Objective:To obtain the stem cells in different pancreatic islets purity utilizing free-serum culture medium and investigate the PDX-1 mRNA expression distinction before and after transdifferentiation culture.Methods:Pancreatic islets of male SD rats(islet donors)were isolated by injection of collagenase into pancreatic ducts,and maintained in serum Ham's F-10 for 36h.Then the cells were kept in free-serum Ham's F-10 for 14 days.The last stage was to shift culture media from free-serum Ham's F-10 to free-serum DMEM/F12 that contained KGF,BSA,glucose and ITS.On the 28d,Dithizon was added into the culture flask for observation of 3D cell.The PDX-1 positive cells was investigated by immunocytochemistry.Results:After transdifferentiation culture,some 3D cells were red.The pdx-1 was remarkable in cell nucleus.Conclusion:After transdifferentiation culture,some pancreatic stem cell display the character of islet cell.The daughter cells of pancreatic stem cells have character of stem cells after transdifferentiation.KGF may have effect on promoting the expression of PDX-1.

Objective To investigate the vulvaginal candidiasis(VVC)incidence in pregnant women,identify the candida species and analyze the drug resistance of isolated strains.Methods Candida isolation,sample cultivation,species identification and drug susceptibility test were performed for VVC patients.Seven hundred and forty-five samples were collected.Results The incidence of VVC was 10.20%,and the recurrence of VVC was 18.5%.The proportion of C.albicans,C.glabrata,C.krusei,C.tropicalis and other candida were 80.26%,8.95%,3.95%,1.32% and 6.58% respectively.C.albicans was susceptible to amphotericin and 5-flucytosine,the susceptibility for fluconzazole,itroconazole and voriconazole were 7.89%,6.58% and 9.21% respectively.C.gla-brata,C.krusei,C.tropicalis,and other candida were susceptible to those antifungal drugs.Conclusion VVC was an usual infection among pregnant women,C.albicans was the major species,followed by C.glabrata.The resistance of amphotericin and 5-flucytosine were lower,the Candida were resistant to fluconzazole,itroconazole and voriconazole in certain extent.

HIFU is a new technology of noninvasive tumorectomy, which take use of thermal effects, mechanical effects and cavitation effects, etc. Currently, One of the difficulties in clinical application is how to determine energy dose of HIFU and resulted biological change. This paper expounds the factors such as sound intensity, irradiation duration, treatment depth, sound environment,etc. ,which affect energy input and therapeutic efficiency in HIFU treatment.

Compared to the conventional two-dimensional (2D) culture,in vitro three-dimensional cell culture (3DCC) can mimic the microenvironment more exactly.Compared to in vivo animal models,3DCC is less time-consuming and can be real-time recorded.Thus,3DCC fills the gap between 2D culture and animal models,which is used for oncologic research quickly.In 3DCC,the characteristics of cancer cells,such as morphology,the capability of invasion and migration and the resistance to chemo-radiotherapy,are quite different from those in 2D culture.The development of 3DCC technology provides a platform for oncology,organization engineering and gene or drug screening.

The enzymatic activity of monocytes was studied with light microscopic semi-quantitive analysis and microspectrophotometer, including B-glucuronidase, acid phosphatase, N-acetyl-?-glucosaminidase, peroxidase and ?-naphthyl acetate esterase in peripheral blood smears prepared by hcparinazed micropipet centrifugal method in some normal donors and patients. The data of normal groups have been obtained. The results tested by microspectrophotometry have indicated that the larger the area of monocyte was, the stronger the five kinds of enzymatic activity in monocyte was. In comparison with the normal groups, there were significant alterations of the different kinds of enzymatic activity of monocytes in the patients with cir- rhosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, pemphigus, untreated malignant tumor and radiotheraped tumor respectively. The significance of the results described above have been discussed in the paper.

Objective To design and implement an Android -based medical chest system to realize informatized management of military medicine and equipment.Methods RFID tag was attached to the materials in the chest, and reading module with multiple antenna, Bluetooth module and responder were installed on the chest, Android-based PDA was developed to realize information communication.Results Trials proved that the system could perform auto classified management and precision locating of the materials in the chest, and could provide direction for medicine taking.Conclusion The system enhances the efficiency of the staff and ensures the accuracy and safety of medicine taking, and thus can be popularized in military hospitals.

Objective To observe the effect on serum inflammatory factors and immune function of Shiwei Longdanhua particles in elderly patients with acute bronchitis.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with acute bronchitis from November 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group, according the order of single and double number.The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Shiwei Longdanhua particles based on the control group.Treatment for seven days, to observe the differences of serum inflammatory factors (hs-CRP, TNF-αand IL-6, IL-1) and immunologic function indexes (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 +/CD8 +and IgM, IgG, IgA) between the two groups.Results After treatment, hs-CRP, TNF-αand IL-6, IL-1 of the two groups decreased with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and all indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .After treatment, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 + of the two groups increased with before treatment except CD8 +decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the control group and before treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, IgM, IgG and IgA of the two groups decreased with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and all indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with significant differences, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Shiwei Longdanhua particles has the effects of inhibiting inflammatory reaction and improving the immune status in the treatment of elderly patients with acute bronchitis .
