Objective To investigate the knowledge degree of the risk of intrauterine adhesions in patients with induced abortion.Methods A total of 360 patients,who accepted induced abortion in gynecological clinic from June to November 2015,were evaluated using self-edited Assessment on Doctor-patient Communication in Gynecological Outpatient Clinic.Results 83.9％ patients could provide previous pregnancy and fertility history,24.2％patients could repeat clearly therapeutic advice and attentions after induced abortion,13.1 ％ patients understood the risk of uterine adhesion,9.7 ％ patients understood the influnce of uterine adhesion on fertility and 31.9 ％ patients wished to prevent uterine adhesion with drugs,patients with spontaneous abortion and multiple abortion history understood the risk with 67.6％ and 31.5％ respectively,overall 61.9％ patients felt the pressure and wished to get more attetions.Conclusion We need to strengthen the risk informing of intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.

Objective: To investigate the immunotherapeutic effects of elemene combo tumor cell vaccine(EC TCV) on Hca F murine hepatic carcinoma and changes of IL 10 and IL 12 secretion by splenocytes of treated mice. Methods: BALB/c mice inoculated with Hca F were treated with EC TCV, CY, EC TCV+CY or PBS control, tumor growth was measured, concentration of IL 10 and IL 12 in supernatants of mixed splenocytes and Hca F culture(MSTC) was assayed with ELISA. OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimal surgical approach and compatible material for large nasal septal perforation.METHODS Operations were underwent via labiogingival groove approach under endoscope.Double layer of flaps were perichondrium of nasal septal cartilage,base of nasal cavity and inferior nasal meatus on the left and acellular dermal matrix (ADM) on the right and the two flaps were adhered with ear-cerebral glue (EC).RESULTS All of 36 cases were successfully repaired and no reperforation occurred after following-up for 3 months to 2 years.CONCLUSION Large mucosal flaps with wide pedicel and abundant blood supply and ADM of good biocompatibility provide a higher survival rate of the flaps.This method has the advantages of wide field of vision,less damage of the donated area and short time of operation.It is an optimal and practical method for repair of the large nasal septal perforation.

In this article,the oral medicine laboratory teaching of non-oral medicine international students was analyzed and summarized. Teaching plan should be made in accordance with the aptitude of students and goal of training. We used many teaching methods such as multimedia teaching,demonstration with teeth in vitro,etc and acquired good teaching effects. It gives us many experiences for the future teaching.

BACKGROUND:Poly-D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) that was characterized as absorbable,weak cytotoxicity,and adjustable hardness was ideal to be synthetized artificial spinal dura mater.Because of lacking of functional group at the surface of PLGA,it should be modified to fit the demand of satisfied biocompatibility.OBJECTIVE:To study the biocompatibility of PLGA membrane modified by type-Ⅰ collagen and chitosan.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Contrast observation study,which was carded out in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratory Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May to December 2007.MATERIALS:Porous PLGA membrane was provided by Jinan Banzheng Biology-Technology Co.,Ltd.,type-Ⅰ collagen by Sigma Company,USA,chitosan by Shanghai Qisheng Biological Agent Medical Apparatus and Instrument Company,and L929 L cell by Cellular Institute of Shanghai Academy of Life Science,Chinese Academy of Science.METHODS:PLGA membrane (P membrane),PLGA/type-Ⅰ collagen composite membrane (PG membrane),PLGA/type-Ⅰ collagen/chitosan (9:1) composite membrane (PGC 9:1 membrane) and PLGA/type-Ⅰ collagen/chitosan (5:5) composite membrane (PGC 5:5 membrane) were produced through a certain process.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Contact angle,absorption rate and cytotoxicity were tested.Morphological changes of L929 L cell cultured for 1,3,and 7 days were observed under fiberscope.RESULTS:Contact angle was shown as PG membrane＜PGC 9:1 membrane＜PGC 5:5 membrane＜P membrane (P＜0.01 );absorption rate was shown as P membrane＜PGC 5:5 membrane＜PGC 9:1 membrane＜PG membrane (P＜0.01).L929 L cell was characterized as well distribution,expansion and appearance after inoculation of PG membrane,PGC 9:1 membrane and PGC 5:5 membrane.Cytotoxic experiment (MTT methods) showed that,on the 1st day,there was no significant difference in absorbency among groups (P＞0.05).On the 3rd and 7th days,there were significant differences between P membrane and PG membrane or PGC 9:1 membrane,and between PGC 9:1 membrane and PCK2 5:5 membrane (P＜0.05).PGC 9:1 membrane could further improve cell adhesion and proliferation,and PGC 5:5 membrane could inhibit cell proliferation and differentiation.CONCLUSION:Type-Ⅰ collagen and chitosan appended to the exterior of PLGA can enhance the biocompatibility of membrane.In terms of biocompatibility,PLGA/type-Ⅰ collagen/chitosan (9:1) composite membrane can be fit to the qualification as a type of material of artificial spinal dura mater.

