In order to improve the management of drugs in hospital pharmacy, on the basis of pharmacological principles, we have worked out a classification and coding system with four layers and five digits. The codes are standardized in six aspects, namely, the catalogue of drugs in common use, the inventory of stock in storehouse and in hospital pharmacy, registration of inlet and output of stock in both departmernts, and the record of stock taking.

Purpose: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of enuresis by ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus cupping therapy. Methods: Ginger-par -titioned moxibustion was applied on Guanyuan (CV 4)and bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and cupping therapy was applied on Shenque (CV 8) in the treatment of 82 cases of enuresis, in comparison with 76 cases treated by Chinese herbal medicine. Results: The effective rate was 84.1% in the treatment by ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus cupping therapy and was 64.5% in the treatment by Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion: Ginger-partitio -ned moxibustion plus cupping therapy was better than Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of enuresis (P ＜0.05).

Objective To observe the effect of TGF‐β1 in the endothelial‐mesenchymal transition EndM T of glomeruli ,and to explore the effect of TGF‐β/Smad signaling pathway mediated by integrin linked kinase(ILK ) in the progress of renal fibrosis . Methods Human glomerular endothelial cells (HGEnC) incubated in vitro were divided into blank control group ,TGF‐β1 (12 .5 , 25 .0 ,50 .0 ng/mL) group .TGF‐β1 50 .0 ng/mL receptor type one antagonist (LY364749)5 .0 μmol/L group ,ILK (QLT‐0267)5 .0μmol/L antagonist group .The mRNA level of P‐Smad 2/3 and ILK was determined by RT‐PCR ,and the protein level of P‐Smad 2/3 ,ILK ,E‐cadherin ,CD31 ,α‐SMA and FSP‐1 was determined by Western blot after 48 h and 72 h after incubation in each group un‐der the above‐mentioned condition .Results (1)TGF‐β1 could significantly increased the mRNA level of P‐Smad2/3 and ILK (P<0 .01) ,and the protein level of P‐Smad2/3 ,ILK ,E‐cadherin ,CD31 ,α‐SMA as well as FSP‐1 (P < 0 .01) in the concentration‐de‐pendent manner ,but significantly decreased the protein level of E‐cadherin and CD31 ( P < 0 .01) in the concentration‐dependent manner ;(2)TGF‐β1 receptor type one antagonist and ILK antagonist significantly inhibited the increasing mRNA level of ILK (P<0 .01) ,and the protein level of ILK ,E‐cadherin ,CD31 ,α‐SMA as well as FSP‐1 (P< 0 .01) induced by TGF‐β1 in the concentration‐dependent manner ,and significantly inhibited the decreasing protein level of E‐cadherin and CD31 induced by TGF‐β1 in the concen‐tration‐dependent manner(P< 0 .01) ;(3)TGF‐β1 receptor type one antagonist significantly inhibited the increasing mRNA and pro‐tein level of P‐Smad2/3(P< 0 .01) ,but ILK antagonist had no effect to the increased mRNA and protein level of P‐Smad2/3 (P>0 .05) .Conclusion TGF‐β1 as the effector molecule in downstream can promote endothelial‐mesenchymal transition of HGEnC ,and TGF‐β/Smad signaling pathway mediated integrin linked kinase participate in this process ,which probably play important role in the progress of renal fibrosis .

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectively of transfusion plan guided by POTTS in gynecological patients with Hb level ranged from 60 to 100 g/L. Methods 114 gynecological patients with perioperative Hb level ranged from 60 to 100 g/L were randomly divided into POTTS group ( n=57 ) and control group ( n=57 ) . Patients in POTTS group received transfusion under the guidance of POTTS. Patients in control group received transfusion according to doctor's experience. The proportion of injecting RBCs,the amount of RBCs, the incidence of serious complications and mortality,ICU occupancy rate, postoperative Hb recovery, incision healing, hospitalization time, blood transfusion related costs and costs of hospitalization were observed and compared. Results The transfusion rate and volume in POTTS group were significantly lower than the control group ( P<0. 01 ) . Neither severe com-plications nor any mortality were found in each group. The transfusion costs in POTTS group were significantly less than the control group (P<0. 01). Two groups had no postoperative ICU admission;the postoperative Hb recovery, incision healing, hospitalization time and costs of hospitalization in two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion POTTS could be safety and effectively used in gynecological patients with Hb level ranged from 60 to 100 g/L, also effectively save the blood, reduce the costs of blood transfusion, not increase perioperative mortality and the incidence of various complications.

