International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(6):651-654
In monozygotic monochorionic diamnionic twin pregnancy,twin-twin transfusion syndrome is one of the most serious complications and often exhibit twin growth not well proportioned, abnormal amniotic fluid volume and other complications.Twin anemia-polycythemia sequence is a special type of Twin-twin transfusion syndrome, and both have great difference in clinical manifestations, diagnosis and prognosis of neonatal stages. This article compares with the pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, treatment methods and prognosis of these two diseases.
2.Discussion on the 2019 Novel Coronavirus susceptible mechanism in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(3):191-194
Although children are susceptible to infectious diseases, the cases of children infected with 2019 Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV)is relatively low, and the proportion of severe illnesses is even lower. The reason is that the 2019-nCoV cell receptor has low binding capacity in children or the induced intracellular response is low, children’s immune system is immature, lymphocyte depletion and inflammatory factor storms are rare in children, and China′s strict prevention and control measures have kept children away from 2019-nCoV.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(09):-
For both Yin - and yang juandice observations were made on liver functions, bilirubin, RBC hematocrit, T lymphocyte subgroup, cholic acid, hyaluronie acid, laninated mucin. It was found that, for both group. there were, not only difference in signs and symptoms but also differences in laboratory indices. It was primarily supposed that, for yin - juandice. there are decrease of bilirubin catabolism by hepatic cells. Further, the source of bilirubin is increased, abnormal hepatic microcirculation, liver fibrosis and hypofunction of metabolism, the pathological characteristics of yin juandice being weekness in both body resistance, and the pathogens, with stagnation of bile and stasis of the blood.

Virologica Sinica 2011;26(5):347-356
The function of the herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)UL4 protein is still elusive. Our objective is to investigate the subcellular transport mechanism of the UL4 protein. In this study, fluorescence microscopy was employed to investigate the subcellular localization of UL4 and characterize the transport mechanism in living cells. By constructing a series of deletion mutants fused with enhanced yellow fluorescent protein(EYFP),the nuclear export signals(NES)of UL4 were for the first time mapped to amino acid residues 178 to 186. In addition, the N-terminal 19 amino acids are identified to be required for the granule-like cytoplasmic pattern of UL4.Furthermore,the UL4 protein was demonstrated to be exported to the cytoplasm through the NES in a chromosomal region maintenance 1(CRM l)-dependent manner involving RanGTP hydrolysis.

Professor Liu Shenlin is one of the famous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) oncologists. Through his own experience in clinical practice , Prof . Liu has put forward the theory that the onset of gastric cancer is based on spleen deficiency , and presented with cancerous toxin , namely the theory of spleen-deficiency and toxin-accumulation. In addition , he had conducted clinical as well as basic research on this theory , which had received great progress. This article was aimed to conclude and explore the theory postulated by Prof. Liu in order to improve the clinical effects of TCM treatment in gastric cancer .

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2010;43(2):108-110
Objective To observe the growth and biological features of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) from psoriatic patients. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 5 patients with active psoriasis vulgaris and 5 normal human controls, and BMSC were obtained and purified using plastic adherence method followed by primary culture and passage in vitro. The cell morphology, density and growth were observed with microscopy. Cell growth pattern was evaluated by MTT assay. Flow cytometry was applied to identify surface antigens, including CD29, CD34, CD45 and CD106, on these cells. Results No significant difference was observed in the morphology of primary or descendant BMSC between the patients and controls. The primary BMSC from psoriatic patients tended to adhere to the plastic wall later, confluence and grow more slowly compared with those from the controls. The BMSCs from both psoriatic patients anti healthy donors were positive for CD29, but negative for CD34 or CD45. On the 4th day of culture, the BMSC from psoriatic patients exhibited a decrease in proliferation, with the absorbence at 470 nm (A470) being 0.081±0.0066 and 0.095±0.0130, respectively for BMSC from the patients and controls (t=2.358, P<0.05). Conclusion There is a decrease in the proliferation of BMSC from psoriatic patients which show a morphological similarity to those from healthy controls.

Objective To study the effect of Toll‐like receptor 4 inhibitor Fasudil on cerebral vasospasm after SAH .Methods A total of 60 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups ,20 rabbits for each group ,SAH group:SAH model was established by autologous blood injection into the cisterna magna .Control group:saline was injected into cisterna magna .Fasudil group:Fasudil was injected into vein after SAH model .Vasospasm was valued by DSA and TCD .Seven days after operation basilar artery were collected .HE stain was used to observe vasospasm .TLR4 were observed by immunohistochemistry and western blot‐ting .Results Vasospasm model after SAH was successfully established .The basilar artery diameters were significantly shorter in the model group compared with the normal group (P<0 .01) .The artery diameter in Fasudil group increased significantly compared with SAH group(P<0 .01) .The expression of TLR4 decreased significantly in the Fasudil group compared with the model group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Toll‐like receptor 4 pathway may be associated with cerebral vasospasm (DCV) .Fasudil could inhibit TLR‐4 expression and prevent cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage .

The promyelocytic leukemia (PML) protein is an important part of the PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs) structure.PML protein is crucial for the assembly of PML-NBs and recruits more than 30 different proteins, including DAXX, ATRX, and small ubiquitin-like molecules involving SUMO to the PML-NBs region.Increased evidence has emerged that a number of different proteins is involved in regulating PML activities by post-translational modifications, such as SUMO modification, ubiquitination and phosphorylation. Here, we review recent studies on the combination of PML and different proteins in the process of apoptosis, replicative senescence and DNA damage response.

Objective To study the regularity of compound herbal formulae for perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Compound herbal formulae published on journals for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome was searched and collected. A database was established for data mining using frequency count, cluster analysis and association rule analysis. Regularity of key herbs and pair (group) of herbs was summarized. Results There were 49 prescriptions (totaling 100 herbs and 553 counts of frequency) in the compound herbal formulae for perimenopausal syndrome. The herbs which were used for more than 3 times included 57 herbs (totally 504 counts of frequency), and they were cluster analysed and classified into 8 clusters including drugs for invigoration, clearing heat, warming and nourishing, restoring vital energy, tranquilizing, calming the liver, soothing the liver, and promoting mentality. The rules in pair of herbs were 39, and rules in group of herbs were 17, by using association rule analysis. Conclusion It was feasible that study the regularity of Chinese compound prescription for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by using data mining.
