1.Research on the relationship of recurrence of cerebral infarction with total sleeping time
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(7):767-769
Objective Cerebral infarction is a main disease threatening human health and the recurrence of cerebral infarction is more inclined to cause disability and death. The article aimed to explore the influence of total sleeping time on the recurrence of cerebral infarction. Methods According to the criteria, 70 cases of cerebral infarction patients who hospitalized in our hospital from March 2016 to November 2016 were selected to undergo polysomnography (PSG) and were divided into two groups according to medical history: original group and recurrence group.Another 20 simultaneous outpatients who had no significant diseases to undergo PSG were chosen as the control group.Data were collected on all the individual''s total sleeping time (TST), gender and age.Hypothesis testing and logistic related analysis were applied in data analysis. Results The TST of recurrence group was shorter than those of the original group and the control group (P<0.05), among which the TST of the original group is shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), both representing significant difference.Multiple regression analysis showed that TST was an independent risk factor for the recurrence of cerebral infarction and that the risk of recurrence of cerebral infarction increased with the lack of TST.Conclusion The shortening of TST may increase the risk of the recurrence of cerebral infarction.

3.Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in brain perfusion
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2009;25(10):1909-1911
Ultrasound brain perfusion imaging can evaluate brain perfusion in normal and pathological conditions. After basilar stent implantation, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) can show normal visualization of color flow within the stent and provide essential functional information by evaluation of blood flow velocities. Furthermore, CEUS can estimate the volume of brain hemorrhage and readily identify residual tumor. CEUS can be used in thrombolysis, and will be applied in cerebral trauma. The value of CEUS in brain perfusion imaging was reviewed in this article.
4.Endovascular treatment modalities in patients with ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;21(11):839-842
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of the major reasons of mortality and disability in adult populations.Ultra-early recanalization is by far the most positive treatment.Relative to intravenous thrombolysis, various endovascular treatment modalities can extend therapeutic time window and increase the recanalization rate.Furthermore, interventional therapy can also improve the clinical outcomes of patients by increasing the perfusion of colhteral circulation. This article reviews various endovascular treatment modalities and their application validated in previous clinical studies in China.
5.The effects of heat shock protein 90 inhibitor 17-AAG on the proliferation and cell cycles of LoVo cells
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Background and purpose:Hsp90 is cell chaperone protein that interacts with many proteins, but itself can not degrade its client proteins.Hsp90 inhibitor can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce cell apoptosis, cell growth arrest and increase the degradation of Hsp90 client proteins like Survivin. In order to explore the co-effects of Hsp90 inhibitor 17-AAG and Survivin on LoVo cells and the possible mechanisms,we observed the effects of 17-AAG on proliferation and cycles of LoVo cells and the protein level of Survivin. Methods:LoVo cells were treated with 17-AAG.The cell proliferation inhibition rate was evaluated by MTT assay. The cell cycle was detected by ? ow cytometry. The expression of Hsp90 client protein Survivin was detected by Western blot.Results:17-AAG time-dose-dependently inhibit the proliferation of LoVo cells, after 100 ng/ml,500 ng/ml and 800 ng/ml 17-AAG exposure for 24 hrs,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was 21.00%,40.81%,60.34% respectively, after exposure for 48 hrs,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was increased to 27.29%,48.17%,80.97% respectively, after exposure for 72 hrs,the cell proliferation inhibition rate was to 34.45%,67.81%,88.42%;17-AAG arrested cell cycle, when LoVo cells were exposed to 100 ng/ml 17-AAG for 72 hrs,the cell ratio of G0/G1 phase was(61?3)%,when to 500 ng/ml for 72 hrs, cell ratio of G0/G1 phase was increased to(74?3)%,compared to(48.2?0.8)% LoVo cells without 17-AAG(P
6.Lateral recumbent position posterior approach microendoscopic discectomy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation
Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(03):-
Objective In order to find the best methods for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation through posterior approach microendoscopic discectomy. Methods The approach of operation by lamina arcus vertebrae space was used to remove ligamentum flavum not to removed lamina arcus vertebrae and other tissue in lateral recumbent position. Extraction of lumbar interverebral disc herniation was used in 113 cases. Results A follow-up study was performed after operation, ranged from 6 to 24 months with a mean duration of 12 months. According to Nakai standard, there were 107 cases scored "excellent" and 6 scored "good". Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy by the approach of lamina arcus vertebrae space caused less injury and bleeding, and was safe for both surgery and anesthesia. It achieved successfully without affecting the spinal stability.
7.CT Expression of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphomas in Orbit and Paranasal Sinuses,Nasal Cavity
Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(02):-
Objective To inverstigate the CT findings of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in orbit and paranasal sinuses, nasal cavity. Methods 12 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in orb it and paranasal sinuses, nasal cavity diagnosed pathology retrospectivly were an alyzed based on their CT data. Results 12 cases of all were non-Hodgin’s lymphoma.Ther e were lymphoma of orbit in 8 cases, lymphoma of maxillary sinus in 3 cases, lym phoma of nasal in 1 case .There was eyelid tumor in 3 cases, soft tissue tumefac tion in adjacent eyelid in 2 cases, soft tissue tumefaction in adjacent maxillary region of nose back in 3 cases and local bone absorption in 2 cases. Conclusion Tumors in orbit and maxillary sinus nasal cavi ty were not concomitant with bone destruction. The sicken tumefaction or tumors formed in adjacent eyelid and maxillay region of nose back are important clue of lymphoma.

9.Modification of brain GABA_A receptor subunit ?1,?3,?5,?2L and ?2S expression in audiogenic seizure rat following tolerance to clobazam
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
AIM To investigate the modification of GABA A receptor subunits in audiogenic seizure rat cortex and hippocampus when rendered tolerant to clobazam. METHODS Rats were administrated with clobazam for two weeks, resulting in tolerance to clobazam. GABA A receptor subunit ?1, ?3, ?5, ?2L and ?2S were assayed using quantitative competitive RT PCR in rat FrPaM and hippocampus. RESULTS In FrPaM,the content of mRNA encoding for ?1,?2L and ?2S were all significantly decreased (27%,43% and 37% respectively),whereas that of ?5 was significantly increased (73%) compared with the control. In hippocampus, ?1, ?2L, and ?2S mRNA content was significantly decreased (28%, 32% and 31% respectively). CONCLUSION The accomodated change in GABA A receptor subunit ?1, ?5,?2L and ?2S in FrPaM and hippocampus may be associated with the mechanism for tolerance to clobazam in audiogenic seizure rat.
