Objective To investigate the character and risk factors of coronary artery disease in prediabetes. Methods The 193 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into 3 groups according to the American diabetes associations (ADA) standard of diabetic diagnoses. (1) Normal glucose tolerance group(NGT group,122 cases). (2) Impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT group,39 cases). (3) Diabetes mellitus group (DM group,32 cases). All patients were checked by the coronary angiographic semiquantitative (CAG) and the 75g oral glucose tolerance test. Blood glucose, insulin, TG, TC, HDL C, blood pressure, BUN and Cr were determined. The coronary artery changes were analysed by CAG, and the severity of coronary artery stenosis were evaluated by AHA standards. The risk factors in coronary artery disease were analysed by pluralized straight line statistics. Objective To investigate the relationship between glucose tolerance change and the coronary artery lesion in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and ninety three patients with coronary artery disease were divided into 3 groups according to WHO(1985) and American Diabetes Association (1997) standard of diabetic diagnoses: (1) normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group 122 cases; (2) impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group 39 cases; (3) type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) group 32 cases. All patients were examined by the coronary angiographic semiquantitative (CAG) and 75 g oral glucose tolerance test. Blood glucose, insulin, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) were determined. Objective:To observe the effect and safety of the inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of children herpes angina. Methods:The children with herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of support treatment, the control group (57 cases) was intravenously treated with ribavirin, and the observation group (58 cases) was treated with the combined inhalation of interferon and Lanqin oral solutions. The time of transference cure, total efficiency and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The time of transference cure of the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0. 05) with higher total efficiency (P<0. 05). The adverse drug reactions were few and mild in the two groups. Conclusion:The inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of chil-dren with herpes angina is effective with short transference cure time, convenience of use and promising security, which is worthy of clinical application.

AIM:To investigate the relationship of clinical efficacy,blood trough concentration and adverse reavtion,which in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection with Vancomycin.METHODS:The clinical data of 82 hospital patients who were infected by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and treated with Vancomycin from January 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed the clinic efficacy,bacteriological treatment,adverse reaction were observed,and the blook trough concentration was detected.RESULTS:The treatment effective rate of Vancomycin-blood trough concentration which was less than 5 ?g/mL,in the range of 5-10 ?g/mL,and greater than 10 ?g/mL were 68.75%,72.73% and 81.82%.The bacterial clearance rates were 62.50%,68.18% and 72.73%.One case of blood trough concentration of 14.6 ?g/mL in patients with renal toxicity.CONCLUSION:Increasing the blood trough concentration of Vancomycin can improve the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection in the efficacy and bacterial eradication rates,but the probability of renal toxicity adverse reactions will also increase accordingly.

Objective To investigate the value of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) in the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 59 severe pneumonia infants who received NCPAP preferential ventilation strategy were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, 50 infants were effective and 9 infants were ineffective. Before treatment, the age, RR, HR between effective group and ineffective group had no significant differences (P>0.05). But the levels of PaCO2, PaO2/FiO2 in ineffective group were significantly higher than those in effective group and the level of PaO2 in ineffective group was significantly lower than that in effective group (P<0.05). In effective group, the levels of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 were significantly increased after treatment for 1, 12 and 24 h, and the levels of PaCO2, RR and HR were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusions NCPAP preferential ventilation strategy can reduce the use of invasive mechanical ventilation, improve oxygenation, ease dyspnea and make vital signs stable.

Objective To evaluate clinical use of tigecycline in hospital patients. Methods Basic diseases, pathologic examinations, concurrent medication, therapeutic efficacy and side effects of 40 patients in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rate of patients using tigecycline for anti-infection treatment in hospital was 42. 5%. The rates of rational use, basically rational use and irrational use were 17. 5%, 77. 5% and 5. 0%, respectively. Adverse drug reactions occurred in 6 cases of tigecycline use (15. 0%). Conclusion Clinical use of tigecycline in inpatients was basically reasonable in this hospital. The clinical curative effect of tigecycline was good in a variety of infections caused by sensitive bacteria. However, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was high. Attentions should be paid in clinical application.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MSCT in tumors of intra-abdominal cryptorchidism in children.Methods MSCT findings of 8 children with tumors of intra-abdominal cryptorchidism confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Six tumors located in the right,2 (1 tumor of left cryptorchidism turned to the right abdominal) in the left.Eight children showed ovoid soft tissue tumor in abdomen.Three children displayed the long axis of the tumors consistent with regular descending course of embryonic testes.Six teratomas manifested as the cystic and solid mass with fat,calcification (ossification) insidey.Two yolk sac tumors manifested as the large cystic and solid mass with irregular necrosis and abundant tumor vessels.Conclusion The pathologic types of tumors for intra-abdominal cryptorchidism in children are different from adult.Most of them are teratomas or yolk sac tumors,and have some characteristics in MSCT.MSCT is helpful in diagnosis of tumor for intra-abdominal cryptorchidism with medical history.

