Blood samples were detected by 24 blood-glucose meters using glucose oxidase and another 18 glucose meters using glucose dehydrogenase. The plasma glucose was detected by the auto-chemistry analyzer as control. According to ISO1 5197 and EF9-A2, the bias of results from both glucose meters 100% fall in the range of ±0. 56 mmol/L( <4. 2 mmol/L) and ≥99. 7% in the range of ±20% ( ≥4. 2 mmol/L), predicted bias were all less than the true bias(Bc). As κ>0. 6, the results from both glucose meters were in accordance with the results from autochemistry analyzer in judging hyperglycemia ( >6. 11 mmol/L) and hypoglycemia ( < 3.89 mmol/L). Between the results from the two blood-glucose meters, κ<0. 6. The accuracy of both glucose-meters are accepted for the purpose of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To establish the RP- HPLC method for the determination of total alkaloids in Semen Strychni and to optimize its extraction conditions by orthogonal design. Methods With strychnine and brucine content as the indexes, ethonal volume, ethonal concentration , pH and extracting time were screened and L9(34) orthogonal test were applied. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: refluxing and extracting with 6- fold 50 % alcohol (pH=5) for 3 times, one hour for each time. Conclusion The optimized condition is the best for the extraction of alkaloids and this increase the availability of Semen Strychni.

To compare the chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted from Radix Angelicae Sinensis by the methods of supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO 2), normal pressure steam distillation (NPSD) and vacuum steam distillation (VSD). The combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was applied to analyze the chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted from Radix Angelicae Sinensis. The chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted by the above three methods were different.[Conclusion]SFE-CO 2 is superior to VSD and NPSD in raising yield and shortening extractive time. It is a good method for the extraction of essential oils from Radix Angelicae Sinensis.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of decay receptor 3 (DcR3) and the eliniealpathological parameters in human gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of DcR3 was examined by RT-PCR in a series of 41 human primary gastric carcinomas and 41cases of normal tissue adjacent to tumor. Multiple clinical pathological factors were analyzed according to their relation with the expression of DcR3. Results The positive rate of expression of DcR3 was 56 %(23/41) in human gastric carcinoma. The expression of DcR3 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues adjacent tumor. The expression of DcR3 was significantly correlated with different degrees of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P <0.10), but there was no significant difference in DcR3 and other clinical pathological features such as tumor position and invasion depth (P>0.10). The multiple linear regression equation was Y=0.432-0.208X1+0.098X2+0,086X3. Conclusion DcR3 expression can be highly found in gastric carcinoma. The abnormal expression of DcR3 may promote tumorigenesis and progression. DcR3 may be important in evaluating the tumor differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of human gastric carcinoma.

Objectives To discuss mental health of fresh graduate students in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (hereinafter referred to as our academy); To provide psychological basis for education and management of graduate students. Methods All 2014 fresh graduate students in our academy took psychological test via SCL-90 and comparison was made between this result and normal results of Chinese graduate students. Results The primary psychological problems of graduate students from our academy were shown as obsessive compulsive disorder (14.02%), interpersonal barriers (7.32%), depression (8.54%), and anxiety (5.49%). Among the freshmen, psychological health level of doctor candidates is higher than that of master candidates . Mental health of fresh TCM graduate students is better than that of national college students, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Mental health of TCM graduate students is better. There is specificity for TCM students’ mental health maintenance. Therefore, health maintenance for TCM students should make full use of advantages in TCM major.

Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy of left-sided three-port total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (TPTLDG).Methods:The prospective randomized controlled study was conducted. The 68 patients undergoing laparoscopic distal gastrectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were collected. All patients were randomly assigned to the TPTLDG group with a double number, and to the five-port laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (FPLDG) group with a single number, respectively. Observation indicators: (1) grouping situations of the enrolled patients; (2) comparison of perioperative condition; (3) comparison of complications during postoperative 30 days; (4) comparison of pathological examination. Measure-ment data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and comparison between groups was conducted using the independent sample t test. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M( Q1, Q3), and comparison between groups was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. Count data were described as absolute numbers, and comparison between groups was conducted using the chi-square test or continuous correction chi-square test. Comparison of ordinal data was analyzed using the non‐parameter rank sum test. Results:(1) Grouping situations of the enrolled patients. A total of 59 patients of gastric cancer were selected for eligibility. There were 40 males and 19 females, aged 59.00(52.00, 67.00)years.
