ObjectiveTo explore the viability,security and the curative effect of ultrasonic guided percutaneous portal vein puncture on autologous stem cells transplantation for patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.MethodsSixty-four patients of decompensated liver cirrhosis with ascites were treated by autologous stem cell transplantation through ultrasonic guided percutaneous portal vein puncture.The clinical symptoms after transplantation,postoperative adverse reaction,the results of liver function tests were observed.Results After stem cells transplantation,patients' liver function got better obviously,laboratory indicators were better,postoperative adverse reaction and complication were less than those of 87patients treated with autologous stem cell transplantation into hepatic artery multilevel branch by pipe(P＜0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound guided percutaneous portal vein puncture on autologous stem cells transplantation is the viability,security,less side effect and effective for treatment patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.It can be used as the clinical treatment methods for patients with middle-late liver cirrhosis.

Objective: To investigate relationship between campus violence and sexual orientation of middle school students, and to provide suggestions for intervention of campus violence. Methods: A total of 3 738 middle school students selected by using stratified cluster sampling method were asked to attend a questionnaire survey. Results: About 49.9% middle school students were campus violence victims. There were significant differences between different school, gender, education level of parents, academic achievement, sexual orientation students’ rate of suffering from campus violence(χ2=18.66, 88.35, 7.71, 8.26, 10.07, 15.23, P<0.01), junior students’(53.4%) was higher than senior students’(46.3%), boys’(58.1%) were higher than girls’(42.7%), students’ whose parents’ education level greater than equal or undergraduate degree(54.0%, 54.6%) was higher than those whose parents’ education level below undergraduate degree(48.6%, 48.7%), students whose study achievement below average (54.5%) was higher than those whose achievement greater than or equal to average(48.9%, 47.9%), homosexual and bisexuals’(both 58.7%) were higher than those with uncertain sexual orientation and heterosexuality(51.6%, 48.1%). Homosexual (OR=1.51) and bisexual (OR=1.68) were risk factors for suffering from campus violence of middle school students. Conclusion Middle schools should strengthen the prevention and intervention of campus violence; Students should be provided with proper information regarding homosexual and bisexual, and to reduce and avoid violence against them.

Reform of public hospitals is key to the healthcare system reform.This article introduced how Hangzhou implemented such a reform of " Hangzhou characteristics" by referring to the hospital reform framework of the World Bank, and the theoretical achievements and practical experiences of domestic public hospitals′reform.Led by the service concept of " Medicine has its limitations but we have the courage to overcome, service is boundaryless and we must pursue excellence" , Hangzhou has established a public hospital value system of " reorientation to public welfare".The smart healthcare system serves as a focus, to support the delicacy management of the hospitals. The construction of hierarchical medical care system functions as the pillar, to support the coordinated development of hospitals, primary health institutions and public health institutions.This way a public hospital comprehensive reform mode is established featuring " one value system, 2 levels of organization structure, 6 mechanisms, and 19 supporting measures ". Its experiences may serve as reference to streamline hospital internal operation and external cooperation mechanism.

Objective:This study aims to analyze the characteristics and basic principles of emergency surgery risks and anesthesia care of medical support at the landing site for China’s taikonauts of the Shenzhou-12, and to summarize China’s experience in medical support at the landing site for manned spaceflight, and ensure supports in special environments such as an emergency return of manned spaceflight.Methods:This study was carried out through literature research on relevant reports on the emergency surgery risks and aids of domestic and foreign astronauts at the landing sites, and summaries of the experience in medical support for taikonauts of spacecrafts from Shenzhou-5 to Shenzhou-11 at the landing sites. At the same time, according to the characteristics of Shenzhou-12 such as the long on-orbit time, the adjustment in the landing area, the optimization of the mission mode, and new search and rescue power, a series of organization, pre-arranged planning, equipment allocation, and effective anesthesia treatment plan were proposed and inspected in practice.Results:Based on the original anesthesia care plan of medical support, the first-aid carrier was adjusted and modified, the first-aid procedure was optimized, a new generation of supraglottic airway opening tool, video laryngoscope, portable ultrasound, and other devices were added, and the anesthesia care plan at the landing site for manned spaceflight was formulated to provide strong support for the medical care of taikonauts that had stayed in the outer space for a long time.Conclusions:Upon the targeted improvement and process optimization, the anesthesia care plan of medical support for taikonauts of Shenzhen-12 in the landing area fully meets the anesthesia requirement of medical support in special environments such as the emergency return of the taikonauts that have stayed in the outer space for a long time under the new orbital altitude.
