Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with sodium ozagrel on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 170 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly and equally divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium while the treatment group was given urinary kallidinogenase combined with ozagrel sodium.The clinical efficacy, HINSS score, infarct volume, blood rheology and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in such general data as gender, age, site of disease and complications between the two groups (P>0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (Z=-2.28, P=0.02).The NIHSS score before and after treatment was (23.38±3.24) vs (12.22±7.17) respectively in the control group,and (23.18±2.96) vs (9.16±6.95) in the treatment group.The effect in the treatment group was better than in the control group (t=2.83,P<0.05).The infarct volume before and after treatment was (5.99±0.60) vs (5.00±0.34)respectively in control group, and(5.99+0.62) vs (4.00±0.21)in the treatment group.The effect in the treatment group was better than in the control group (t=23.11,P<0.05).Blood rheology indexes, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood viscosity improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (t=14.67,7.35,19.70和5.33,P<0.05).The two groups were not significantly different in the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Yuri Klein combined with ozagrel sodium can effectively treat acute cerebral infarction by repairing the damaged neurons and improving the prognosis of patients,without obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.

Mantle cell lymphoma is an incurable subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This review focuses on its treatment progress, including high-dose chemotherapy combining rituximab, radioimmunotberapy, autologous stem cell transplatation, allogenetic stem cell transplatation and targeting therapy. Comparing from the disappointed result of regular chemotherapy, adding rituximab or high-dose regimen could improve the effect. And the radioimmunotherapy has also got some potential results. Autologous stem cell transplantation could increase the survival rate, but non-myeloablative allogenetic stem cell transplantation should be considered on relapsed patients. Till now diverse targeted medicine came into clinical trials and some of them seems competent in mantle cell lymphoma.

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on T-lymphocyte subgroups and clinical efficacy in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia were selected into the study.The patients were randomly divided into Xuebijing group (n =30) and control group (n =30).Patients in the control group were given routine therapy.The Xuebijing group received the treatment of routine therapy combined with Xuebijing injection.The changes of T lymphocyte subgroups and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 after treatment in Xuebijing group and control group were significantly higher than those of before treatment (t =4.95,4.89,4.96,3.13,3.11,3.09,all P ＜ 0.05),those in the Xuebijing group were significantly higher than control group (t =3.89,3.56,3.78,all P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate in the Xuebijing group was 93.3％,which was significantly higher than 76.6％ in the control group (x2 =4.55,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with routine western medicine is quite effective in treatment severe pneumonia.Xuebijing can improve the immune function of patients.

Objective To observe the protective function of murine compact bone derived-mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) on bleomycin-induced lung injury.Methods MSCs were isolated from the mouse compact bone and then cultured.The immunophenotype and differentiation potential of MSCs were identified by flow cytometry and inductive culture.56 female C57BL/6 mice were assigned into eight groups(7 each): normal group,busulfan intraperitoneal administration group(BUS),bleomycin-induced lung injury group(BLM),bleomycin-induced lung injury and busulfan intraperitoneal administration group(BLM+BUS),BLM challenge and MSCs treatment group(BLM+MSCs),BLM challenge and busulfan and MSCs administration group(BLM+BUS+MSCs).According to infused cell number,BLM+MSCs and BLM+BUS+MSCs group were again respectively divided to two subgroups: BLM+MSCs 1 group(5?105 MSCs) and BLM+MSCs 2 group(2.5?105 MSCs),and BLM+ BUS+MSCs 1 group(5?105 MSCs) and BLM+BUS+MSCs 2 group(2.5?105 MSCs),respectively.The mice were sacrificed 14 days after MSCs infusion,and their lungs were removed for pathological analysis and quantification of hydroxyproline.Results Compact bone derived-MSCs were fibroblast-like cells,positive for Sca-1,CD44,CD29,and CD105,but expressed no CD34,CD45,CD11b and CD31.They could differentiate into adipocytes and osteoblasts in vitro.Compact bone derived-MSCs infused by tail vein were capable of protecting lung from injury.In BLM+MSCs group,2.5?105 MSCs infusion demonstrated more efficient protective activity than that of 5?105 MSCs;the lung injury was less severe in BLM+BUS+MSCs group than that in BLM +MSCs group.The content of hydroxyproline in lung tissue of normal,BUS,BLM,BLM+BUS,BLM+MSCs 1,BLM+MSCs 2,BLM+BUS+MSCs 1 and BLM+BUS+MSCs 2 group was 0.72?0.05,0.79?0.10,1.37?0.09,1.22?0.16,1.24?0.14,1.01?0.15,1.03?0.19 and 0.98?0.12?g/mg,respectively.The content of hydroxyproline increased in BLM and BLM+BUS group compared with that in normal group(P

