With regard to the traditional processing of pilose antler, two big companies of Chinese Medicine decoction pieces and one private patrimonial TCM clinic were investigated. The result indicates that the processing techniques in these three regions can be found in the ancient books of TCM and belong to the traditional processing of Chinese Medicine, but the processing procedures are different. On the basis of that, starting with the different manifestation forms of regional culture, the author discusses the effect of regional culture on the traditional processing of Chinese Medicine. The research indicates that, different geographical nature environments result in the three specific aspects, which are the specific resources and products, the specific historical culture, and the specific characters. These three specific aspects result in different tools, conventional supplementary materials and techniques of processing, and on the basis of this, different traditional processing schools of Chinese Medicine come into being with different characteristics. Therefore, to protect the traditional processing of Chinese Medicine in different regions has important significance to supplement the deficiencies in Pharmacopoeia of PRC (2010 edition) and the TCM processing standards of different provinces and municipalities, and to bequeath and develop the different characteristics of different processing schools, and it's a full embodiment to carry out the core spirit of National Intangible Cultural Heritage Law.

Objective To Study the expressions and significance of nitric oxide (NO) and forkhead box protein 3 (FOXP3) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods Serum NO levels were measured by Griess colorimetric reaction .Flow cytometry was used to determine the number of CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood .The expression of FOXP3 mRNA was measured by real‐time polymerase chain reaction .Results Serum NO level in patients was (15 .71 ± 1 .26)μmol/L ,higher than the (5 .45 ± 0 .98)μmol/L of healthy controls (P<0 .05) .CD4+ CD25+ T cells comprised (4 .57 ± 0 .85)% of CD4+ T cells in patients ,higher than the (1 .83 ± 0 .49)% in healthy controls (P<0 .05) .CD4+ CD25+ T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis highly expressed FOXP3 .Conclusion Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis could be with an increased level of NO and FOXP3 ,which might have important role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis .

Objective To investigate the percentage of Th17 cells and FOXP3 concentration in peripheral blood of children with bronchial asthma and their clinical significance .Methods Thirty children with bronchial asthma and thirty healthy children as con-trol group were enrolled in the study .The percentage of Th17 and CD4+CD25+ Treg cells in the peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry(FCM) .The mRNA expression of FOXP3 in the peripheral blood was determined by quantitative real-time PCR . The concentrations of IL-17 and IL-10 in plasma were measured by using ELISA .Results In children with bronchial asthma ,the proportions of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood and concentration of IL-17 in plasma increased ,while the expression of FOXP3 in the peripheral blood and concentration of IL-10 in plasma decreased .Conclusion The imbalance of Th17/FOXP3 may contribute to the proceeding of bronchial asthma in children .

Objective To study the relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 hypertensive patients(mean age 73?7 years), including 93 males and 7 females were enrolled in this study. Colour Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure intima-media thickness(IMT) and atherosclerotic plaque of carotid arteries. Serum CRP was determined with immunological method. Objective To study the levels of interleukin(IL)-2 ,interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and IL-10 in peripheral blood and the effec-tive concentration of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in serum of patients with acute leukemia .Methods 65 patients with acute leuke-mia were divided into non-remission group(n=35) and remission group(n=30) .50 healthy volunteers were used as control group . The levels of IL-2 ,IFN-γ ,IL-10 in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) .The effective concentration of LDH was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer .Results The levels of IL-2 ,IFN-γin non-remission group were significantly decreased compared with control group and remission group(P<0 .05) ,but the level of IL-10 in non-remission group was significantly increased compared with control group and remission group(P<0 .05) .The effective concentration of LDH in non-remission group was significantly higher than that in control group or remission group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The levels of IL-2 ,IFN-γand IL-10 in peripheral blood and the effective concentration of LDH in serum of patients with acute leukemia have changed .Clinical detection of IL-2 ,IFN-γ,IL-10 and LDH may contribute to the early diagnosis of patients with acute leukemia .

Objective To explore the method of increasing the mastering rate of health knowledge of patients and effective rate of health education by nurses on the premise of shortened average length of hos-pital stay.Methods 316 patients were divided into group i (96 cases),group ii (117 cases) and group iii (103 cases).Patients in group i had no pre hospital education.Patients in group ii accepted quasicollective education on hospitalization notices.Patients in group iii accepted quasi-collective education on hospitalization notices and some general peri-operative knowledge.The mastering rate of knowledge and time cost for health education were compared between three groups.Results Compared to group i,group ii and group iii got higher mastering rate in 8 items of hospitalization notices.No difference was seen in acknowledge of general peri-operative knowledge.The education of hospitalization notices and total time was shortened.The difference between group ii and group iii was not positive.Conclusions Taking quasi-collective education on hospitalization notices improves patients' mastering level of hospitalization notices and nurses' education efficiency.

