Human resources management as the core factors affects the development of hospital library. The management should con-sider people -oriented theory, integrate harmonious management and concept innovation, and pay more attention to development and uti-lization of human resources, so as to ensure staffs would play an important role in hospital library modernization construction and sustain-able development.

Objective To study curative efficacy of compound tanshin injection and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of peripheral nerve injury its effects on nerve function.Methods 110 patients of peripheral nerve injury whoreceived therapy from April 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects,according to the treatment were divided into observation group and control group,observation group using curative efficacy of compound tanshin injection,the control group using compound tanshin injection and low frequency dc therapy.Observe clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,compared two groups before and after treatment can motor nerve and sensory nerve nerve conduction velocity,and to evaluate the basic function after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group total effectiveness 94.5％,obviously higher than the control group total effectiveness 81.8％,significant difference(P< 0.05); Observation group after treatment of nerve function was 80.0％,significantly higher than the control group was 60.0％,significant difference(P<0.05); And after the treatment of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity observation group were significantly higher than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative of compound tanshin injection and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of peripheral nerve injury,can significantly improve patients with nerve function,improve the effect of treatment,and no side effect,is worth popularizing in clinic.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection among health checkup population in Xiamen area during 2012-2014,and evaluate the potential predictors for Hp infection.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among health checkup population in the Zhongshan Hospital during 2012-2014.Potential participants completed 13C breath tests for helicobacter pylori infection.An epidemiological questionnaire was used to collect data on socio-demographic characteristics,the awareness of Hp-related information,the history of gastrointestinal diseases or symptoms,life styles and relevant data for each participant.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to evaluate the associations of Hp infection with potential predictors.Results Three groups of individuals with 1 631,1 766,and 5 257 persons who underwent health checkup were screened for Hp infection,and Hp prevalence was 48.9％,49.8％,and 50.5％ during 2012-2014,respectively.No significant difference in Hp prevalence was found between both sexes.A total of 1444 acceptible questionnaires were used to evaluate the associations between Hp infection and potential predictors and Hp infection was 47.9％ among 1 444 eligible participants.In the multivariate logistic regression model,Hp infection was found to be associated significantly with having ever tested for Hp infection (OR,0.67;95％CI:0.51-0.88;P=0.004),the history of stomachache or gastrectasia (OR,2.19;95％ CI:1.73-2.78;P＜0.001),and alcohol drinking (OR,1.38;95％ CI:1.11-1.71;P=0.004).The higher the severity of Hp infection,the higher the prevalence of stomachache or gastrectasia,and smoking and alcohol drinking.However,the prevalence of smoking and alcohol drinking decreased among those with the highest severity of Hp infection.Conclusion The prevalence of Hp infection in Xiamen area was slightly lower than the national Hp prevalence among natural population,but this prevalence reached 50％.The awareness rate of Hp infection was still low.The prevalence of stomachache or gastrectasia among our study population presented positive correlation with the severity levels of Hp infection.More attention should be paid to Hp screening and treatment among those with gastrointestinal diseases or symptoms.

Objective To observe the characterization of fat emboli in cardiac chamber in pig model and the patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA) by transesophageal echocardiography(TEE). Methods Different dose of fatty liquid was injected slowly via the internal jugular vein. The changes of the image were observed by continuous TEE. The lethal dose of fat embolism was recorded. Twenty-two patients underwent TEE during THA. Gray scale and echo intensity of fat embolism in right atrium were studied quantitatively in varied periods of the operation. Results With the increase of fat liquid injected in pig model, the strong- echo particles in right atrium and ventricle became more and more, the imaging of the particles was from “moving star”, “shower-like” to “snow fluffy”, at last paradoxical fat embolism occurred when the dose of fat liquid was over 4 ml. The accumulated lethal dose of fat embolism was 15.8 ～ 27.8 ml.②Fat emboli appeared as strong- echo particles in right atrium were found in different period of THA. Average gray scale and echo intensity of emboli in right atrium were significantly higher in period B than in other periods during THA. Conclusions Fat emboli in cardiac chamber can be found sensitively by TEE. Intra-operative monitoring and quantitative analysis is helpful to identifying fat embolism syndrome.Paradoxical embolism is a reliable evidence of fat embolism syndrome.