Objective To evaluate the value of the fusion of 99m Tc-MIBI imaging technology apply in the diagnosis of malignant lung tumor. Methods Thirty - four cases with lung nodules proved by X-ray and/or CT scanning, a total of 48 lung nodular lesions. And the imaging with-99m Tc-MIBI of chest performed at 10 minutes and 2 hours delayed after injection by GE Infinia Hawkeye 4 SPECT-CT. then the regions of interesting ( ROI) were drawn in the tumor and contra lateral position to calculate the radioactivity ratios of tumor to normal ( T/NT) , and fused with the spiral CT scanning image in the same machine, and reading the early and delayed image respectively. Judged the result of the image develops, and statistical analysis of the ratio (T/NT) according to the final pathologic consequence. Results All cases with total of 48 nodular lesions, 21 nodules were positive in early imaging, 16 nodules were positive in delayed imaging (the ratio T/NT over 3. 33). defined the delayed image positive as the final criterion, The(T/NT)ratios of Malignant lung lesions were significantly higher than the benign lesions ( P ＜0. 05). Negative nodes 27, 13 cases of lung cancer lesions were malignant, confirmed by postoperative pathologic examination. The falsepositive nodules 3, false-negative nodules 2. The sensitivity was: 88.88%, the specificity was: 90.9% positive predictive value ( +PV) was: 84. 21% , negative predictive value (-PV) is: 93.75%. Conclusion 99mTc-MIBI as a tumor positive imaging agent is highly sensitivity to lung lesions, but specificity is not so high.

BACKGROUND:Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing can protect blood supply of fractured bone,decrease infection and promote bone healing.which is becoming the first choice for treating femoral shaft fracture However,it is difficult to conduct in closed reduction and keep stabilization of fractured bone.OBJECTIVE:To explore the curative effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing in treating femoral shaft fracture with assist of rubber tourniquet 360°elastic fixation METHODS:From May 2008 to November 2009,18 patients(14 males,4 females;aged 18-65 years)with closed femoral shaft fracture were treated at the Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Body skin was protected by cloth,elastic rubber tourniquet was doubled and 360°wrapped around the fractured bone with the length of 10 cm from up and down.Supracondylar femur was reamed by Kernig-needle;fractured bone was dealt with countertraction and horizontal rotation.Another assistant compressed the fractured bone according to the displacement of fracture,which contributes to bone fracture reduetion and interlocking intramedullary nailing.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:All 18 patients were followed up postoperatively,no case was found with skim necrosis and damage of nerve and blood vessel.16 cases were bone union with excellent 15 cases,fine 1 case;2 cases were still being followed up.Callus was firstly found 1 month after operation and was obviously found in 3e months postoperatively The result suggested that the treatment of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing with assist of rubber tourniquet360°elastic fixation is a simple and applicable approach.which reduces the interruption of blood supply for fractured bone and closed reduction gets good result,which reduces the chance of open reduction.

BACKGROUND: Primate is the best animal to establish a model of spinal implants. However, ethics and cost limit its application. Mixed-breed dogs have similar anatomic structures as human. Moreover, it is easy to obtain with low cost, so it may replace primate to serve as models.OBJECTIVE: To determine the feasibility of canine lumbar spine to establish the anterior interfixation model following measurements of related anatomic data.METHODS: A total of 9 adult healthy dogs were selected. The transversal diameter, sagittal diameter and height of vertebral body and disc were measured, and the artificial vertebral body replacement was performed. Bone graft fusion was observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The transversal diameter, sagittal diameter and height of vertebral body and disc increasedgradually from L_(1) to L_(7), and the height was greatly exceeded its sagittal diameter. All dogs survived, but one was paraplegia. Allthe others stood and acted in 12 h to 72 h after operation. The fusion effect was proved to be good by imageology and histology. The establishment of models was simple and cost-effective, and the biocompatibility of bone tissues and implants, as well as thebone tissue ingrowth can be observed. The lumbar spine of dog can be used as an anterior interfixation model in vitro test.

Objective To explore the diagnosis value and expression of E‐cadherin in the acute pancreatitis .Methods Twenth‐four male SD rats were randomly divided into control group ,mild acute pancreatitis (MAP) group and severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) group ,8 case in each groups .The animal model was established by intraperitoneal injection of L‐arginine .After 24 hours ,the serum levels of amylase and the expression change of variation E‐cadherin were tested .The pancreas tissue was taken for his‐topathological score under microscope .The expression of E‐cadherin at protein level in pancreatic tissue was detected by Western Blot .Results The histological scores of pancreas and serum amylase were significantly higher in the MAP and SAP groups than those in control group (P<0 .05) ,and difference between SAP group and MAP group was also very significant(P<0 .05) .The re‐sult of ELISA showed that the serum E‐cadherin in MAP group[(1 025 .50 ± 131 .33) pg/mL] and SAP group[(1 561 .75 ± 144 .82)pg/mL] were significantly higher than that in control group[(626 .50 ± 72 .12) pg/mL ,P<0 .05] ,and there was significant difference between MAP group and SAP group(P<0 .05) .The result of Western Blot was similar to the result of ELISA .Conclu‐sion E‐cadherin may have diagnosis value in the acute pancreatitis .
