1.Application of Care kV combined with Care Dose 4D in abdominal CT

Objective To study the application of the intelligent optimum tube voltage ( Care kV) combined with automatic tube current ( Care Dose 4D) technique in dual source CT scanning for the abdomen .Methods 180 adult patients underwent whole abdominal CT examination from February 2016 to March 2016 of were selected as the retrospective research objects .On the basis of reference mAs of the image quality the patients were divided into three groups using completely randomized grouping method with 60 patients in each group, such as 250 mAs group, 200 mAs group, and 150 mAs group.The other scanning parameters and image reconstruction parameters were the same .The liver parenchyma CT values and image noise( SD) at the second hepatic portal level were measured .The signal-to-noise ratios ( SNR) in the three groups were compared as well as contrast to noise ratio ( CNR ) , noise ( SD ) , the average volume CT dose index (CTDIvol), dose length product (DLP) and effective dose(E).Results The kV and mAs values in the plain scan , arterial phase scan and portal phase scan in the three groups of patients had statistically significant differences(F=35.25, P<0.05).With the reducing of the refference mAs, the frequency of choosing lower kV in three groups of patients increased gradually .The CTDIvol, DLP and E of plain scan, arterial and portal phase in three groups of patientshad significant difference (F=31.51, P<0.05).With the decline of the reference mAs, the radiation dose decreased gradually , with 150 mAs group lowest.The SNR, CNR and noise of three phases in 250 mAs group and 200 mAs group had no statistically significant difference (F=1.61, P>0.05).In 250 mAs group and 150 mAs group, the SNR and the noise of plain scan and arterial phase images had no statistically significant difference ( F=1.98, P>0.05) , and SNR of portal phase images and CNR of three phases had statistically significant difference (F=27.64, P<0.05);In group 200 mAs and group 150 mAs, the SNR, CNR and noise of plain scan and arterial phase images had no statistically significant difference (F=1.95, P>0.05), and the SNR and CNR of portal phase images had significant difference (F=19.63, P<0.05).Conclusions For the combined use of Care kV and Care dose 4D,it is feasible to select appropriate reference mAs in reducing radiation dose without sacrificing imaging quality .

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect about treatment acute coronry syndrome(ACS) by song ling xue mai kang drug used.Methods110 patients with ACS were randomly distributed into treatment group and control group,treatment group included 56 patients,control group included 54 patients,therapy of treatment group added song ling xue mai kang drug base on general treatmnet,but therapy of control group was only general treatment.It was time for four weeks.All patients were examinated blood lipid and C-reactive protein level(CRP) and liver kideny function end of four weeks,and follow-up cardiovascular ischemic event ( reangina attack,remyocardial infarction,heart failure,cardiol vascular death).Results C-reactive protein level of treatment group was less than its of control group,it was significant by statistics test( P <0.01 ).It was significant different about cardiovascular ischemic event between treatment group and control group( P < 0.01 ).ConclusionIt was beneficial to patient of acute coronary syndrome about uesd song ling xue mai kang drug,it could reduce inflammatory reactive to happen in ACS,and reduce badness event of cradiolvascular.

5.Application of silica nanoparticles C-dots in fluorescent labeling for cells

Objective To explore the application of near infrared fluorescent dye C-dots in cell labeling.Methods B16 melanoma cells were cultured with C-dots of various diameters.The distribution of C-dots in cells was observed by laser confocal fluorescent microscope.The proliferation of both C-dots-labeled and unlabeled cells were measured by MTT colorimetry.The viability of labeled cells was checked by trypan blue staining.Results C-dots with diameter of 5 or 10 nanometers can be used to label cells.The near infrared fluorescence of C-dots was taken into the cells and observed on the cellular membrane.No difference of cellular viability was found between the labeled and unlabeled cells.Conclusion C-dots can be used as an intracellular marker for the research on trace and proliferation of cells.
6.The reason and treatment of severe encephalocele

Objective To study and find the reason and treatment way of severe encephalocele after operation on the brain. Me thods 15 cases who have severe encephalocele were reviewed retrospec tively.Results Among 15 cases, 12 cases have been cured,3 c ases died with severe pulmonary infection.Conclusion The re asons of severe encephalocele are hydrocephalus?cerebral edema and intracranial infection and it is useful to utilize medicine and other ways to lighten hydroc ephalus?cerebral edema and intracranial infection for the patients who have sev ere encephalocele.
8.Radiofrequency catheter ablation in frequently single premature ventricular beats

Objective To discuss curative effect about radio frequently catheter ablation(RFCA) in frequently single originating premature ventricular beats.Methods 19 patients with frequently single original premature ventricular beats.The site of orgin was determined by activation mapping for the earliest endocardial activation,and by pace mapping for the exact QRS pacing site.Results 18 patients operation obtained immediate success,1 patient was failure,but no complication happened.After RFA in 2 weeks 24 hour Hoter ECG was used to examine arrhythmia condition,and all cases were follow up for 6~24 months after RFA,there were 17 patients who had no recurrence or phenomenon of premature beats augument,1 patient showed other type premature ventricular bearts.Conclusion It is safe and effective about RFA in frequently single origin premature ventricular beats of outflow lane.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of cyclopamine,the inhibitor of Sonic hedgehog signaling pathway,on the proliferation and apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell line SUIT-2.Methods The SUIT-2 cells used in the experiment were cultured in vitro,and the MTT assay was used to examine the(antiproliferative) effect of cyclopamine.Flow cytometry(FCM) was used to examine the effects of cyclopamine on the proliferation index(PI) and apoptosis index(AI) of SUIT-2 cells.Nude mice tumor graft model was used to determine the effect of cyclopamine on growth inhibition of tumor graft.Results Cyclopamine(produced) time and concentration dependent antiproliferative effects on SUIT-2 cells.Cyclopamine could induce apoptosis and block cell cycle at G_0/G_1 phase.In cyclopamin treated SUIT-2 cells,the apoptosis index(AI) was 14.3?0.35,and proliferation index(PI) was 36.1?0.44;and in control group,the AI was 1.3?0.24,the PI was 52.3?0.28(all P
10.Influence of different exposure modes on image quality and radiation dose after knee replacement surgery X-ray photography

Objective To study the optimal radiographic conditions for patients with knee arthroplasty (TKA) and the feasibility of clinical application.Methods According to the different exposure modes,including automatic exposure control (AEC) or manual exposure mode (FIXED),the human body specimen was exposed at a certain kV and different mA or mAs.The entrance surface dose (ESD) and dose exposure index(DEI) were recorded,and the subjective image quality was assessed.The test group with optimum parameters obtained with statistical analysis were compared with control group in radiation dose and subjective evaluation.Results In AEC group,ESD and kV showed a negative correlation (r =-0.973,P < 0.05).At the same mA,DEI was firstly decreased and then increased with kV increasing.The subjective image quality score was (1.96 ± 0.56).DEI and physician ratings showed negative correlation (r =-0.840,P < 0.05).In FIXED group,ESD increased with the increasing mAs (r=0.845,P<0.05).DEI and kV,mAs indicated a positive correlation(r=0.845,P<0.05).The subjective image quality scores was(4.33 ±0.79) without correlation with DEI.Compared with the control group,the subjective image quality scores of test group increased,and the radiation dose decreased significantly.Conclusion It is optimal using manual exposure mode with 80 kV/l.25-1 mAs,75 kV/2-1 mAs,70 kV/2.5-1.25 mAs,65 kV/3.2-1.6 mAs and 60 kV/3.2-2 mAs for patients with TKA.
