OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the effectiveness of neurovascular staghorn flap for repairing defects in fingertips.
METHODS:
Between August 2019 and October 2021, a total of 15 fingertips defects were repaired with neurovascular staghorn flap. There were 8 males and 7 females with an average age of 44 years (range, 28-65 years). The causes of injury included 8 cases of machine crush injury, 4 cases of heavy object crush injury, and 3 cases of cutting injury. There were 1 case of thumb, 5 cases of index finger, 6 cases of middle finger, 2 cases of ring finger, and 1 case of little finger. There were 12 cases in emergency, and 3 cases with finger tip necrosis after trauma suture. Bone and tendon exposed in all cases. The range of fingertip defect was 1.2 cm×0.8 cm to 1.8 cm×1.5 cm, and the range of skin flap was 2.0 cm×1.5 cm to 2.5 cm×2.0 cm. The donor site was sutured directly.
RESULTS:
All flaps survived without infection or necrosis, and the incisions healed by first intention. All patients were followed up 6-12 months, with an average of 10 months. At last follow-up, the appearance of the flap was satisfactory, the wear resistance was good, the color was similar to the skin of the finger pulp, and there was no swelling; the two-point discrimination of the flap was 3-5 mm. One patient had linear scar contracture on the palmar side with slight limitation of flexion and extension, which had little effect on the function; the other patients had no obvious scar contracture, good flexion and extension of the fingers, and no dysfunction. The finger function was evaluated according to the total range of motion (TAM) system of the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association, and excellent results were obtained in 13 cases and good results in 2 cases.
CONCLUSION
The neurovascular staghorn flap is a simple and reliable method to repair fingertip defect. The flap has a good fit with the wound without wasting skin. The appearance and function of the finger are satisfactory after operation.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2017;33(3):213-218
Objective:
To explore the biological characteristics of synovial fluid-derived mesenchymal stem cells (SF-MSCs) cultured in serum-free medium and the ability of in vitro reconstruction of three-dimensional cartilage combined with scaffold material.
Methods:
Human SF-MSCs were cultured in serum medium and mesenchymal stem cells medium-serum free (MSCM-sf) respectively, then the proliferative ability and morphology of SF-MSCs were compared; The third passage SF-MSCs cultured in MSCM-sf were identified by flow cytometry, three-way(chondrogenic, osteogenic, adipogenic)differentiation assay and induced for chondrogenic differentiation when combined with polyglycolic acid/polylactic acid (PGA/PLA).
Results:
SF-MSCs cultured in MSCM-sf had better morphology and proliferative ability than that cultured in serum medium. The expression levels of positive markers of the third passage SF-MSCs cultured in MSCM-sf, such as CD73 (99.5%), CD90 (98.9%) and CD105 (96.5%), were more than 95%. However, the overall negative markers (CD34, HLA-DR and CD11b) expressed less than 2%. Three-way differentiation staining was positive. The combination of SF-MSCs and PGA / PLA can be induced into cartilage in vitro.
Conclusions
SF-MSCs cultured in MSCM-sf can be amplified under the condition of maintaining the stem cell characteristics, and can be combined with PGA/PLA scaffold to construct three-dimensional cartilage in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2022;46(1):47-51
In order to effectively prevent the damage to the human body caused by abnormal oxygen concentration in the medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a ZigBee-based medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber oxygen concentration automatic control system is designed. The data acquisition module uses the microprocessor STM32F103C8T6 to receive the oxygen concentration data of each acquisition point, and the ZigBee of the data processing module transmits the processing results to the MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer at the receiving end of the slave. The MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer uses a self-organizing TS fuzzy neural network (SOTSFNN) and adds activation. The intensity concept realizes automatic control of the oxygen concentration in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and controls the buzzer to give an alarm when the oxygen concentration is lower than 19 mg/L and higher than 23 mg/L, and displays the current real-time oxygen concentration through LCD12864. The experimental results show that as the communication distance increases, the packet loss rate of the system is always lower than 5%, and the signal strength under the same communication distance is better; the system can effectively control the oxygen concentration value within the set range, and the oxygen concentration. The control accuracy is high and the stability is good.

OBJECTIVETo study the effects of Fengbei Huayu recipe (FHR) on urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).
METHODSSeventy-two type 2 DN patients in III or IV stage were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in each group. All patients were treated with conventional hypoglycemic agents and hypotensor, but those in the treated group were given additionally with FHR twice a day for 8 successive weeks. The changes of UAER, D-polymer, glycosylate hemoglobin (HbA1c), renal function indexes, including blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr), and blood lipids, including total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.
RESULTSThe levels of UAER, D-polymer, HbA1c, TC and TG were significantly decreased after treatment in the treat- ed group (P < 0.05), and the improvement were superior to those in the control group (P <0.05) respectively. But the difference of renal function before and after treatment showed no significance in both groups.
CONCLUSIONFHR could not only obviously decrease the level of UAER, but also decrease the levels of blood glucose and blood-lipids in patients with DN.