Objective To explore the relationship of zearalenone (ZEA) and precocious puberty in girls.Methods The peripheral serums from 71 cases of precocious puberty girls and 50 cases of healthy girls were collected respectively and concentrations of ZEA were detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Bone age,body mass index (BMI),volume of uterus and ovaries,concentrations of estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH) and folliclestimulating hormone (FSH) were detected,and the residence of each subject was recorded as well.Results (1) In 71 patients,52 patients were diagnosed as idiopathic central precocious puberty,others were diagnosed as premature thelarche.(2) In 71 patients,serum ZEA was detected from 51 patients,and undetected in 20 patients.(3)Concentration of ZEA in precocious puberty girls [(318 ±34) ng/L]was significantly increased than that in healthy girls [(143 ± 35) ng/L,P =0.002],but no distinct difference existed between ICPP group and PT group(P =0.326).(4)Compared with uterus volume of ZEA in the undetected patients (1.975 ±0.150) cm3,the uterus volume of ZEA detected patients (2.972 ±0.180) cm3,which was significantly enlarged,there was significant difference (P =0.01) ; Percentage of overweight girls in ZEA detected patients (31.4％,16/51 cases) was lower than which in ZEA undetected patients (65.0％,13/20 cases,P =0.01) ; Although there was no statistical differences in the breast diameter,bone age,value of E2,LH and FSH between ZEA detected patients and undetected patients (all P ＞ 0.05),but the increased tendency in ZEA detected patients existed.(5) ZEA in serum was detected in 53.3％ (16/30 cases) patients living in the cities,and the rate was obviously lower than 82.9％ of the patients (34/41 cases) living in the countryside,there was significant difference (P =0.007).Conclusions ZEA is correlated with precocious puberty in girls.ZEA pollution might be one of reasons for precocious puberty occurrence.

Community Health Committee (CHC), an innovative public participation mechanism of grassroots health service management, established a bottom-up communication channel between the public and government to communicate health related problems and opinions, and set up a grassroots community health services supervision system. The rural residents were endowed with opportunities to take part in grassroots health care decision making and management by CHC. CHC changed the top-down model of traditional health management, improved the grassroots medical services, and increased governance capability of local government We introduced the CHC practice in Zhejiang project counties, exhibited the primary effects and experience of this pilot program, and explored new mechanism and model for rural community residents to participate in grassroots health service management

Objective To evaluate the protection of 3-aminobenzamide (3-AB),an inhibitor of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP),on severe acute pancreatitis associated adenohypophysis injury in rats.Method Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham operation group (SO group,n=8),SAP group (n=12),3-AB pretreatment group (n =12),drug control group (n =8).The bilepancreatic duct was cannulated through the duodenum and SAP model was induced by a standardized pressure-controlled retrograde infusion of 5％ sodium taurocholate (0.1 ml/100 g) into the bile-pancreatic duct.In 3-AB group,3-AB (20 mg/kg) was administered via femoral vein 30 min prior to the operation;other procedures were identical to SAP group.In SO group,pancreas was flipped several times only.In drug control group,3-AB (20 mg/kg) was administered via femoral vein 30 min prior to the operation.Serum amylase,lipase were measured.Pancreas and pituitary tissue were taken for pathological examination under light microscope.PARP and NF-κB antibodies for adenohypophysis immunohistochemical stains.Adenohypophysis cell was observed under electronic microscope.Result Serum amylase,lipase and pancreas pathological scores were significantly higher in 3-AB group compared with SO group (P ＜ 0.05),but lower than that in SAP group (P ＜ 0.05).Adenohypophysis pathological injury was less severe in 3-AB group.Expressions of PARP and NF-κB in adenohypophysis cells were significantly higher in 3-AB group compared with SO group,but lower than that in SAP group (P ＜ 0.05).Ultrastructural change of thyrotroph cell was relieved in 3-AB group.No significant difference was observed between SO group and drug control group in PARP and NF-κB expression nor adenohypophysis pathological injury.Conclusions 3-AB exerts the protective effect against acute pancreatitis associated adenohypophysis injury by inhibition of PARP and NF-κB.

