another. The related research and development investment, equipment usage and paper publication are all growing rapidly. At the same time, it is developing towards the direction of multi-technology combination, integration of artificial intelligence and big data, as well as small-size and automation use of equipment. However, there are many challenges behind the prosperity of ocular fundus imaging, such as professionally remodeling of fundus diseases knowledge system standardization, balance and independence of scholarly communication, misunderstanding of "multimodal images", validation of the effectiveness and applicability of emerging technologies, clinical imaging research innovation, original technology innovation and technology reserve, fundus imaging data integration and analysis system for the future.
7.Motor Rehabilitation and Pyramidal Tract Remodeling after Cerebral Infarction (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;20(1):49-52
Motor dysfunction is one of the leading problems after stroke. The evidence existed that motor performance is largely affected by the location and volume of white matter especially the pyramidal tract, but not the cortex. The remodeling of contralesional primary motor output tract highly correlated with motor improvement. The unaffected pyramidal tract axons regenerate and cross into the affected side after ischemia can promte motor recovery after ischemia. Exercise and other rehabilitation may play a role on remodeling of pyramidal tract subsequent after cerebral infarction.

9.Gene polymorphisms predict efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer
Tumor 2010;(2):164-169
Objective:The efficacy and toxicity of anticancer drugs differ in different tumor patients. It could not meet the requirements of optimization of tumor treatment if only under the guidance of clinical and pathologic characteristics. More and more attention is focused on individualized therapy based on individual gene profiles. It has been identified that gene polymorphisms are responsible for different outcomes of individuals. Gene polymorphisms, including sequence polymorphism and single nucleotide polymorphism, will decrease the clinical efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs or increase adverse reactions by influencing the expression or activity of the corresponding proteins. In recent years several gene polymorphisms related to drug metabolism, transportation, or inactivation may affect the outcomes of chemotherapy and the frequency of adverse reactions. Identification of the polymorphism genes is important for individual therapy for tumor patients.
10.EFFECTORSEARCH: Software for identifying effectors of T3SS in bacterial species
Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2012;(6):528-535
Many gram-negative bacteria use the type Ⅲ secretion system (T3SS) to inject virulence proteins (effectors) directly into host cells. These effectors play a central role in pathogen interactions, and their molecular structures are highly variable.Previous researchers have used particular motifs common to all effectors in order to identify a full suite of candidate effectors of T3SS in the genome of Pseudomonas syringae. Here,we present a program called EFFECTORSEARCH that synthesizes and extends previous work by allowing users to identify candidate effectors based on any combination of the following five criteria:protein length, proximity to the hrp promoter,n-terminal region, similarity to known effectors, and dissimilarity to housekeeping genes. We demonstrate the utility of the program in allowing users either to search broadly for candidates or to restrict attention to the candidates with the highest confidence in their assignment.
