Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Both aspirin and angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)inhi bi tors are often used concomitantly in patients with cardiovascular disease. The s afety of the combination has been questioned. The potential antagonistic interac tions between ACE inhibitors and aspirin has become the focus of both increasing research and intense debate, with conflicting conclusions havin g been reported in the literature. We reviewed systematically available literatu re on the interactions between ACE inhibitors and aspirin in hyper- tension, acute myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure and found that further trials are needed to shed light on the effects and mechanism of interaction between these drugs.

Objective To explore the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after liver transplantation (LT)and hepatectomy(HC)in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The literatures about tumor recurrence of HCC after LT and HC were reviewed and their characteristics were compared. Results There are distinctions of recurrence rates, time, common sites between the recurred tumors after LT and HC,and their correlation factors and mechanisms of recurrence are also different. Conclusion Preventive measures should be strengthened and treatments should be more targeted according to the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after LT and HC to improve postoperative life quality and increase the survival rate.
3.OBSERVATION ON THE LEVELS OF BLOOD FREE RADICALS, SERUM LIPID PEROXIDE AND VITAMIN E IN NIDDM
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Concentration of blood free-radicals in 19 normal subjects and 35 patients with NIDDM was estimated by electron spin resonance spectrometer. Serum lipid peroxide (Lpo) and vitamin E were measured with biochemical methods. As compared with controls, patients with NIDDM had significantly higher blood free-radical level and serum Lpo level. The results suggested that the metabolism of free-radicals was disturbed in NIDDM.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(17):47-48
Objective We aimed to study the optimal method for local compression following removal of needle after intravenous injection and protect patients' vein to the highest degree. Methods 620 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 310 cases in each group randomly. Comparison study was carried out by adopting interchange compression (routine method) and noninterchange compression (direct pressing with hypothenar). Results The incidence of pain, bleeding and subcutaneous stasis after removal of needle in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Local compression following removal of needle with hypothenar was superior to routine compression method and it was worth applying in clinics widely.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(43):6946-6952
BACKGROUND:Nowadays, most of the studies regarding tissue engineering bone have mostly focused on critical-size bone defects of the backbone; however, there are less studies and reports on its spinal fusion. OBJECTIVE:To explore the feasibility of xenogeneic deproteinized cancelous bone as bone tissue engineering scaffold in the treatment of spinal intertransverse fusion. METHODS:The cancelous part in the distal femur of adult pigs was obtained to prepare xenogeneic deproteinized cancelous bone. After combined with the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein, the xenogeneic deproteinized cancelous bone was combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels to prepare tissue engineering bone. Twenty-four goats were obtained to prepare intertransverse bone bed, and randomly divided into two groups: observation and control groups. In the observation group, the tissue engineered bone was implanted into the left side, and the xenogeneic deproteinized cancelous bone of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein was implanted into the right side. In the control group, the autologous iliac bone was implanted into the left side, and xenogenic deproteinization cancelous bone was implanted into the right side. At the 4th, 8th and 12th weeks after implantation, the fusion segment was obtained for gross observation, X-ray observation, histological observation and biomechanical testing. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:X-ray films showed that the implant materials from these two groups were fixed wel and reliably. At different time points after implantation, the implant materials from each group were al in good position. There were no purulent and necrotic tissues around the material. Soft tissue ingrow and wraping were present. There were no effusions and necrosis surrounding the implant materials. The imaging and histological performance in the tissue engineering bone group outperformed that in the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein xenogenic deproteinized cancelous bone group and xenogenic deproteinized cancelous bone group, which was the most close to the autogenous bone. At the 12th week after implantation, the maximum bending load in the tissue engineering bone group was the most close to the autogenous iliac bone group. There was no significant difference between these two groups. These results demonstrate that as bone tissue engineering scaffold, xenogenic deproteinized cancelous bone has a certain application feasibility in the treatment of spinal intertransverse fusion.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
[Objective]We established a model of Lung-Yang Deficiency.[Methods]The factors such as smoking(exogenous evil effect on lung),swimming in ice water(cold body and exhaustion),swimming in common water(exhaustion),and taking the methimazole ice solution(immune suppression and inhale cold)were adopted to establish this Lung-Yang Deficiency model.SD rats were treated for 35 days, and their physical signs(diet changes, drinking and other typical symptoms)were observed. The hemorheological parameters of the treated animals were measured.[Results]At the later period, rats in the Lung-Yang Deficiency model showed several symptoms, such as wheeze, breathlessness, meanwhile, accompanied with dullness, drinking less water, chill.Compared with the normal group, the body weight and the back temperature of the treated rats were decreased significantly. The whole blood viscosity(WBV)and whole blood reduced viscosity(WBRV)on the low shear rate were significantly increased from the normal. So was found the rigidity finger, deformed finger and electrophoresis finger of RBC parameters.[Conclusion]This model is fit to the clinical investigation of Lung-Yang Deficiency, resulting in that our method for model establishment is feasible.
8.Effects of Early Enteral Feeding Containing MCT/LCT on Improving Protein Catabolism of Burned Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objectives To compare the effects of different early enteral nutrition formula on improving metabolic status of burned patients. Methods Thirty cases of burned patients with total burn surface area (TBSA) more than 30% were randomly divided into two groups:⑴Group F, enteral feeding with Fresubin 750MCT containing MCT/LCT as fat source, ⑵Group N, enteral feeding with Nutrison containing only LCT as fat source. All of the thirty patients received isocaloric, isonitrogenous and isolipidic enteral feeding with intragstric tube and enteral feeding pump, within 24h of postburn. Plasma insulin, glucagons, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and 3-methylhistidine in urine were measured on day 1,4,7and 10 days of postburn. Results The results showed that the patients of group F had an increased blood concentration of insulin and the ratio of insulin/ glucagons, a decreased plasma concentration of TNF, and a reduced excretion of 3-methylhistidine in urine as compared with the patients of group N. Conclusions An enteral compound diet containing MCT/LCT in the early enteral feeding in burned patients can improve the metabolic status of burned patients more effectively.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(17):2741-2745
BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that OCT4, SOX2 and HIWI can express in tumor tissues. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expression of stem cell transcription factors SOX2 and OCT4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical characteristics and prognosis. METHODS: Expression levels of SOX2 and Oct4 were detected using immunohistochemical SP method in 77 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 40 cases of adjacent cancer tissues confirmed by pathological examination, and then the their relationship with prognosis and clinical characteristics of the patients was analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Significantly higher levels of SOX2 and Oct4 were found in the esophageal cancer tissues than the adjacent cancer tissues (P < 0.05). SOX2 and Oct4 were highly expressed in the esophageal cancer tissues isolated from poorly differentiated, lymph node metastasis patients (P < 0.05). During the 2-year follow-up, the median survival of patients positive for SOX2 and Oct4 was only 24 and 21 months, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of negative patients (30 and 33 months, respectively). These findings indicate that the highly expressed SOX2 and Oct4 in esophageal cancer tissues are associated with the differentiation, metastasis and prognosis of the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
