Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;21(1):10-12
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of chronic stress on hippocampal neurogenesis.MethodsChronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) was used as animal model to provoke a decrease of neurogenesis in hippocampus.Simultaneously, hippocampal neurogenesis was monitored by assessing cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. All rats were divided into control group,14 d CUMS group,28 d CUMS group.ResultsThe cell proliferation in 14d CUMS group(2254.17 ± 164.41 ) or 28d CUMS( 1900.33 ± 104.10) group were decreased contrast to the control (2919.50 ± 188.80) (P<0.01).The cell survival in 28 d CUMS group ( 1845.33± 126.88 ) were decreased contrast to the control (2404.50 ± 148.77 ) (P < 0.01 ).The cell differentiation had no difference between control group and CUMS group( NeuN/BrdU(71.63 ± 10.21 ) vs (69.11 ± 11.30),GFAP/BrdU ( 14.34 ± 2.03 ) vs ( 17.27 ± 2.93 ) ) (P > 0.05 ).ConclusionThese results suggest that chronic stress decreases cell proliferation and survival, but does not affect the phenotype of newborn cells in the hippocampus.

Objective To study the correlation between blood uric acid level and blood pressure among general population. Methods 1 694 healthy cases exclusion of hypertension, hyperuricemia and related diseases were enrolled in the study. The levels of blood uric acid, blood pressure, body mass index, fasting glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol were detected and compared. Results In prehypertension group, the levels of uric acid (344.5 ± 41.37)μ mol/L,shrink blood pressure (124.85 ± 7.52) mmHg,diastolic blood pressure (79.46 ± 6.62) mmHg,cholesterol (1.66 ± 1.10) mmol/L,triglycerides (4.69 ± 0.87) mmol/L,fasting plasma glucose (4.98 ± 1.01) mmol/L were significantly higher than those in the normal blood pressure group [(304.09 ± 63.75) μ mol/L,(106.12 ± 8.10) mmHg,(68.53 ± 6.26) mmHg,(1.30 ± 0.87) mmol/L,(4.52 ± 1.02) mmol/L,(4.78 ± 0.70) mmol/L] (t =15.32,49.14,34.81,7.48,3.57,4.67,all P < 0.01).With the increase of uric acid, the levels of shrink blood pressure andthe diastolic blood pressure had an increasing trend(P < 0.01).In prehypertension group, the uric acid level of men was (363.16 ± 32.05) μmol/L,which was significantly higher than female (311.35 ± 34.81) μmol/L (t =22.39,P < 0.05).Conclusion Blood uric acid level and blood pressure level are closely related among general population, the serum uric acid increased in prehypertensive patients. The serum uric acid can provide useful prognostic information in subjects with the hypertension and the cardiovascular disease.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2000;17(4):239-240,242,256
Rabbit blood samples were exposed to constant magnetic field within a range of intensity from 0.05 T to 0.35 T for 10 to 50 minutes, the propersities of hemorheology were measured by ektacytometry. The following results were obtained: The blood viscosity was lowed; The RBCs deformability was not changed obviously except for 10 minutes of exposure when the RBC's deformability was strongly decreased; The orientation index was increased; The results indicate that the magnetic field increases the RBC surface charge and results in the decrease of blood viscosity.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(6):596-598
Objective To improve the detail of the surgery for cicatricial ectropion, and the the effect was investigated. Methods Based on 46 patients withⅡ,Ⅲdegree cicatricial ectropion admitted to our department, choose the junction of normal skin and scar tissue as the incision line according to the degree of ectropion and local situation, and to reserve and recover the orbicularis oculi muscle as possible. The released areas exceeded separately the external canthus and reached the level of eye fissure, take advantage of full-thickness skin graft to correct the parallel lines and make fixation to the eyelid ectropion fusion skin graft on external canthal ligament. Results After followed up for 6 months to 2 years,46 cases of eyelid skin grafts survived completely and eyelids were in good reduction, with none case of incomplete eyelid closure. Conclusion Choose the surgical incision and the released areas in a proper way to reserve the structural integrity of orbicu-laris muscle and make skin graft fixation to inner and external canthal skin can prevent effectively the recurrence of ectropion and improve surgical progress.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(6):631-634
The characteristics and academic thoughts of Chinese Acup-Mox Medicine written by YAO Tianmin during the Republic of China was studied and analyzed in this paper. The academic thoughts of this book were confluence of Chinese and western knowledge, respecting for classics culture but not stubborn, using western science and medicine without worshiping it. The main characteristics were the scientific meridian-acupoint theory, extensive acupoint selection, "qie" method of acupuncture, high recommendation on medicated thread and ironing moxibustion, reinforcing and reducing based on the meridian direction in infantile massage, using acupuncture and cream formula for surgical treatment, and creating his own acupuncture codes.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(18):2437-2438
Objective To investigate familial hyperlipoproteinemia and the features of familial hyperlipoproteinemia in Lanzhou . Methods Data were from previous studies on the subject .Families of hyperlipoproteinemia were screening ,questionnaires were col-lected ,physical examination and laboratory data of family members were also colleted to analysis the characteristics of familial hy-perlipoproteinemia .Results A total of 39 familial hyperlipoproteinemia families were enrolled in the study ,including 280 family members .There were 15 core families ,11 single-parent families ,and 13 orphaned families .There were 6 familial hypercholesterol-emia families ,9 familial hypertriglycerides families ,24 mixed familial hyperlipidemia families .The children of the first generation ac-counted for 63 .2% of the total number of people enrolled in the study ,the father generation accounted for 14 .3% ,the children of the second geration accounted for 22 .5% .Conclusion In the survey ,the most common type of familial hyperlipidemia was mixed familial hyperlipidemia .The father generation was majority .The member of core families was less than incomplete families .

Objective:To discuss the effect and significance of reasonable medication review mode for intravenous medical advice on the platform of pharmacy intravenous admixture service( PIVAS) . Methods:The effect of prescription review interference in intrave-nous drugs on the platform of PIVAS was studied through analyzing irrational prescriptions before and after the performance of PIVAS for 25 departments in our hospital. Results:The real-time review and interference procedure for intravenous transfusion was established, which could significantly increase the percentage of reviewed medical advice and the correction rate of irrational medical advice, and re-duce the percentage of irrational medical advice. The medical advice review quality was also increased, which could guarantee the med-ication safety in patients. Conclusion:The real-time review and interference procedure for intravenous transfusion on the platform of PIVAS can significantly improve the rational medication level of intravenous drugs and avoid the hidden danger of irrational medical ad-vice to the maximum extent to ensure the medication safety in patients, which is also beneficial to the provision of medication service and new platform establishment for the development of clinical pharmacy in hospitals.
