Objective To explore the risk factors of adhesive small bowel obstruction for the influence of the long-term therapeutic effects. Methods 218 case of adhesive small bowel obstruction in patients were treeted with a long follow-up and retrospective analysis. Results Among the 218 admissions in 235 patients,192 admissions (81.7.%) were surgical treated and 43 admissions(18.3%) were performed conservative treatment. The mean recovery time was 65.7 months and the accumulative incidence of surgical recurrence in 5 years was 19.0% in surgical group and those in conservative group were 50.4 months and 34.0% respectively. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion The long-term efficacy of risk factors was related to the treatment before the operation site and times, the last operation to the incidence of admissions. No other independent risk factor of recurrence was found.Surgical treatment serves as a better way in the prevention of later recurrences in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction under certain conditions.

Objective: To observe the effect of compound preparation of milkvetch root and breviscapine (HDs) on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood and brain and memory impairment in Alzheimer's disease rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (10 rats /group): the normal control group, Alzheimer's disease (AD) model group induced by AlCl3(5 mg·kg -1·d-1,ig) and D-gal (40 mg·kg-1·d-1,ip), and 3 AD groups respectively treated with different drugs including piracetam (0.15 g·kg-1·d-1,ig), HDs1(1.5 ml·kg-1·d-1,ip) and HDs2 (3 ml·kg-1·d-1,ip).After 90-day treatment, the step-down test was used to detect the learning and memory ability, and SOD and LDH activity and MDA concentration in blood and brain were examined as well. Results: Compared with that in AD model group, the ability of learning and memory was improved, the activity of SOD and LDH increased significantly, the concentration of MDA decreased significantly in blood and brain in HDs treated groups. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but they were not restored to normal levels. Some indexes of HDs2 group were better than those of piracetam positive control group and HDs1 group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: HDs can effectively reduce MDA concentration, increase SOD and LDH activity in blood and brain, and improve the ability of learning and memory of AD rats.

Objective:To investigate the best compatibility plan for nitroprusside sodium for injection. Methods: An L16 (43 × 26 ) orthogonal design was used with four factors:temperature, solvent, solvent volume and time. The content of sodium nitroprusside was detected by HPLC, the insoluble particles were observed by a GWF-5J type particle analyzer, pH was detected by a PHS-2C preci-sion acidity meter, and a comprehensive scoring method was used to optimize the compatibility plan. Results:The optimized compati-bility plan was as follows:50mg sodium nitroprusside was dissolved in 250ml sodium chloride injections, avoiding light and used up in 26h. Conclusion:The plan provides scientific basis for the clinical medication.

Objective:To evaluate the compatible stability of sodium nitroprusside for injection ( SNP) in two kinds of solutions (5% glucose and sodium chloride injections) . Methods:A, B, C and D solution of SNP was respectively prepared according to the concentration of clinical use. The stability of SNP solution was studied in different environment with different storing time, and the as-sessment indices included the appearance, insoluble particles, pH value, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and SNP content. Re-sults:The SNP solutions in 5% glucose and sodium chloride injections were stable in 26 hours in photophobic condition at 20℃ and 35℃. Under an incandescent lamp with or without lightproof, the solutions were very unstable. Conclusion:Both sodium chloride and 5% glucose injections can be used as the solvent for SNP with 26h stability. SNP injections prepared and used in clinics should be pre-served away from light to ensure the safety and effectiveness.

Objective: To determine the distribution characteristics of waist circumference (WC), waist height ratio (WHtR) of 6–18 years olds in Guangzhou, and to put forward the WC and WHtR appropriate boundary values for 6–18 years olds on the basis of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factor assessment. Methods: We analyzed the height, weight, WC and its metabolic indication data (blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and blood lipids) of 15 000 children in Guangzhou, aged 6–18, with the receiver-operating characteristic curve (ROC), and explored the best value point of WC and WHtRfor the prediction of cardiovascular diseases. Results: When the WC percent reached P85, and WHtR reached 0.48, the cardiovascular risk factors of fasting blood-glucose, blood pressure, and blood fat were signiifcantly higher. Conclusion: The 85th percentile value of WC and 0.48 of WHtR are the appropriate boundary values in increasing the cardiovascular disease risk factors in Chinese children and teenagers. WC and WHtR as a relatively simple inspection method, can well predict cardiovascular diseases, and be used in the conventional measuring items among students.
6.Analysis on Basic Medical Insurance Fund Balance Status and Risk Warning in China from 2009 to 2022
Chinese Health Economics 2024;43(1):34-37
Objective:To analyze the basic medical insurance fund balance status in China and the risk warning since the new medical reform,in order to provide decision-making references for the sustainable development of basic medical insurance fund in China. Methods:Collecting the data on the basic medical insurance fund in China from 2009 to 2022 for descriptive statistical analysis, and conduct fund balance risk warning analysis based on the risk warning interval. Results:During 2009-2021,the percentage of retirees enrolled in UEBMI has continued to increase, and there will still be a certain accumulated balance in the integrated fund. The number of participants in the URBMI has been decreased since 2020,the growth rate of fund expenditures became higher than the growth rate of fund revenues, the fund balance showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion:There are certain risks to the long-term balance of the basic medical insurance fund, which may caused by factors such as aging population, funding mechanisms, and treatment levels.