Objective: In acute pancreatitis, traditional treatment insists fasting on purpose to avoid activation of proteolytic enzymes and pancreatic enzyme secretion. The aim of our study was to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of early oral feeding as compared to traditional fasting in patients with mild acute pancreatitis.Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomized to the two treatment groups, fasting or early oral feeding. The inclusion criteria were pancreas amylase≥3times above normal, onset of abdominal pain within 48h, acute physiological and chronic health evaluation-II score<8 and C-reactive protein(CRP)<150 mg/L. Measures were amylase, systemic inflammatory response, length of hospital stay. Results: The groups were comparable with respect to age, sex, etiology, APACHE II, time from onset of pain and amylase at admission. No significant differences were seen between the groups concerning levels of amylase, CRP, leukocytes, abdominal pain or number of gastrointestinal symptoms. The length of hospital stay time was significantly shorter in the oral feeding group (13 vs. 17 days; P<0.05).Conclusion: Early oral feeding would not exacerbate disease process. The differences between treatment groups for amylase or systemic inflammatory response were not obvious. In mild acute pancreatitis, early oral feeding was feasible and safe and may accelerate recovery.

Objective To research into the current situation of basic medicine knowledge grasp of non-medical students in local comprehensive university and to discuss the significance and necessity of launching basic medicine knowledge education in comprehensive university.Methods Random sampling was used to survey non-medical students of 1-3 grades in three gorges university with questionnaire.SPSS 13.0 software was used to do statistical analysis.Results 89.1％ undergraduates had consciousness to deal with slight illness and slight wound by themselves and 95.4％ undergraduates would prepare some drug to use when necessary.But only 37.2％ undergraduates knew the medicine classification management method of our country and 94.2％ undergraduates might abuse common medicine.96.7％ undergraduates thought that popularizing basic medicine knowledge by selected courses in university was necessary.Conclusions Most undergraduates lack basic medicine knowledge and potential medicine safety hazard like abuse medicine is existed.Education on basic medicine knowledge in university is of great significance in improving the life quality and basic quality of undergraduates.

Objective To investigate acquired carbapenemases and prevalence of carbapenem- resistant gram-negative bacill.Methods The antimicrobial susceptibility was determined by agar dilution method.Metallo-B-lactamase(MBLs)were screened by EDTA-disk synergy tesL The encoding genes of MBLs were amplified by PCR followed by sequencing.Strain homology Was investigated by pulsed-field gel electronphoresis(PFGE).Results In 141 carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa), there were three resistant patterns which were imipenem(IMP)-resistant+meropenem(MEM)-resistant (66.7%),IMP-resistant+MEM-sensitive(32.6%),and IMP-resistant+MEM-sensitive(0.7%).AⅡthe carbapenem-resistan Acinetobacter baumannii(A.baumannii),Acinetobacter lwoffi(A.lwoffi),Citrobactor freundii(C.freundii),Klebsielta pneumoniac(K.pneumoniac)and Serratia were resistant to imipenem and meropenem.Four strains of 141 P.aeruginosa were positive by EDTA-disk synergy test,and they produced VIM-2-type Metallo-B-1actamase.Of 34 carbapenem-resistan A.baumannii,30 strains produced OXA-tllrpe.Among them, OXA23, OXA24 and OXA66 accounted for 79.4%,38.2% and 67.6%,respectively.And 22 of 34 strains(64.7%)produced multiple OXA-carbapenemases.All 7 strains A.lwoffi produced OXA-23-type carbapenemases.A11 11 strains C.freundii,5 strains k pneumoniac and 1 strains Serratia produced KPC-2-type carbapencmases.And 6 of 11 strains C.freundii produced new subtype IMP-8.Of 15 PFGE type in 34 strains A.baumannii,14 strains belonged to A-type,7 strains belonged to B-type.Seven A.lwoffi strains distilbuted in difierent PFGE type.Four strains of P.aeruginosa producing VIM-2.type Metallo-8-lactamase did not have the same PFGE type.Eleven C.freundii strains had the same PFGE type.Five k pneumoniae strains had the sanle PFGE type.Conclusions Drug resistance to 12 common antibiotics in carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacill was higher than non-carbapenem-resistant gram-negative.The former produced many kinds of carbaponemases and the strains prducing carbapenemases were prevalent in the C.freundii, A.baumanii, and k pneumoniae.

Objective To observe the clinical change of cytokines expression in peripheral blood in patients with allergic asthma and its significance .Methods Forty patients with allergic asthma and thirty healthy controls were enrolled .The concentrations of IL‐17 ,IL‐22 and IL‐10 in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA ;the serum IgE levels were measured by electrochemical lumi‐nescence method ;The eosinophil proportion was detected by blood cell analyzer ;the IL‐17 ,IL‐22 ,IL‐10 and the severity of asthma were conducted Pearson correlation analysis .Results The level of serum IgE and eosinophil proportion was significantly higher in patients with allergic asthma compared with the controls (P<0 .05);compared with the control group ,the concentration of IL‐17 and IL‐22 in peripheral blood of patients with allergic asthma were increased ,but the expression of IL‐10 were decreased (P<0 .05);the level of IL‐17 and IL‐22 were positively correlated with severity of allergic asthma (P<0 .01) ,but the level of IL‐10 was negatively correlated with severity of allergic asthma (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of IL‐17 ,IL‐22 and IL‐10 play an im‐portant role in the pathogenetic mechanism of allergic asthma ,and a dynamic monitoring could be helpful for the diagnoses and treatment of allergic asthma .
