Objective To investigate the current state of nurse leaders′leadership and nurse physician cooperation, to explore the relationship between them, and to provide reference for improving nurse physician cooperation situation. Methods Totally 193 nurse leaders were recruited who were participated in Anhui nursing management training courses. A series of questionnaires were used to collect data, including general information, competency inventory for registered nurse, nurse physician cooperation scale. Results One hundred and eighty- two questionnaires were valid. The score of nurse managers′leadership was (27.85±6.27) points, while the score of nurse physician cooperation scale was (68.31±11.67) points. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the control of general information, leadership for the interpretation of the nurse physician cooperation level increased by 27.3% (△R2 = 0.273, P = 0.000). Conclusions Hospital managers can adopt effective strategies to raise the level of nurses' leadership, which further increases the nurse physician cooperation level.

Objective To explore the development of endogenous CO and its mechanisms in asthma. Methods 50 guinea pigs were equally separated 5 groups. After the models of asthmatic guinea pigs were established in 4 groups,3 groups of them were treated with dexamethasone, the specific stimulator(hemin)and inhibitor(Sn-PP)of HO-1 respectively. The rest of groups were asthmatic one and normal control one(NCG).From all tested animals, the COHb in blood and lung HO-1 activity were examined, the lung tissues were pathologically observed and immunohistochemically stained. Results In asthmatic and hemin stimulated groups, the levels of COHb with enhanced expression of lung HO-1 and their activity were significantly increased compared with NCG(t=4.43~9.97,P<0.01).For example, the lung HO-1 activities in asthmatic group were (881±361)pmol/(mg*pro*h),COHb (4.94±2.15)% respectively. In dexamethason prevented and Sn-PP inhibited groups, however, all determined levels were markedly reduced compared with asthmatic group(P<0.01).Conclusion The increased HO-1 had resulted in the growth of endogenous CO in asthma.

Objective To explore the pain beliefs and perceptions held by patients with digestive system cancer. Methods 10 patients with digestive system cancer were interviewed for exploration of their pain beliefs and perceptions. The data were collected using in-depth interview and analyzed with category approach. Results The beliefs and perceptions held by patients with digestive system cancer were presented as:negative pain beliefs, negative emotional perceptions, view social support as important resources. Conclusions The pain beliefs and perceptions in digestive system cancer pain patients are negative.Clinical medical workers should pay attention to the role of beliefs in pain management, and help patients build positive pain beliefs through utilizing social support resources effectively.

Objective To investigate the status of subjective well-being and its influencing factors among undergraduate nursing students. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method,557 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by questionnaires including general information questionnaire, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C( IRI-C) and Index of Well-being Scale. Results The total average score of subjective well-being was (10. 43 ± 2. 86),and the total average score of empathy was (52. 31 ± 9. 15). There were significant differences in gender, grade, the student cadres and single-parent families ( t= -3. 79, 172. 97, 2. 52, -2. 56, 4. 07, respectively;P<0. 05). The global empathy, dimension of perspective taking, imagine, sympathy and care were positively related to subjective well-being (r =0. 10, 0. 14, 0. 10, 0. 20,respectively;P <0.05),and the dimension of personal distress was negatively related to subjective well-being (r= -0. 17,P<0. 05). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that the impact factors of subjective well-being were gender, grade, the dimension of sympathy and care, personal distress. Conclusions In order to improve the subjective well-being of the undergraduate nursing students, the educator should help them with targeted guidance in their different stages.
