2.Analysis of Labeled Items in Package Inserts of 51 Kinds of Ointment for External Use
China Pharmacy 2017;28(16):2286-2288
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reasonably designing package inserts of ointment for manufacturers. METH-ODS:According to items included in Management Regulation for Package Insert and Label and Specification for Chemicals and Bi-ological Products for Treatment, labeled items in package inserts of 51 kinds of ointment for external use during Jan.-Jun. 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS:Among the 51 kinds of ointment,39 were domestic varieties and 12 were imported variet-ies. In the package inserts of 39 domestic varieties, items with lower labeling rates were overdose, pharmacokinetics, use guid-ance,pharmacology and toxicology, with labeling rates of 2.6%,5.1%,15.4%,28.2%;while the labeling rates of imported vari-eties were 16.7%,83.3%,75.0%,100%. Compared with package inserts of imported ointment, composition, dosage and usage, adverse reactions, contraindications, precautions, drug interactions, medication for special populations were not enough detailed in domestic ointments. CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that manufacturers consult medicine experts, list all auxiliary materials through Management Regulation for Drug Description and Label, refine and improve the labeling contents of dosage and usage,ad-verse reactions, precautions, medication for special populations, pharmacology and toxicology, overdose, etc. In addition,admin-istrative departments should strengthen the regulatory approval efforts.

5. Portal vein stenting combined with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization in treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(7):771-773
Objective: To discuss the clinical outcomes of portal vein stenting combined with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) in treating portal vein tumor thrombus in the patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). Methods: Eleven PHC patients with tumor thrombus in the main branch or trunk of the portal vein were treated with stenting and TACE simultaneously (or TACE were performed 1 week later). The successful rate of the procedure, the patency of the obstruction, the complications, the mortality and the survival periods were all recorded. Results: Portal vein puncture was successfully performed in all 11 cases and successful stenting was achieved in 10 cases. Hepatic encephalopathy combined with hepatic failure was noticed in 1 patient. The median patency period after stenting was 5.7 (1-18) months. The survival rates of patients at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment were 5/11,4/ 11 and 2/ 11, respectively. Conclusion: Metallic stent implantation combined with TACE has satisfactory outcome in treating tumor thrombus in the main branch and trunk of the portal vein in PHC patients without distant metastases.

Objective To investigate the epidemiologic features of infant rotavirus(RV) diarrhea in Guilin area .Methods The detection of group A rotavirus were performed on 1 300 patients from Guilin 181st hospital by using immune colloidal gold method , and the epidemiological analysis were done according to the detection results .Results In the 1 300 patients ,132 were found rotavir‐us positive ,the total positive rate was 10 .15% .The positive rate of >1-2 years old group was the highest(23 .08% ) ,compared with other age groups(P<0 .05) .In November ,December and January ,the positive rates were 24 .14% ,20 .00% ,23 .53% ,respec‐tively .Compared with the positive rate in other months ,there was statistically significant difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Infants of 6 months to less than 2 years old in Guilin have higher detection rate of RV infection ,and the infection peak appears in autumn and w inter .

Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(4):461-463
Objective To investigate the clinical value of earlier period C reactive protein, hematocrit level and combining these two factors in predicting the severity in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Hct ad CRP within 24h after admission were evaluated, and the differences between severe acute pancreatitis and mild acute pancreatitis were analyzed. The effectiveness in predicting the severity in AP patients was evaluated by ROC curve. Results The levels of Hct and CRP in SAP group were significantly higher than those in MAP group (P<0.05). The sensitivity of CRP and Hct were 66. 67% and 50%, the specificity were 85.51% and 81.16%, the positive predictive values were 54. 55% and 40.91%, and the negative predictive values were 90. 77% and 86. 15%, respectively. The sensitivity of combi-ning CRP and Hct was 66. 67%, the specificity was 85.51%, the positive predictive value was 40. 91%, and the negative predictive value was 90. 77%. Conclusion The earlier period C reactive protein and hematocrit level have prognostic value, and combination use of these two factors are more sensitive in evaluating the severity in patients with acute pancreatitis.

Objective To investigate the risk factors and the immune functions for noeocomial palmonary fungal infection (PFI) in COPD patients. Methods The data of 55 cases of nosocomial PFI were analyzed, and examined the level of T Lymphocyte Subsets (TLS) in peripheral blood from 67 cases COPD,then compared with 54 healthy donors. Results Nosocomial pulmonary fungal infection Candida Albicans was ranked the first pathogen.CD3 and CD4 of COPD with PFI were significantly ower than COPD and healthy donors(P<0.05).Conclusions We should improve the immunity of patients in the process of therapy. We should reasonable use of bread spectrum antibiotics and corticosteroids in order to reduce incidence of pulmonary fungal infection.
