2.DETERMINATION OF TOTAL CHOLINE IN INFANT MILK POWDER AND FOODS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
The "free" and "bound" forms of cholinc in food were determined by a rapid method in which extraction and hydrolysis were accomplished simulta- neously with a barium hydroxide-methanol-chloroform mixture. The choline was isolated by adsorption on a Florisil column. By passing ammonium rei-neckate through the column, a pink band of choline reineckate was formed. The choline reineckate could be eluted by acetone and its concentration was determined by measuring the absorbance of eluate of the reineckate band by spectrophotometer at 526nm.This method is accurate, rapid, easy to handle. The RSD is 2.43%. The recoveries of added choline ranged from 96.7% to 101.7%.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2015;(3):226-228
PurposeTo explore the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of pentalogy of Cantrell.Materials and Methods A retrospective study was performed in 6 fetuses with pentalogy of Cantrell diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound. The first diagnostic ultrasound time, ultrasound images and follow-up results were reviewed to analyze ultrasonographic features. Results All the fetuses were characterized by omphalocele and ectopic heart. All 6 fetuses were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound during the first ultrasound screening, of which 5 were diagnosed before 16 weeks of gestation. Five cases were confirmed with induced labor and 1 was confirmed postnataly. The accuracy of prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion The characteristic features of pentalogy of Cantrell are omphalocele and ectopic heart. Prenatal ultrasound is reliable and valuable to diagnose pentalogy of Cantrell.

Hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) are the mesenchymal cells in the liver. In the process of tumori-genesis and metastasis, the interactions between HSCs and tumor ceils play an important role in promoting tumor invasion through extracellular matrix remodelling. Here we review the latest investigative advances a-bout the tumor-stromal interactions.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To study the relationship between the serum level of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9),carotid plaque and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection in the patients with carotid atherosclerosis (CAS). Methods The antigen of HCMV-PP65, serum level of MMP-9 and the results of coloured doppler sonography from 90 cases with CAS were analyzed and compared. Results (1)The contents of MMP-9 in antigen of HCMV-PP65 positive (A) group, negative (B) group and normal control (C) group was (260.25?89.03)pg/ml, (157.47?78.28) pg/ml and (138.65?80.73)pg/ml, respectively. Group A was significant higher than groups B and C (all P

BACKGROUND: Heal-all oral biofilm is a material utilized in repairing oral mucosa and soft tissues defects and characterized by degradation, easily preparation, long preserved duration, convenient transportation and good ossification, which has been widely used in dental implant as guided bone regeneration materials.OBJECTIVE: To check the clinical effective of Heal-all oral biofllm on guided bone regeneration in dental implant.METHODS: A total of 72 patients with bone defects in the implantation area were selected as subjects, who were divided into control group and experimental group at random. Bone defects around implants were repaired by guided bone regeneration technique with BME-10X medical collagen membrane and Heal-all oral biofilm respectively. X-ray and clinical examination were taken at 1 and 3 months after implantation. The amount of new.formed bone tissue was evaluated when stage Ⅱ operation was performed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In stage Ⅱ operation, osseointegration was formed between implants and bone tissue in all 72 patients. The average rate of bone formation was 92% in the experimental group while 91% in the control group. All implants were successfully repaired with implant denture. Occlusal function was restored successfully with all 72 implants during the follow-up period of 3-24 months after restoration. As an alternative option of BME-10X medical collagen membrane, Heal-all oral biofilm can be used in guided bone formation clinically.

Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude towards the elderly family nursing among nurses and college students in Chengde, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 1000 college students and nurses in Chengde were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about their cognition and attitude to elderly family nursing. Results Nurses' cognition and attitude towards the elderly family nursing was better than nursing college students, medical students were better than non-medical students; and there was no statistical significance about their expectation for government's senior citizen service among different groups. Conclusions More attention should be paid to family members' attitudetowards the elderly home care, and should strengthen the elderly family care through various way.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP),Epstein-Barr virus (EB virus) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in children with acute upper respiratory tract infections in Hangzhou. Methods Throat swabs and sputum samples were collected from 5942 children with acute upper respiratory tract infections in Hangzhou First People's Hospital during January 2011 and December 2012.MP,EB virus and CMV were detected using quantitative PCR.The distribution and seasonal changes of the above pathogens in children of different ages were analyzed using Chi-square tests. Results MP,EB virus and CMV were positive in 29.91% (1777/5942),22.92% (1362/5942) and 8.55% (508/5942) children, respectively.Mixed infections were found in 556 (9.36%) children. The positive rates of MP varied among different age groups (x2 =113,P =0.000),and the highest one was detected in children > 6-year old (448/1012,44.36%).EB virus infection was rare in age group 0-1 year, and the positive rate was of statistical difference from those in other age groups (x2 =167,181 and 187,P =0.000).The highest positive rate of CMV (23.78%) was found in children aged 0-1 year old.The positive rates of MP varied in different months of the year (x2 =208 and 211,P =0.000),and the highest positive rate was found in July and August. Conclusion The predominant pathogen of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is MP in Hangzhou, and MP plus EB virus infection is common, particularly in older children;while CMV infection more likely occures in 0-1 year old babies, and usually in summer.
