1.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of Duhuo jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine gulfate for genual osteoarthritis. METHODS:Totally 86 patients with genual osteoarthritis selected from our hospital during Dec. 2015-Apr. 2016 were divided into trial group and control group according to random number table, with 43 cases in each group. Control group was given Glucosamine sulfate tablets 1-2 tablet,po (at mealtime),tid. Trial group was additionally given Duhuo jisheng decoction, one dose a day, decocting 200 mL with water, morning and evening at twice,on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 28 d. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed as well as the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α, IL-6,MMP-3,MMP-9 and MMP-13. The occurrence of ADR was recorded during treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,MMP-3,MMP-9 and MMP-13 between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treat-ment,total response rate of trial group(95.3%)was significantly higher than that of control group(76.7%),with statistical signif-icance (P<0.05). The level of hs-CRP in trial group was significantly lowered, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6,MMP-3,MMP-9,MMP-13 in 2 groups were decreased significantly;above indexes of trial group were significantly lower than those of con-trol group, with statistcal significance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in trial group(7.0%)was significantly lower than control group (46.5%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Duhuo jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine gulfate shows good therapeutic efficacy for genual osteoarthritis with good safety.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological features of cystadenocarcinoma in the intrahepatic biliary tract. Methods The clinical features of 14 patients with cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract were analysed in respect to the results of ultrasonic and CT scannings, as well as pathological examination. Results Among the 14 patients, 11 were females and 3 were males. The age of the patients ranged from 32 to 79 years, and mean age was 59.5. The obvious symptoms were right-upper abdominal pain and abdominal distention, and major physical signs were hepatomegaly with cystic feeling. The ultra sonographic and CT scanning revealed cystic space occupying lesions in the liver. According to the invasion or infiltration of carcinoma to the liver tissue, the pathology of cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract could be categorized into two types: the invading and non-invading. There were 8 patients belonging to the first type and they died 9~37 months after the diagnosis or operation, while 6 patients with no invasion were alive after operation. Conclusion The clinical picture and pathology of cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract were described. The pathological classification was important in prognosticating the outcome of the patient.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(11):1044-1045
Objective To study the relationship between needle retaining anddeqi. Methods Manual acupuncture was performed at the left ST36 of 26 naive healthy adult volunteers. Half of them retained the needles for 6 min and others were put the needle out immediately afterdeqi. Hemodynamic parameters of the anterior tibial artery were observed with color Doppler ultrasonography before and at 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 min after acupuncture. Results There was significant difference in Vmax、Vm、Pi and Dist in anterior tibial artery before and 3 min after acupuncture, but wasn't between needle remaining and not. Conclusion Needle retaining cannot change the regional haemodynamics during acupuncture, which suggest it cannot strengthendeqi.