Objective To investigate the changes of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) and NF kappa B (NF-κB) in adenohypophysis in rat model of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP),and their role in the mechanism of adenohypophysis injury in SAP.Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly (random number) divided into 5 groups:the sham operation group (SO group,n =8),SAP 1 h,3 h,6 h and 12 h groups (n =8 in each group).SAP model was induced by retrograde injection of 5％ sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct.Serum levels of amylase,lipase and ascites were measured.After sacrifice of experiment rats,pancreas and adenohypophysis tissues were taken for pathological examination under light microscope.Adenohypophysis cells were observed under electronic microscopy as well.PARP and NF-κB expressions in adenohypophysis cell was studied by using immunohistochemisty assay.Results After modelling,serum levels of amylase,lipase and ascites in SAP group increased gradually,which were higher than those in SO group (P ＜ 0.05).Adenohypophysis cell swelling and partial necrosis were observed under light microscope.As the time prolonged,their nuclei became dark and pyknotic more and more,and the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial swelling in adenohypophysis cells were observed under electronic microscopy.The expressions of PARP and NF-κB in SAP group increased gradually,which were higher than those in SO group.Conclusions Significant pathological and ultrastructural injuries were observed in adenohypophysis cells in severe acute pancreatitis.These changes might correlate with PARP and NF-κB signaling pathway.

Objective To explore the identification of the hypoxia regions within the primary foci and imaging time selection in 18F-fluoromisonidazole (FMISO) imaging on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods From July 2013 to July 2014,44 NPC patients (33 males,11 females,age range:18-74(53.45± 12.88) years) underwent 18 F-FMISO PET/CT imaging,including 3 cases with twice imaging (totally 47 case times).Inaging data were acquired and reconstructed 2 and 4 h after the injection of 18 F-FMISO.1s F-FMISO PET/CT images were merged with MRI images obtained 1 week before to construct fusion images.The boundary of primary tumor was determined based on MRI.Visual analysis was performed and SUVmax of posterior cervical muscles,NPC primary foci was measured by 2 observers respectively.The uptake ratio of primary tumor to muscle (TMR) was calculated.The identify consistency of hypoxic region between two observers were evaluated by Kappa test and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC).The image contrast was evaluated by Wilcoxon paired rank sum test of TMR.Results PET images and MRI images of NPC primary foci were successfully fused.Positive non-NPC tissues were identified by MRI.The visual recognition of hypoxic regions of the two observers for 2 and 4 h imaging were highly consistent (Kappa =0.931 and 0.965,both P＜0.001).There was a high degree of consistency between the SUVmax of posterior cervicalmuscles and that of primary tumors.ICCs of posterior cervical muscles in 2 and 4 h were 0.896 (95％ CI:0.814-0.942) and 0.924 (95％ CI:0.865-0.958),respectively.ICCs of primary tumors in 2 and 4 h were 0.991 (95％ CI:0.985-0.995) and 0.998 (95％ CI:0.996-0.999),respectively.TMRs (M(P25,P75))in 2 and 4 h were 1.560 (1.341,3.015) and 1.675 (1.387,3.001) respectively in 24 positive case times,and the difference was statistically significant (z=-2.557,P＜0.05).Conclusions Using fusion images of 18F-FMISO PET and MRI,hypoxic tissues within NPC primary foci can be accurately identified.There is a high degree of consistency within the visual and quantitative analysis of two observers.The image contrast of 18F-FMISO PET at 4 h is superior to that at 2 h.

Objective To establish and apply the procedure of survey on quality indicator in clinical laboratory and to analyze the status in quo of the 15 quality indicators in Zhejiang province .Methods A network platform for the survey on quality indicator in clinical laboratory was designed and developed by our center.The online questionnaires that should be reported back within one month were assigned to 473 laboratories.The developed software and SPSS 13.0 were used for statistical analysis .13 indicators expressed in rate were further evaluated with sigma scales .The 25th percentile, 50th percentile, and 75th percentile of the distribution of each quality indicator were regarded as the minimum , appropriate and optimum quality specifications, respectively.Results Totally 444 laboratories submitted the survey results.The overall sigma levels of 10/13 indicators were all >3, of which the inappropriate CV of internal quality control and unacceptable performances in EQA were still less than 3σin 15.8%and 9.2%of the laboratories.The rates of quality indicators in different scales of laboratories and diverse disciplines were significantly different .Pre-analytical TAT in routine examination for clinical chemistry and immunology was 50 min, on average.And the time for routine examination of blood , urine and stool was 30 min.Pre-analytical TAT in emergency examination for all four disciplines were all between 10 and 15 min. Intra-analytical TAT for clinical immunology was the longest , which was 154 min for routine examination and 40 min for emergency examination, respectively.The optimum quality specifications for 8 indicators were 6σ, while the minimum quality specifications were less than 1σfor 4 indicators.Conclusions According to the results of our survey, the pre-analytical quality indicator perform better than that of Intra-analytical and post-analytical phase.The laboratory should strengthen the laboratory information system technology construction to ensure the reliable data collection and long-time monitoring.
