1.Efficacy on endometriosis treated with electroacupuncture.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(4):323-326
OBJECTIVETo compare the difference in the clinical efficacy on endometriosis (EM) between electroacupuncture (EA) and western medication.
METHODSSeventy-two EM patients were divided into an EA group and a western medication group according to visiting departments, 36 cases in each one. In the EA group, acupuncture was applied to Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3), Zigong (EX-CA 1), Diji (SP 8), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Hegu (LI 4) and Taichong (LR 3). After qi arrival, G6805-I pulse electronic apparatus was attached to bilateral Zigong (EX-CA 1), Guanyuan (CV 4) and Zhongji (CV 3), with continuous wave, 70 Hz in frequency, 3 mA in intensity. The EA was given once every two days. In the western medication group, mifepristone tablets were prescribed for oral administration, 12. 5 mg per treatment, once a day, for 6 months. The pain degree was observed before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were evaluated in the two groups. The enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) was adopted to determine the tumor marker serum CA125 before and after treatment in the two groups.
RESULTSThe total effective rate was 94. 4% (34/36) in the EA group and was 91. 7% (33/36) in the western medication group, without significant difference (P>0. 05). The pain score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the two groups (both P< 0. 01), but the score after treatment in the EA group was lower than that in the western medication group (P<0. 05). Serum CA125 was reduced after treatment in the patients of the two groups (both P<0. 01), and serum CA125 after treatment in the EA group was lower than that in the western medication group (P<0. 05). In the follow-up visit of one year, the reoccurrence rate was 17. 6% (6/34) in the EA group and was 33. 3% (11/33) in the western medication group, indicating the significant difference (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSIONEA achieves the significant clinical efficacy and the reoccurrence rate in 1 year in the EA group is obviously lower than that in the western medication group. This therapy could be promoted in clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.

2.Study of hand hygiene requirements in the operation skill of physician qualification examination
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(9):967-969
Objective To explore the difference of hand hygiene requirement between guide-line of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) and stan-dard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings for some sterile techniques. Methods Eight sterile techniques in guideline of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) such as changing a dress and taking out stitches, aspiration, ure-thral catheterization, arteriovenous puncture, thoracentesis, abdominal puncture, lumbar puncture and bone marrow puncture were chosen and the results were compared with standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings. Results Three of eight sterile technics mentioned hand-washing, six of eight mentioned wearing sterile gloves, and zero of eight mentioned antiseptic han-drubbing; however, only one of six (16.67%) before wearing sterile gloves mentioned handwashing. Conclusion The requests of hand hygiene between guideline of skill practice for national examina-tions of doctors' qualification (clinical practitioners) and standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in healthcare settings are not concordant , which from the root leads to the inconsistence of doctors' learning at different stages of education and training . It is suggested that the examination organization departments should refer to the relevant provisions of the state in the preparation of guidelines, and regulate medical practice behavior with consistent standards.
3.Virologic responses to pegylated-interferon α-2a plus ribavirin therapy for cryoglobulinemia positive chronic hepatitis C in patients with hepatitis C virus genotype 1b
Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2014;7(2):157-160
Objective To investigate the virologic responses to pegylated-interferon alfa-2a (PegIFNα-2a) plus ribavirin therapy for cryoglobulinemia positive chronic hepatitis C in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 b.Methods Clinical data on 60 chronic hepatitis C patients with HCV genotype 1b were collected from Huzhou Central Hospital during January 2008 and December 2012.The patients were divided into cryoglobulinemia positive group (n =22) and cryoglobulinemia negative group (n =38),and both received 48-week PegIFNα-2a (180 μg) plus ribavirin treatments. For those who could not tolerate the treatment,PeglFNα-2a was reduced to 135 μg from 12th week.Rapid virologic response (RVR),end of treatment virologic response (ETVR) and sustained virologic response (SVR) in two groups were observed and compared using Chi-square test. Results RVR,ETVR and SVR in cryoglobulinemia positive group were 59.1% (13/22),81.8% (18/22) and 31.8% (7/22),while those in cryoglobulinemia negative group were 55.3% (21/38),76.3% (29/38) and 60.5% (23/38).There was significant difference in SVRs between two groups (x2 =4.674,P < 0.05).For those completed full course of antiviral therapy with 180 μg PegIFNα-2a,the RVR and SVR in cryoglobulinemia negative group tended to be higher than those in cryoglobulinemia positive group, but the differences were not statistically significant (x2 =1.524 and 1.009,P > 0.05).Serious adverse reactions were observed in 9 (40.9%) patients of cryoglobulinemia positive group, while in 11 (28.9%) patients of cryoglobulinemia negative group (x2 =0.887,P > 0.05).Conclusion Cryoglobulinemia may not have considerable impact on virologic responses to PegIFNα-2a plus ribavirin therapy in patients with chronic genotype 1b hepatitis C.
4.A exploration of the optimization for dispensing speed of automatic dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):50-52
Objective:To optimize the storage placement of drug in automatic dispensing machine so as to increase the dispensing speed and work efficiency. Methods: The drugs were dispensed on the up and down side of the center of axle wire from high to low according to the dispensed frequency. The application regularity of various drugs was analyzed by using a number of prescription information and the relevant drugs were stored in nearest tank aroundthe drug outlet as the principle of minimum time algorithm. Through optimizing the storage placement of automatic dispensing machine and applying average dispensing time as evaluation index, the change of average dispensing time between before and after 3 months of the optimization of storage placement was analyzed. Results: After the storage placement was optimized, average dispensing time was shortened 2.0s. And the difference of the time between before and after optimization was statistically significant (t=11.92,P<0.05). Conclusion: Through applying minimum time algorithm, the optimized storage placement of automatic dispensing machine shortens the dispensing time of prescription and increases work efficiency.
