1.Pay more attention to the role of macrophages in chronic low-grade inflammatory diseases
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(3):189-192
It is well known that the macrophages play an important defensive role in the innate immune system. During recent years, with the introduction of the concept of chronic low-grade inflammatory diseases and their further intensive study, the activation and balance of macrophage, as well as its inflammatory effects in chronic lowgrade inflammatory diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis, and non-alcoholic fatty liver, are gradually becoming a hot topic of current research. The present article mainly gives an overview of the important role played by macrophages in the inflammatory effects in these diseases.
5.Clinicolpathologic study of 21 cases lymphoblastic lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(5):288-289,293
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinicopathologic features of lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL).Methods21 cases of LBL were examined by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry, and analyzed with clinical features.Results21 cases of LBL patients ranging in age from 4 to 86 years old, including 17 cases originated from the lymph nodes, the other 4 were from the nasopharynx, breast, pleura and mediastinum respectively. Histopathologically: lymphoid cells were median sized, showing a diffuse infiltration. The neoplastic cells had fine chromatin, higer nuclei mitoses. The tumors were positive for TdT and CD99.ConculsionPatients especially who have enlarged lymph nodes in adolescents favor the diagnosis of LBL.The tumor cells show a diffuse infiltration, usually with median size, fine chromatin. The positivity for TdT in immunostaining can confirm the diagnosis of LBL.
6.Evaluation of the effect of different insulin administration methods on glucose control of gestational diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(7):1065-1067,1068
Objective To study the effect of different insulin administration methods on glucose control of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) .Methods Sixty-four cases with GDM were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion insulin pump therapy, the control group received multiple subcutaneous insulin therapy. Then, the glucose control effect,SAS and SDS score were compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks, the FBG,HbA1c,2h PG of observation group were significantly lower than the control group[(5.89 ±0.66)mmol/L vs (7.13 ±0.74)mmol/L,(7.14 ±0.82)% vs (8.92 ±0.95)%,(8.87 ±0.92)mmol/L vs (10.13 ±1.32)mmol/L](t=7.074,4.430,8.024,all P<0.05). The glucose fluctuations, insulin amount, hypoglycemia incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, blood sugar standard time was shorter than the control group[(5.64 ±0.65)mmol/L vs (8.44 ± 0.92)mmol/L,(0.52 ±0.06)U· kg-1· d-1 vs (0.73 ±0.09)U· kg-1· d-1,6.25% vs 28.13%,(4.76 ± 0.55)d vs (7.41 ±0.94)d,t/χ2 =14.061,10.983,5.379,13.764,all P<0.05)];SAS score,SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group[(34.95 ±4.2) points vs (40.23 ±3.98) points, (35.12 ±3.95)points vs (38.36 ±3.88)points,t=5.162,3.310,all P<0.05)].Conclusion Continuous subcu-taneous insulin infusion insulin pump therapy is helpful to control glucose levels, reduce blood sugar fluctuations and mitigate negative sentiment during treatment,it is an ideal insulin administration method for the treatment of GDM.

microRNAs as novel tumor biomarkers exert important clinical value in early screening and antidiastole of human cancers .They show a broad prospect in clinical application , particularly due to their low invasive and high sensitivity .This review focused on the application of circulating microRNA for diagnosis and monitoring treatment in colorectal cancer based on the recent findings .Meanwhile, the defects in clinical practice by using microRNAs as tumor biomarkers and the major causes which could constraint their application, especially the unreliable detection result caused by many factors , have been discussed.

The ongoing health reform features direct hosting of county-level hospitals by provincial level hospitals as an important means and effective attempt to improve comprehensive service capacity of the former. This paper introduces the“Hanchuan Model”,in which Hubei People’s Hospital has hosted Hanchuan city People’s Hospital, and analyzed the operation performance and hurdles found.Based on such studies, the authors recommend on the vertical integration of medical resources by means of hosting, and comprehensive reforms of county public hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;(9):685-687
Centering on hospital crisis communication management, the paper analyzed the relationship between hospital crises and new media environment. The new media form is studied as the basic dimension,to explore the new media′s timeliness, openness, interactivity and uncontrollability,as well as their impact on the hospital crisis management. It discussed the lack of hospital crisis communication management under the context of new media environment, and proposed how the hospitals make use of the new media, and adjust their strategies to respond to the crisis. These points prove both academic and practical for the construction of the new mechanism of China ’s hospital crisis communication management, and encourage the new media to play their social public functions.

Objective To investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharide,a component of an aqueous extract of Astragalus Membranaceus roots,on differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells in vitro. Methods 30 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups, normal control group,100,200 mg/kg APS intraperitoneal injection groups. After one week, weight the mouse spleen, account the splenetic index. Collect the mouse bone marrow cell, induced and cultured with rmGM-CSF and rmIL-4. With inverted microscope to investigate the morphous of DC cell. The phenotypes of DC were detected by flow cytometry and the expression of the GM-CSF protein in serum was tested by ELISA. Results Astragalus polysaccharide injection had obvious effects on the spleen weight of mice. The degree of CD11c and MHC-Ⅱ expression in 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg groups on flow cytometry were advanced significantly compared with that in normal control group, but the degree of CD80 and CD86 was not increased. And the expression of the GM-CSF protein in serum in 100 mg/kg group and 200 mg/kg group were both not increased significantly compared with nomal control group. Conclusion The intraperitoneal injection of astragalus polysaccharide could stimulate the proliferation of the pre DC in bone marrow. The angtigen presentation of DC might be enhanced, but this effects was not positive correlation with concentration of GM-CSF.
