Objective To probe into the anatomy and clinical application of the facial nerve canal surface by multislice spiral CT image curved planar reformation. Methods Fifty patients with facial nerve disease were selected as study group from January to November in 2010, 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group, using models of multislice spiral CT scan for the patient, scanning from the upper edge of the orbital under external auditory canal edge of the connection as a horizontal line, ranging from the lower edge of mastoid process to the petrous bone on the edge of the data obtained in the Wizard workstation reconstruction. All the measurements were more than two measurements of the average physician. Results Normal facial nerve canal in control group could be displayed clearly in an image, display rate was 100.00%(50/50), and the segment data could be accurately measured; axial reconstruction, reconstruction of coronal and sagittal reconstruction of the three comparison of measured direction, fan sections, horizontal and vertical segments of the length and diameter were not significantly different (P>0.05), and the first and second bending angle of bending angle was no significant difference (P > 0.05 ). Compared with control group, the patients with vascular disease in study group showed significantly decreased rate, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Curved planar reformation of multislice spiral CT diagnosis of facial nerve canal disease has great clinical significance, should be widely applied.

Objective To study the effect of shortening the time of initial oral intake and fluid intake after general anesthesia in patients receiving oral and maxillofacial surgery on promotion of postoperative recovery. Methods A total of 116 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 58 cases in each group by random digit table from January 2014 to December 2015. Patients in the control group were allowed to take food orally 6 h after they regain analepsia from anesthesia;while those in the observation group were allowed to drink water after 2 h upon analepsia from anesthesia and take liquid food after 4 h. The mis-aspiration, the fasting glucose, blood pressure, heart rate and the rate of hunger, thirst, nausea, vomiting as well as blood pressure and heart rate were observed. Results The rates of hunger, thirst, nausea, vomiting in the observation group were 17.2%(10/58), 5.2%(3/58), 12.1%(7/58), 1.7%(1/58), which were significantly lower than those in the control group, which were 94.8%(55/58), 91.4%(53/58), 36.2%(21/58), 10.3%(6/58), and there were significant differences(χ2=7.484-54.772, all P<0.05). The fasting plasma glucose level in the observation group [(4.93 ± 0.85)mmol/L] was higher than that in the control group [(4.05 ± 0.51)mmol/L],and there was significant difference(t=-7.152, P<0.05). There were significant differences in blood pressure 3 h and 5 h after operation compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Shortening the time of taking food for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery can relieve uncomfortable symptoms , prevent hypoglycemia and the hemodynamic disturbance after anesthesia and promote recovery, early postoperative feeding should be suggested on the premise that they are fully awake.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To study the clinicopathologic features and immunophenotype of cutaneous NK/T cell lymphoma and the association with Esptein- Barr virus (EBV) infection. Methods Five cases of cutaneous NK/T cell lymphoma were studied. Histologic sections of embedded tissues were immunohistochemically stained with CD45RO, CD3? , TIA- 1, CD20, Ki- B5, CD68 and LMP1 antibodies, and in situ hybridization for EBV- encoded small nuclear RNAs- EBER1/2 was also carried out. Results Cutaneous NK/T cell lymphoma accounted for 5.68% in the cutaneous malignant lymphoma in the same period of observation. There were 4 male and 1 female patients, and the mean age was 34 years. The main clinical manifestations were asymptomatic nodules and masses, which were accompanied by ulcers in 2 cases. Histologically, the tumors were mainly located in the dermis and subcutaneous adipose tissue, the infiltrated lymphoid cells were pleomorphic, and angiocentricity and angiodestruction were found in almost all cases. Immunohistochemical stain showed that five cases were T cell phenotype and the expression rate of TIA- 1 was 100% (4/4). The EBV was present in three of four cases by in situ hybridization. Conclusions Cutaneous NK/T cell lymphoma presents with unique and diagnostic clinicopathologic features, and is strongly associated with EBV.
