Objective To explore the clinical value of serum CA125 and HE4 combined with transvaginal color Doppler(TVCD)examination in early screening of ovarian cancer among high-risk populations. Methods The included research subjects were divided into 3 groups:100 cases in the healthy group,80 cases in the high-risk group and 32 cases in the ovarian cancer group. The serum CA125 and HE4 levels and ultrasonic scores were compared among 3 groups. Results The HE4 and CA125 levels and ultrasound scores in the ovarian cancer group were significantly increased compared with the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the positive detection rate of CA125 plus HE4 levels combined with ultrasonic examination in the high-risk group was higher than that of other detection method(P<0.05);the sensitivity and specificity of CA125+HE4 combined with vaginal ultrasound screening were obviously higher than those of other screening method, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the specificity of HE4 was significantly higher than that of CA125,but its sensitivity was lower than that of CA125(P<0.05).Conclusion CA125 and HE4 combined with TVCD is helpful for early screening of ovarian cancer in high-risk populations, easy to save medical cost and improves its detection rate.

Objective To investigate the knowledge degree of the risk of intrauterine adhesions in patients with induced abortion. Methods A total of 360 patients, who accepted induced abortion in gynecological clinic from June to November 2015,were evaluated using self-edited Assessment on Doctor-patient Communication in Gynecological Outpatient Clinic. Results 83.9% patients could provide previous pregnancy and fertility history,24.2%patients could repeat clearly therapeutic advice and attentions after induced abortion,13.1 % patients understood the risk of uterine adhesion,9.7 % patients understood the influnce of uterine adhesion on fertility and 31.9 % patients wished to prevent uterine adhesion with drugs, patients with spontaneous abortion and multiple abortion history understood the risk with 67.6% and 31.5% respectively, overall 61.9% patients felt the pressure and wished to get more attetions. Conclusion We need to strengthen the risk informing of intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.

Objective: To explore the cognitive function of chronic schizophrenic patients with tardive dyskinesia(TD).Methods: 82 chronic schizophrenic patients with TD,70 chronic schizophrenic patients without TD were accepted 3 neuropsychological tests including WMS,WCST and TMT.Results: Compared with non-TD group in WCST,TD group had poorer performance in the number of error responses, the selective error rate, error thinking time, the number of perservation of responses and the rate of conceptualization responses.Additionally,TD group had poorer performance in TMT-PartB.Conclusion: Chronic schizophrenic patients with TD had significantly cognitive impairment, involving the frontal cortex.

Objective To investigate the possible effects of aspirin and indomethacin on the growth of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) and the effects of aspirin on the susceptibility of H.pylori to some antimicrobials. Methods Kinetic studies of H.pylori were performed by inoculating strains in Brucella broth with different concentrations of aspirin and indomethacin. Growth of bacteria in the broth was assessed spectrophotometrically and by viable colony count after incubation for 24 and 48 hours. Bacteria morphology was studied by Gram stain under light microscopy. MICs of aspirin and indomethacin were determined by standard agar dilution method. MICs of amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole were measured in the presence and in the absence of aspirin by E test method. Results Kinetic studies revealed that aspirin and indomethacin inhibited the growth of H.pylori in a dose dependent manner and the bactericidal activities of these agents were due to cell lysis. Aspirin at 400 ?g/ml produced about 2 logs decrease in CFU per milliliter at 48 hours. The assemble inhibition effects were obtained when 100 ?g/ml indomethacin tested. The MIC 90 of H.pylori for aspirin and indomethacin were 512 ?g/ml and 128 ?g/ml, respectively. Increased susceptibility to amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole of H. pylori were induced by aspirin. Conclusions Aspirin and indomethacin could significantly inhibit the growth of H.pylori when incubated in Brucella broth in vitro. A subinhibitory concentration of aspirin enhanced the susceptibility of H. pylori to antimicrobial agents.

Objective:To study the effect and underlying mechanism of rosmarinic acid in the apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Meth-ods:An MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect on the growth of HepG2 cells treated with rosmarinic acid for 48 hours. Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis after treated with rosmarinic acid at different concentrations for 24 h and 48 h. Western Blotting was used to detect the expression of P53 and c-Myc protein after treated with rosmarinic acid for 48 h. Results:When HepG2 cells were treated with rosmarinic acid at the concentrations of 12. 50, 25. 00, 50. 00 and 100. 00 μg·ml-1 for 48 h, the cell growth was inhibited and the half-inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 43. 48μg·ml-1. By comparing HepG2 cells treated with rosma-rinic acid at different concentrations for 24 h and 48 h, rosmarinic acid had the effect on the early apoptosis of HepG2 cells after the 48-hour treatment. When treated with rosmarinic acid at the different concentrations for 48 h, the expression of c-Myc decreased with the concentration increase of rosmarinic acid, and the expression of P53 increased with the concentration increase of rosmarinic acid. Con-clusion:The inhibitory effect of rosmarinic acid on the proliferation of HepG2 cells is in a dose-dependent manner, and it can promote the apoptosis of HepG2 cells through the activation of P53 and the cleavage of proto-oncogene c-Myc protein.

Objective To evaluate the effect of twaist circumference(WC)on the blood pressure, lipid and glucose metabolism. Methods A baseline investigative data from community intervention target population for cardiovascular disease in Liuzhou was used. There were 7 660 residents (male was 3 894,female was 3 766),average aged 40.5?12.2 years. Their height, weight,WC,blood pressure, fasting plasma lipid and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) were detected. By WC length, they were divided as M

This is a prospective study on early discovery and diagnosis to cerebral palsy(CP).Fivehundred and forty cases with high risk neonates who were born from July 1. 1993 to December 31. 1994 infour districts in Beijing were monitored for one year.Eight cases were diagnosed for CP from 38 suspiciouscases by examining specific primitive reflex. nerve reflex.muscular tension. early symptoms and CT orMRI.etc. The study indicates that it is very important for decreasing CP incidence to strengthen healthmeasures in perinatal period and to avoid premature infant birth.

AIM To determine whether botulinum toxin A (BTXa) is an effective and safe treatment for lower limb spasticity and improve walking ability after stroke or traumatic brain injury. METHODS 27 cases with stroke or traumatic brain injury affecting the muscles of lower extremity were selected to receive local intramuscular injection. The injected dose is between 50~100 U?(muscle) -1. All patients received rehabilitation therapy that focused on walking training. Patients were assessed at entry, and 2, 4 weeks post-treatment. The muscle tone was assessed by the modified Ashworth Scale, the changes of time-distance parameters was measured by footprint gait analysis. The correlation relationship between muscles tone and gait parameters was analysed. RESULTS Compared to pretreatment values, the total muscles spasticity, walking distance, and speed were significantly improved in all groups respectively, decrease in the modified Ashworth Score (P
