Objective To explore prospectively the relationship between treatment of toxoplasmosis and pregnancy outcome. Methods Detected by ELISA and PCR,59 pregnant women and 91 women at reproductive age with infection were treated by oral spiramycin. Then their Tox-lgM and DNA negative conversing rates, intrauterine transmission rate and incidence of abnormal pregnancy outcome were studied in contrast to those of 60 women in pregnancy and 79 at childbearing age with infection but without management. Results In healing group, the seroconversion rate of Tox-lgM and Tox-DNA from positive to negative were 83.05% (49/59) in pregnant women and 70.33%(64/91) in women at childbearing age, respectively. The rates in control group were 35% (21/60) and 37.97% (30/79). The rates of intrauterine transmission and abnormal pregnancy outcomes of healing group were 8.4% (5/59) and 30% (15/50),respectively. While those of control group were 11.86% (7/59) and 40% (20/50) accordingly (? 2=11.4970,P

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
There were 48 strains of bacilli obtained from 20 Chinese traditional medicines. Twenty-five strains had antagonistic effect against at least one of ten plant pathogens. Seven strains had antibiosis to more than four pathogens and the best strain had antibiosis to nine pathogens. After physiological and biochemical experiments, eight strains of 25 antagonistic bacilli were proved to be Bacillus subtilis, three were Bacillus cereus, one were Bacillus natto and one were Bacillus licheniformis. At the same time, two kinds of Chinese traditional medicines, which probably had antibacterial effect, were found.

BACKGROUND:The biological substances fixed onto the implant surface, including specific proteins, enzymes, polypeptides, could promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic cells in order to achieve a good osteogenic effect.
OBJECTIVE:To introduce the biological characteristics of the arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (RGD) peptides, cellbiological behavior and implant osseointegration in osteoporosis.
METHODS:Authors retrieved the relevant articles in PubMed database (January 1984 to January 2013), Wanfang database (January 2002 to December 2012) and CHKD database (January 2002 to December 2012) using the key words“RGD peptides, osteoporosis, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, osseointegration, osteoblast, induced differentiation”. Papers were included concerning the biological characteristics of RGD peptides, the biological behavior of cells and the bone-implant integration in osteoporosis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Osseointegration on the surface between implant and bone tissue can be further improved by grafting biological y active substance. Bionics modification, to simulate the extracellular matrix environment in vivo, can promote celladhesion and growth, which is an effective way to improve osseointegration and is also an important direction of research in the field of tissue engineering recently. The future research is focused on designing specific and efficient polypeptides and simple and effective fixation methods.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
In general, the students in Chinese medical universities have technophobia in nuclear medicine experiment, which gives reduction to the cognition and learning of the students.Based on the analysis of the students' psychology and learning, special countermeasures in teaching, therefore, should be used in the conquest of the students' psychological obstacle in order to improve teaching quality of nuclear medicine experiment.

Objective This study has explored the role of antibody against annexin A2 in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Using purified recombinant annexin A2, IgG anti-annexin A2 antibody was measured by ELISA in 101 APS patients, 41 SLE patients with thrombosis, 124 SLE patients without thrombosis and 120 healthy controls. Results The positive rate of IgG anti-annexin A2 antibody in APS patients and SLE patients with thrombosis was 21.8%, 26.8%, respectively, they were all significantly higher than in SLE patients without thrombosis (6.5%). IgG anti-annexin A2 antibody was associated with thrombosis and/or pregnancy morbidity (P<0.01). Conclusion Anti-annexin A2 antibody is associated with thrombosis and/or pregnancy mnrbidity. It suggests that anti-annexin A2 antibody may be helpful in identifying in some potential AIRS.

A kind of intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) apparatus is developed to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT),which is based on the theory of occurrence and prevention of the DVT and AT89C52 micro-controller. This paper introduces its principle, composition of electromechanical system and the software design. The apparatus has showed its characteristics of easy operation, high intelligence and high reliability.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2002;27(5):357-360
OBJECTIVETo provide application basis of the Forsythia suspensa by studying the difference of HPLC-FP of F. suspensa fructification (medicinal materials).
METHODComparative work was done on F. suspensa produced in different areas, on different parts of Forsythia suspensa, and on the pseudo preducts with methods of HPLC-FP.
RESULTDifferent FP characteristics were shown respectively by different samples, which were from different producing areas, from different parts, and the pseudo products including the fructification of Syringa reticulata var. and F. viridissimac.
CONCLUSIONThe FP can be used to distinguish the F. suspensa coming from different producing areas and different sources.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of glomerular microthrombosis in lupus nephritis (LN) and the significance of antibodies to anti-coagulation related factors and anti-phospholipid antibodies in glomerular microthrombosis (GMT).Methods Kidney biopsy specimens and plasma samples were obtained consecutively from 124 patients with LN. Kidney biopsy specimens were examined for the presence of glomerular microthrombi.Plasma samples from 25 LN patients with GMT (LN-GMT group) and 99 LN patients without GMT (LN-non-GMT group) were tested for lupus anticoagnlant (LA) and antibodies to cardiolipin (ACL),β2 glycoprotein I (β2GP I ),plasmin, thrombin, tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and Annexin A II.Results The prevalence of GMT in LN patients was about 20.2%.Compared to LN-non-GMT group,LN-GMT group had elevated SLE disease activity indices (SLEDAI),elevated activity and chronicity indices of kidney tissue injury, and elevated serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and proteinuria levels, and also had a higher frequency of hypertension (P<0.01).The positive rates of LA,IgG class anti-β2GP I and anti-thrombin antibodies were higher in LN-GMT group than in LN-non-GMT group (P<0.05).The positive rates of IgG class antibodies to ACL,plasmin,t-PA and Annexin A II in LN-GMT group were not statistically different from those in LN-non-GMT group (P>0.05).No difference was found in the positive rate of any IgM class antibody between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion This study has shown that GMT occurs approximately in 20.2% of the LN patients.Patients with GMT have more severe kidney tissue injury and more poor renal outcomes than patients without GMT.LA and antibodies to β2GP I and thrombin play a role in glomerular microthrombosis in lupus nephritis.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The deep fermentation technique of Tricholoma matsutake is systemically studied in this paper firstly. The best culture determined by orthogonal test is 3g/L of cornflour, 1g/L of glucose, 1g/L of bean cake flour, 1mL/L of corn steep liquid, 1g/L of KH 2PO 4. The best fermenting condition is: 25℃, rotating speed 160 r/min, pH5.0,inoculating amount 10%, 120mL culture medium per 500mL flask. Under these conditions, the mycelia reach 12.94g/L after fermenting 12d.