Objective To explore the new feature of colorectal carcinoma attack and its clinical significance.Method The clinical data of the 261 cases of colorectal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital examined patients(from 1990 to 1998).Results The morbidity of colorectal carcinoma was rapid increased with time progression ,in the former four years was 28 7% ,but in the latter four years was increased to 71 3%, former four years median of attack age was 54 years,latter four years was 63 years.they had differential histological typing and clinical manifestation.Conclusion The colonoscope technique is helpful to the early differential dignosis of the colorectal carcinoma and colectal inflammatory enteropathy.

Objective To study the survival, migration and distribution of allogeneic marrow stromal cells (MSCs) which were marked with fluorescence agent Hoechst 33342 in vitro and then transplanted into the mice with acute radiation injury, and to explore the hematopoietic reconstitution in allogeneic MSCs transplantation. Methods The bone marrow of murine femoral bone was washed out with DMEM, the cell suspension was gathered and centrifuged twice, and then the MSCs were cultured in vitro, marked with Hoechst 33342 at final concentration of 10?g/ml. 30 minutes later, the MSCs were gathered and transplanted into radiation injured mice via intravenous injection. Each mouse was injected with 2?105 MSCs. The distribution of marked MSCs was observed in heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of radiation injured mice at time points of 1w, 2w and 3w after MSCs transplantation. Results After being marked with Hoechst 33342, the nuclei of MSCs were in bright blue color. All mice of MSCs-transplant-group survived until execution, but three mice of Non-MSCs-transplant-group died during three weeks. Only a few marked MSCs were found in heart, liver, lung and kidney in the frozen section at each time point, but a large number of marked MSCs were found on the surface of spleen, and colonies were formed two weeks after introduction of MSCs. Conclusions Transplanted MSCs can not only survive in the irradiation injured mice, but also specifically migrate to the injured site, to participate in the reconstitution of hematopoiesis after acute radiation injury.

Objective To study the effects of light damages of epidermal permeability barrier on cosmetics function evalu-ation.Methods 10volunteers were selected during the1st stage i.e.the3-month experiment of cosmetics function carried out using the traditional method.The skin moisture,transepidermal water loss and skin elasticity were measured,and the required sample size was estimated also.The2nd stage of the experiment of cosmetics function was carried out based on the data of the1st stage.The skin surface was cleaned with the detergent containing sodium lauryl sulfate with mass fraction of5%to induce light damages in skin surface before testing with cosmetics every day,those indexes mentioned above were measured also.Re -sults The1st stage of the experiment using the traditional evaluation method showed that the skin moisture,transepidermal wa-ter loss and skin elasticity revealed significant differences in the3rd month after testing with cosmetics compared with those be-fore testing with out cosmetics(P

Objective To ascertain the causes of priapism and to differentiate between the ischemic low-flow type and nonischemic high-flow type so as to improve the clinicians' ability for emergency treatment of priapism. Methods Ten cases of priapism were included.Their mean age was 41 years (range,22～64 years).The priapism lasted 8 to 212 h with a mean of 21.2 h.Of them 1 case had received prostaglandin E,papaverine and phentolamine injection into cavernous body of penis,which led to ED;1 had priapism when experiencing sexual intercourse after taking sildenafil;1 had primary sarcoma of the penis;1 had transitional cell carcinoma of bladder, which metastasized to the penis;1 had leukemia; 2 had traumatic history;and 3 had unknown causes.The types,causes,treatment and outcomes of priapism were analyzed. Results Of the 10 cases,8 were of ischemic low-flow type and 2 of nonischemic high-flow type. In the 8 cases of ischemic low-flow type priapism, 4 achieved detumescence after receiving metaraminol injection (2～8 mg) at the root of cavernous body,and perfusion of haparinized saline at glans and root of cavernous body of the penis by contrecoup if necessary (1 had ED).One case undergoing glandular-cavernosal shunting achieved detumescence with preservation of erectile function.One case with leukemia was cured after chemotherapy.One case suffered from penile sarcoma and the rest 1 from metastasis of transitional cell carcinoma; the prognoses of both were unfavorable.Of the 2 cases of high-flow type,1 achieved detumescence after selective embolization of internal pudendal artery;the other was discharged after conservative treatment,but experienced ED. Conclusions Blood gas analysis of cavernosal blood,color Doppler ultrasound,and internal pudendal arteriography are useful in differentiating the types of priapism.If conservative treatment fails to achieve detumescence of the penis,surgical treatment should be performed immediately for both types of priapism.