Objective To evaluate the effects of isoflurane postconditioning on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats.Methods Thirty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 280-320 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8 each):group sham operation (group S),group I/R,group isoflurane preconditioning (group Ⅰ-pre),and group isoflurane postconditioning (group Ⅰ-post).Global cerebral I/R was induced by 4-vessel occlusion method described by Pulsinelli.1.5％ isoflurane was inhaled for 2h before ischemia in group Ⅰ-pre.1.5％ isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min immediately after onset of reperfusion in group Ⅰ-post.Neurological function was assessed and scored at 24h of reperfusion.The rats were sacrificed at 72h of reperfusion and hippocampi were isolated for determination of neuronal apoptosis (by TUNEL),caspase-3 expression (by immuno-histochemistry),and phosphorylated c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) protein expression (by using Western blot) in hippocampal tissues.Apoptotic rate was calculated.Results Compared with S group,the number of grid cross was decreased,twist time was prolonged,hanging time was shortened,apoptotic rate was increased,and the expression of caspase-3 and p-JNK protein was up-regulated in I/R,I-pre and Ⅰ-post groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared in I/R group,the number of grid cross was increased,twist time was shortened,hanging time was prolonged,apoptotic rate was decreased,and the expression of caspase-3 and p-JNK protein was down-regulated in Ⅰ-pre and Ⅰ-post groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with I/R group,the number of grid cross was decreased,hanging time was shortened,apoptotic rate was increased,and the expression of caspase-3 was up-regulated (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant changes in the expression of p-JNK protein were found in Ⅰ-post group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Isoflurane postconditioning can reduce cerebral I/R injury,the efficacy is weaker than that of preconditioning and the mechanism is related to activation of JNK signal transduction pathway and inhibition of neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus of rats.

Objective To explore the occurence,clinical characteristics and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with embolism in children.Methods Twenty-three cases with Mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with embolization were retrospectively analyzed from January 1990 to December 2012.Results The ages of cases were from 4 years old to 13 years old,and fifteen cases were male,eight cases were female.Nineteen cases with single-shot embolism included four cases of lower limb venous thrombosis,one case of internal carotid artery thrombosis,nine cases of cerebral infarction,two cases of cardiac infarction,two cases of splenic infarction,one case of pulmonary infarction; and the other four cases were multiple embolism,two cases combined pulmonary embolism and lower limb deep vein thrombosis,one case combined cardiac embolism and pulmonary embolism,one case combined internal carotid artery and the brain embolism.In addition,eight cases had temporary anti-cardiolipin antibody IgM,two cases combined protein C decrease,one case merge protein S decrease,and one case was lack of AT-Ⅲ.At last,two children died,the rest all recovered well after thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae has hypercoagulative state and potentialized to thrombosis,especially for children with high risk factors of thrombosis.Early diagnosis and anticoagulation and thrombolysis treatment actively is the key to better prognosis.

Methods:The authors acquired the CDR3 gene fragment using Ig superfamily primers by means of RT-PCR and the murine monocyte chemot ic protein(MCP-3) as the adjuvant molecular.The fused gene fragment of CDR3 and MCP-3 was obtained by recombinant PCR and then cloned into the eukaryonic plas mid vector pcDNA3.1 to construct the DNA vaccine plamid.Then the vaccine plasmid was transiently expressed in the eukaryonic cell COS-7. Results:The authors acquired th e DNA vaccine plasmid in which the mIgCDR3 of the Namalwa cell was used as the a ntigen gene by the molecular biology. Conclusion:The transient transfection assa y proved that the recombinant plasmid could express in eukaryonic cells in right way.They have constructed an expression plasmid containing fused MCP3-CDR3 seq uen ce which could be used in further study of DNA vaccine against B-cell lymphoma in vivo. Objective: To study the hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharides from Tremella aurantialba mycelium (TMP). Methods: The anti-hyperglycemic effect of TMP was investigated in normal mice and diabetic rats induced by alloxan in comparison with phenformin and acarbose. Results: TMP not only decreased serum glucose level in normal mice, but also in diabetic rats. After i.g.TMP to hyperglycemic rats for 1w, the glucose and TG in serum were decreased obviously , but serum TC did not change remarkably. After i.g. 100 mg/(kg ?d) TMP to hyperglycemic rats for 23 d, liver glycogen and BLA did not change significantly, but serum glucose was reduced obviously compared with the control . Conclusion: TMP has obvious hypoglycemic activity and can reduce hyperlipemic complications.
