China Pharmacy 2015;(21):2991-2993
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of eucalyptol in Chimonanthus Zhejiangensis. METH-ODS:GC was conducted with Zebron ZB-WAX capillary column with temperature programmed;FID detector was used with the temperature of 250 ℃;the volume temperature was 220 ℃ and the carrier gas was nitrogen with high purity. RESULTS:Eucalyp-tol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.017 69-1.415 mg/ml(r=0.999 1);the RSDs of precisions, stability and reproduc-ibility tests were no more than 1.87%and the average recovery was 99.72%(RSD=0.65%,n=6).There were big differences in dif-ferent areas of the same month and the maximum was more than one time (1.064%-0.450%);there were also big differences in the same area of different months(0.633%-1.064%). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, fast and reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Chimonanthus Zhejiangensis.

Objective To investigate the long-term safety and efficacy of the domestic biodegradable drug-eluting cor?onary stents (BuMA) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Patients (n=440) who received BUMA stents were designated as observation group while patients (n=460) received Resolutestents were designated as control group. The base?line clinical characteristics, extend of pathological change shown by Coronary Arteriography (CAG),the procedure of percu?taneous coronary intervention were similar between these two groups. The patients were followed up for a mean of 24 ± 4 months;the primary endpoint was the occurrence of definite or probable stent thrombosis;secondary endpoint was major ad?verse cardiac events (MACEs) including complex end such as recurrent angina, acute non-fatal myocardial infarction, death, target vessel revascularization (TVR); other endpoints include all- cause mortality, cardiac death, myocardial infarc?tion (MI), target lesion revascularization (TLR), non-target vessel revascularization and stroke. Some patients were lost dur?ing follow up, which include 5 in observation group and 26 in control group. Results Patients in observation groups were in?serted with 615 stents while patients in control group were implanted with 614 stents, both groups with average of implanting 1.41 stent/case. There are no statistical significance differences in the primary endpoint [1.4%(6/435) vs 1.8%(8/434), χ2=0.087], secondary endpoint [12.3%(54/435) vs 10.8%(47/434),χ2=0.524] and other endpoints between the two groups. Con?clusion These data suggest that domestic biodegradable drug-eluting coronary stents (BuMA) are with good long-term safe?ty and efficacy.

Objective To investigate the application of venereal disease research laboratory(VDRL) test and toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST) in syphilis laboratory diagnosis. Methods Serum, plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in syphilis patients and healthy controls were measured by VDRL and TRUST.Results The VDRL detection results in serum and CSF sepcimens were generally higher than the TRUST detection results by 1-2 titers, while in plasma specimen, the VDRL detection results were generally lower than the TRUST detection results by 1-2 titers than TRUST when using plasma specimen. In addition, the VDRL detection in normal control serum and plasma specimens all appeared different degrees of false positive, but in the detection of normal control CSF,the results of TRUST and VDRL were consistent. Conclusion TRUST is more suitable for serum and plasma specimens, and CSF is suitable for the CSF specimen, but not suitable for serum and plasma detection.

Objective:To describe the family resilience experience of colorectal cancer patients′ spouses in the process of care, and to provide reference for making effective clinical nursing interventions. Methods:Objective sampling method was used to select the spouses of colorectal cancer patients who were hospitalized in Shanghai East Hospital from March to April 2023. A phenomenological research was used. Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 spouses of colorectal cancer patients undergoing colostomy. Data was transcribed and analyzed using Colaizzi′s method. Results:Three themes were extracted: family crisis and coping pressure including increased burden of care, accompanying emotional internal friction, heavy economic pressure; internal adjustment and adaptation within the family including positive family beliefs, timely adjustment of family roles, clear and effective communication and interaction; integration and utilization of external resources including active access to information, medical professional support, social external support. Conclusions:With the help of the perspective of family advantage, medical staff should pay attention to the evaluation of care needs and family resilience of colorectal cancer patients′ spouses, to fully mobilize advantage resources and give effective intervention measures to improve the family and social adaptation level of patients and their spouses.

Objective:To construct a thirst management scheme for adult surgical patients and provide practical guidance for nurses to carry out perioperative thirst management. Methods:From April to May 2023, literature search was conducted to extract domestic and foreign evidence related to thirst, and after group discussion, a preliminary management plan for thirst in adult surgical patients was constructed. From May to June 2023, 18 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation, and a formal plan for thirst management of adult surgical patients was discussed and revised according to expert opinions. Results:A total of 18 experts completed two rounds of expert letter consultation. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100.00% and the expert authority coefficient was 0.915. The coefficients of variation for the importance and operability scores of the first round of expert inquiry were 0.05-0.25 and 0.06-0.42, respectively, and the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.224 and 0.184 ( P<0.01). The coefficients of variation for the importance and operability scores of the second round of inquiry were 0.05-0.23 and 0.06-0.24, respectively, and the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.166 and 0.154 ( P<0.01). The final thirst management scheme included five primary items (preliminary preparation, identification and evaluation, preoperative relief strategies, postoperative intervention measures and effectiveness evaluation) and 23 secondary items. Conclusions:The thirst management scheme for adult surgical patients constructed in this study is scientific and comprehensive, which can provide a reference basis for clinical practice.

The aging disease associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a hot research topic in the field of diabetes at present.Sarcopenia has become the third major complication of T2DM after microvascular and macrovascular diseases, which could lead to the occurrence and development of various adverse events such as fracture, disability, and dysfunction. The spleen belongs to the earth,is in the middle jiao, governs transportation and transformation, and governs muscle. The functional activities of the spleen manifesting in normal transformation and transportation, the distribution of cereal essence, and the nourishment of muscles are necessary for normal physiological functions to be exerted.Recent studies have shown that skeletal muscle cell ferroptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of T2DM sarcopenia.Based on the theory of"spleen governing transportation and transportation and governing muscle",this study explores the pathogenesis of T2DM sarcopenia from the perspectives of the pathogenesis of"dysfunction of spleen in transportation, deficiency of cereal essence, obstruction of dampness and turbidity, and muscle dystrophy"in traditional Chinese medicine and the pathological mechanism of"skeletal muscle cell ferroptosis"in modern medicine. It summarizes the principles of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment for T2DM sarcopenia based on the spleen,to provide theoretical support for enriching the theoretical connotation of spleen visceral state,as well as basic research and clinical trials on the prevention and treatment of T2DM sarcopenia with traditional Chinese medicine.
