Objective To summrize the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of fibroadenoma in adolescence. Methods 48 cases of fibroadenoma were reviewed retrospectively. The average age was 14.5,16 patients of them underwent tumor resection only,24 cases had an excision to remove the tumor and suitable gland tissue around it,8 cases had a breast regional resection plus mammoplasty. Results The complication such as wound hemorrhage, hypodemic hydrocele, nipple necrosis and wound infection were not occurred after operation,6 cases were recurred after six months. The recurrence rate was 12.5%(6 cases). Conclusions Age of the disorder attack is a main bases of diagnosis of the adolescent fibroademoma.Their breast's apparent shape and its function should be maintained as far as.And the tumor recurrence should be controlled as in time as possible.

AIM:To investigate the activity of NF-?B in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with Graves disease (GD) and the significance in immunopathogenesis of GD.METHODS:Peripheral blood was collected from 22 untreated GD,20 treated GD with tapazole more than 1 year, and 25 healthy volunteers. PBMCs were isolated from the blood by histopaque-1077 density-gradient centrifugation. The activity of NF-?B in PBMCs was analyzed using gel electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). The contents of IL-1?,IL-6 and TNF-? were tested by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:The activity of NF-?B in PBMCs of untreated GD group was increased remarkably, compared with that in the treated group and control (P

Objective To express protein transduction domain (PTD)-deletion proline domain (ΔPRD) Foxp3 fusion protein, and to analyze its influence on mixed lymphocyte reaction in mice. Methods We cloned mouse ΔPRD of Foxp3 gene by PCR, and inserted it into pET28a-PTD, pET28a-PTD-eGFP vector, then expressed fusion proteins in E.coli Rosetta (DE3). The fusion proteins were purified and refolded by Profinity IMAC Ni~(2+)-Charged Resin. The expression of fusion proteins was identified by Western blot. Flow cytometry assay was used to detect the effect of PTD-ΔPRD fusion protein to transduce into mouse EL-4 cells. The ability of fusion protein to inhibit the proliferation of EL-4 cells was analyzed by two-way mixed lymphocyte reaction. Results The PTD-ΔPRD fusion proteins were expressed and purified efficiently. Western blot and flow cytometry indicated that PTD-ΔPRD fusion protein was transduced into EL-4 efficiently. Mixed lympocyte reaction assay showed that PTD-ΔPRD fusion protein had the bioactivity to inhibit the proliferation of EL-4 cells. Conclusion The PTD-ΔPRD fusion protein was expressed in E.coli system and could be transduced into cells effectively, suggesting that PTD-ΔPRD fusion protein may be an inhibitor in lymphocytes from mouse spleen.

Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems in the training of healthcare-asso-ciated infection(HAI)management, and provide scientific basis for strengthening the management of HAI preven-tion and control system. Methods A questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate situation of training on HAI in 15 provincial-level HAI training agencies in China during the past 30 years, and basic condition of training on HAI management in recent 5 years. Results Among 15 provincial-level training agencies,66.67%(n=10)were respon-sible by HAI management quality control centers,80.00% have already conducted training in each city,53.33%carried out training for 10 to 20 times,33.34% performed training for ≤2 times per year.Of 33 728 trainees in 2011-2015,41.30% were 41-50 years old,61.82% were nursing staff,50.56% had bachelor degree,43.96%were with the intermediate professional title. Most trainers were HAI prevention and control experts in their respec-tive province, accounting for 68.07%,the curriculums were mainly designed on professional course, and only 26.78% were involved in management. Conclusion Professional structure of HAI management personnel is not reasonable, faculty is imbalance, knowledge update is lacking, and HAI training and education system need to be improved further.
