Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the imaging diagnostic methods of fibrous dysplasia. Methods 31 patients with fibrous dysplasia proved pathologically were studied. In addition to CT scan in 11 cases and MRI in 6 cases, plain films were performed in all 31 cases. The compartive analysis was made between the features of plain film and CT.Results Of 31cases, 18 patients had monostotic fibrous dysplasia and 13 polyostotic lesions. Roentgenologically, they were divisible into 4 type: cystic type(18 lesions),diffuse type(30 lesions),sponge groud-flesh type(2 lesions) and moth-eaten type(2 lesions). CT features of lesions were classified into 2 type: cystic expanded type(38 lesions) and osteosclerotic type(7 lesions). Conclusion X-ray film should be used as the first choice in diagnosis of fibrous dysplasia. CT is hightly sensitive in displaying the craniofacial lesions. The lesions can be correctly diagnosed in most instances,if plain film combined with CT.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(7):836-838
To analyze the reasons of injuries during surgical practices and explore the hazards and the corresponding preventive measures. The surgical interns don't receive enough training of injury prevention. They don't pay enough attention to the occupational prevention and are not skilled in operation, which causes high rate of sharp edged instrument injuries. Therefore, a perfect plan of education, training and treatment must be made to reduce the occupational injuries and blood sourced diseases.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the correlation between methylation status and death-associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1) in SiHa and Hela cell line of cervical carcinoma and intervention of DNA methyltransferase inhibitor 5-azacytidine on the expression of DAPK1 and the proliferation of the cells. Methods DAPK1 methylation status was analyzed using methylation-specific PCR methods. The expression of mRNA and protein of DAPK1 were analyzed by RT-PCR and SABC methods after the treatment with 5-azacytidine. MTT assay was used to observe the changes of proliferation activity of the cells after 5-azacytidine treatment. Results DAPK1 genes were methylated and did not express in SiHa cells in the cervical carcinoma. Its expression could be restored by 5-azacytidine. MTT assay showed 5-azacytidine could weaken the proliferation of cancerous cells. Conclusion DAPK1 methylation plays an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical cells and can reexpress after the treatment with 5-azacytidine which also restored its inhibitory function on carcinoma.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(1):23-26
OBJECTIVE:
By analysing the video-nystagmography findings of positional tests,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the patients with horikontal semicircular canal cupulolithiasis (HSC-Cup).
METHOD:
A retrospective study of 36 patients with HSC-Cup. The induced nystagmus in roll tests was recorded by videonystagmography, whose direction, latency, intensity and time characteristics were analysed. All of the 36 patients were treated with lying position avoiding normal side and oral-taken betahistine mesilate tablets. A week later return visits and curative effects evaluation were made.
RESULT:
Horizontal apogeotropic nystagmus was induced by turning left or right in HSC-Cup roll tests. The time of latency and duration turning to normal and lesion side were(0. 93 ± 0. 65)s and(1. 01 ± 0. 78)s, (100.58 ± 36. 56)s and (118. 65 ± 143. 71)s, which showed no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). The duration of nystagmus was more than 60 seconds. The intensity of nystagmus turning to normal and lesion side were(45.58 ± 28.71)°/s and (20.42 ± 16. 64)°/s. The intensity turning to normal side was greater than lesion side obviously. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Twenty-three patients withright HSC-Cup, and 13 patients with left HSC-Cup were taken in count. They were treated with above methods and return visit a week later. Twenty-eight patients (77. 77%) were cured, 36 patients (100. 00%) were improved. There were 4 patients recurrence during the follow-up.
CONCLUSION
The direction and duration time of induced nystagmus are available to diagnose the HSC-Cup. The lesion side may determined according to the intensity of induced nystagmus. Lying position avoiding normal side and oral-taken betahistine mesilate tablets is an effective treatment methods for HSC-Cup.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of interleukin 8 (IL 8) and interferon (IFN) alpha on proliferation of ectopic endometrial cells in vitro . Methods Ectopic endometrial cells from women suffering from endometriosis were cultured, purified, and identified by immunocytochemistry. Cultured endometrial cells were treated with IL 8 and IFN ? 2b in various concentrations in 96 well plates (IL 8 in 0 1ng/ml, 1ng/ml, 5ng/ml, 10ng/ml, 50ng/ml, IFN ? in 10U/ml, 50U/ml, 100U/ml, 1 000U/ml, 10 000U/ml). The effects of IL 8 and IFN ? 2b on endometrial cell proliferation were assessed using MTT. The ultrastructural changes in endometrial cells, which were incubated in medium containing 1ng/ml of IL 8, were observed with transmission electron microscopy. Results The data suggested that there was a dose dependent stimulatory effect of IL 8 on cell proliferation. IL 8 could stimulate proliferation of endometrial cells, and the most effective concentration was 10ng/ml ( P