Objectives To isolate cancer stem cells (CSCs) in pancreatic cancer cell lines PANC1 and ASPC-1 with serum-free medium( SFM ), and to detect the expression of miR-590-3p in CSCs. Methods PANC1 and ASPC-1 cells was cultured in serum-free medium. The monoclonal formation, differentiation and cell cycle, half inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ), and the expression of the surface markers CD24 + , CD44 + were detected. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-590-3p. Results After SFM culture, (0.94 ±0.53 ) ％ of ASPC-1 and (0.57 + 0. 12 ) ％ PANC1 survived, and they formed spheres, and could continuously passage in vitro. Cell spheres differentiation recurred when serum was supplemented in SFM. The G0/G1 stage proportion, CD24+ , CD44 + , CD24+ CD44+ cells proportion, IC50 in ASPC-1 cell were (75.3 ± 5.4)％,0.96％ ～ 2.01％, 27.52％ ～ 34.47％, 0.35％ ～ 0.44％ and (224.37 ± 5.71 ) μg/ml, which were significantly higher than that those in parent cell [ (43.7 ± 3.8 ) ％, 0. 38％ ～ 0.42％, 17.65％ ～ 18.25％,0.05％ ～0.08％, (11.43 ±2.10)μg/ml, P＜0.05]. The G0/G1 stage proportion, CD24+ ,CD44+ ,CD24 +CD44 + cells proportion, IC50 in PANC 1 cell were ( 80. 1 ± 4.7) ％, 5.31％ ～ 9.84％, 72.05％ ～ 93.06％,4.91％ ～5.21％, (296.58±4.27) μg/ml, which were significantly higher than that those in parent cell [ (46.1 ±5.3)％, 4.09％ ～4.97％, 47.71％ ～55.66％, 1.48％ ～2.63％, (26.17 ±3.81)μg/ml, P＜0.05]. The expression of miR-590-3p in ASPC-1, PANC1 spheres was 4.67 and 4.52 times higher than the expression in parent cell lines. Conclusions Pancreatic cancer cell spheres can be isolated from ASPC-1, PANC1 by culture with SFM. miR-590-3p is up-regulated and may play an important role in regulating biological characteristics of pancreatic cancer stem cells.

OBJECTIVE To study the gene chip joint pyrosequencing technology in the newborn genetic deafness gene mutation screening, and provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and prevention of genetic deafness. METHODS 2000 Neonatal EDTA umbilical cord blood was collected and genomic DNA (gDNA) was extracted. Microarray chip was used to detect four deafness gene at 9 mutation sites. And the positive result of gene chip detection was verified by pyrosequencing.RESULTS Among the GJB2 mutations, there were 1 case of 35delG mutation type, 3 cases of 176 del16 mutation type, 57 cases of 235del C mutation type, 9 cases of 299 del AT mutation type, 6 cases of GJB3 gene 538C>T mutation type. There were 5 cases of 1555A>G mutations and 1 case of 1494C>T mutations in mitochondrial 12S rRNA. There were 6 cases of 2168A>G mutation type and 23 cases of IVS7-2A>G mutations in SLC26A4. 103 cases of newborns carry the mutated gene in 2,000, the gene mutation rate is 5.15%. CONCLUSION All the four genes mutation at nine mutation sites are found in newborns with family history of non-hereditary deafness, and GJB2 gene mutation is common. The screening of genetic deafness in newborns is very important for early diagnosis and prevention of hereditary hearing loss. In particular, the diagnosis of mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene mutation can prevent the occurrence of deafness caused by drug use, for the genetic mutation of these carriers' health is of great significance.

Objective To investigate the prevention effect of curcumin loaded nano - liposomes on diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods The curcumin-loaded nano-liposomes were prepared by Film dispersion and ultrasonic hydration technology and their quality inspections were also investigated.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,blank and curcumin-loaded nano-liposomes group ( n＝15). Diabetes model was induced by intraperitoneal single injection of STZ(70 mg·kg-1).After two weeks of STZ injection,the rats with model control were used for this study.The curcumin loaded nano-liposomes treatment group rats were treated with curcumin loaded nano-liposomes ( 5 mg·kg-1) via caudal vein administration for 12 weeks (three times a week).Rats of normal control group,blank nano-liposomes treated group and model control group were administrated equivalent volume of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution or blank nano-liposomes solution. After treatment for 12 weeks,the experimental animals underwent ultrasonic heart function examination.Then the rats were sacrificed and their hearts were arrested after saline perfusion. The myocardial cell collagen volume fraction ( CVF) and apoptosis index were detected. Results Curcumin loaded nano-liposomes showed good morphology and curcumin encapsulation efficiency ( 88. 37 ± 1.21) %with high stability and dispersibility. From the animal experiments, the evaluation indexes in curcumin loaded nano-liposomes treated group including LVIDd and LVFS were significantly higher than model control group and nano-liposomes treated group(P<0.05),and the LVPW,CVF and apoptosis index were significantly lower than model control group and nano-liposomes treated group(P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin loaded nano-liposomes can improve the cardiac function of diabetic rats by reducing the fibrosis and apoptosis index of myocardial cells in diabetic rats, which could be used to prevent the diabetic cardiomyopathy.
