Pediatric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (PHCM)is a heterogeneous heart muscle disorder which is characterized by unexplained ventricular hypertrophy.Successful determination of a specific diagnosis is likely to have significant impact on management and survival because of the differences in etiology-specific sur-vival.This review provides an overview of PHCM with a focus on its etiology and their heart features.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of compaction and psychological intervention on osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods Two groups of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty, and the control group was treated with dense and auxiliary treatment. The changes of NRS scale scores before and after treatment in two groups of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were recorded. The data were input into SPSS software and analyzed and concluded. Results Two groups of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients before treatment NRS score had no significant difference between; NRS scores in study group is lower than before significantly better than the control group, comparing the data of P<0.05. Conclusion Osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures underwent surgical treatment after Aclasta, combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve clinical efficacy, has positive significance to guarantee the quality of life of patients, life safety.

Objective To develop a questionnaire which measures leisure satisfaction for university students. Methods Initial items of the questionnaire were compiled according to theoretical analysis and interviews. 400 college students were recruited to respond to the items. The explorative factor analysis was used to decide the final items and dimensions. Another 350 college students were recruited to respond to the decided questionnaire and a criterion questionnaire. Results The leisure satisfaction questionnaire consisted of three dimensions : Relaxing Satisfaction (RS) , Contacting Satisfaction (CS), and Transcend Satisfaction (TS). Internal consistency (Cronbach' sα) of the three dimensions were 0.86,085 and 0. 84 and the Cuttmann Split-half Coefficient were 0.76,0.83 and 0.86. The cumulative explanation of the variance was 58.956%. A confirmative factor analysis revealed that the three-dimension model was proper(x2/df = 1. 74, NFI = 0.88, NNFI = 0.93, CFI = 0.94, GFI =0.93,AGFI=0.91,IFI=0.94,RMSEA =0.048). The leisure satisfaction Questionnaire was positively related to freedom satisfaction( r = 0.20 ～ 0. 30, P < 0.01). Conclusion The leisure satisfaction questionnaire for university students has satisfactory psychometric characteristics.

Objective To develope effective TCM antirheumatic drug and provide theoratical basis of establishing TCM effect evaluation system of RA,the effect of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction on RA was evaluated by SF-36 questionnaire. Methods Evaluation of 59 cases in a RCT (random control test) study was based on SF-36 questionnaire. Treatment group was given modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction bid,while control group was given MTX 10 mg,one time a week with celecoxib 200 mg,qd. Observation last on 24 weeks and comparing patients’ quality of life was done at the beginning and end point. Results There was significant difference between two groups on improving physical functioning,role-physical,body pain,social function,and role-emotional (P 0.05). Conclusions Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction has better effect on improve RA patients’ quality of life than MTX.

?Objective: To investigate the feasibility and of poly beta hydroxybutyrate (PBH) as a scaffold for chondrocytes to fabricate tissue engineered cartilage. Methods: PBH was manufactured into porous scaffold with 85% porosity and the diameter of the pore was 300 400 ?m, and then the scaffold was modified with 100 mg/L human fibronectin.Chondrcytes(4?10 7/ml) harvested from auricular cartilage of rabbits were seeded into the PHB scaffolds. The PBH/chondrocytes composites were translated in the dorsal subcutaneous tissue of 6 New Zealand rabbits . PBH scaffolds without cells were used as the controls. The specimens were harvested and examined histologically . Results: Four and eight weeks after transplantation, the PBH/chondrocytes composites showed the morphology of cartilage. New cartilage tissue was formed with a little matrix in four weeks. In eight weeks the newly formed cartilage tended to be mature with more matrix . Conclusion: PBH can be used as scaffold for tissue engineered cartilage.

Purpose To investigate the correlation of the expression of Cyclin D1 and BRAF ( V600E) mutation in papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC) and their clinical significance, and to analyze their role in the pathogenesis of PTC. Methods The expression of CK34βE12 and MC protein was detected by immunohistochemical EnVision method in 52 cases of PTC and 52 cases of thyroid benign lesions (25 cases of nodular goiters, 15 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, 12 cases of follicular adenoma), and the mutation status of BRAF gene protein in above specimens were detected by polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing. Expression of Cyclin D1 and BRAF (V600E) mutation in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their correlation clinicopathologic features were also analyzed. Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1 in 88 cases of PTC was 84. 6%,and the immunoreactivity score (4. 6 ± 2. 4), compared with thyroid be-nign lesions (1. 3 ± 1. 6), was statistically significant difference (t=8. 525, P<0. 01). Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to elucidate its roles in lymph node metastasis and prognosis evaluation. Methods The expression of VEGF-C was examined in 50 NSCLC specimens and 20 archival surgical specimens of human pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of VEGF-C expression in NSCLC and inflammatory pseudotumor was 44% and 5% respectively. There was significant difference in VEGF-C expression between the two groups. Objective To explore the effect of red lip defect repair using orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap disc.Methods 100 cases of unilateral pure red lip defect 1/3-2/3,lip lines full of patients were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Group A treated with debridement surgery to repair.Group B received red lip flap to promote repair treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups, satisfaction, lip survival rate and the degree of obvious scars were compared.Results he operation effect of the two groups was good.The satisfaction rates of group A and group B were 94.00% and 96.00%,respectively.For the lip shape treatment satisfaction, the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).The patients of the two groups with lip all alive, and 1 patient in group A with obvious scar, the scar was not obvious in group B.Conclusion For patients with red lip defect, take orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap of the oral mucosa or red lip flap to promote repair treatment has relatively significant clinical efficacy, with easy operation, less influence on the patients with facial form, it is worthy of popularizing.
