With the transformation of marketization of economy and legislation of society in recent 20 years in China, the traditional mechanism in which medical therapy is decided by patients' relatives and doctors has not been able to offer sufficient protection for the legal rights of patients. So the rights of informed consent and decision making have been transferred passively to the patients' side. But in the field of assisted reproduction technique(ART),informed consent has to face some specific and unique problems.Firstly, being fully informed is sharply against the privacy of his(her) spouse as reproduction involved both the couple and their families.Secondly,it is a question that whether a wife can make her freewill choice when she accepts an ART program, because of the pressures coming from her family, the society, and her low social status well. And thirdly,The ART has the characteristics of both clinical therapy and scientific research as it is imperfect and its protocols still need to be improved.Ethicists should focus on thiese challenges. In the aspect of ethics, the regulations established by government and occupational association are the safeguard of the commonweal of society and general rights and benefits, and the ethics review and informed consent offered the final protection for the patients.

Objective To evaluate the possibility and scan the protocol of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in rabbit VX2 liver tumor models. Methods MRI and DTI images were obtained from 16 rabbit VX2 liver tumor models and 4 rabbit control liver models.Average diffusion coefficient(ADC),fractional anisotropy(FA) of tumors and control livers were estimated and compared with the changing rules(b value=100,600,1000 mm2/s).Results ADC of tumors had a descending trend and FA of tumors had an increasing trend compared with control livers. The fluctuations of ADC and FA of tumors had a descending trend(P

OBJECTIVETo study the transferrable character of Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) plasmids with 3 types of beta-lactamase gene.
METHODSThe plasmid of multi-drug resistant AB (donor) isolated from burn wound were transferred to E. coil ATCC25922 (receptor) through conjugation, and drug sensitivity was also observed. Drug-resistant gene and stability of filial generation and zygote were analyzed by PCR.
RESULTSThe drug-resistance of donor plasmids to Sulfamethoxazole, Ampicillin, Cefalotin, Cefpodoxime, Cefuroxime, Imipenem/Cilastatin and Ampicillin/Sulbactam, and three types of beta-lactamase gene were transferred to the receptor, and were also stably transmitted for passages. The minimum inhibitor concentration of receptor to Sulfamethoxazole was > 2 mg/L after conjugation with donor, and inhibitory character could be transferred to next generation.
CONCLUSIONbla(TEM-1), bla(PER-1) and bla(OXA-23) genes carried in the plasmid of AB can be transferred through conjugation and stably transmitted for passages, and it is one of the molecular mechanisms for AB with multi-drug resistance after burn infections.
