Extract from Ruppia rostellata Koch was divided into three parts: petroleum ether part, CH2Cl2 and water-soluble part. Each part of them was studied upon it's antioxidation. The results indicated that the active compounds were only in the water-soluble part. In soybean oil, the antioxidation of water-soluble part was stronger than that of BHA and V. E. , In lard, the antioxidation of water-solubile part was a little weaker than that of BHA and V.E.

ObjectiveTo observe the dose of methadone and the compliance of patients to the methadone maintenance treatment(MMT).MethodsWe analyzed the status of 69 patients who were addicted to opiate medication and 44 patients who dropped out in our clinic until July 31,2010.ResultsThere was no significant relationship between patients' urine test and the dose.Crime caused the patients who dropped out.The percentage of positive urine did not decline as the dose increased, but the rate of patients who dropped and the number of positive urine test showed a significant correlation( r =0.523 P =0.000).Crime was the main reason that affected the compliance to MMT and caused dropping out.ConclusionThe use of MMT dose should be individualized.

Treating tumors with electric field is an interdisciplinary integrated and comprehensive research which applies electro-technology to tumor treatment. This therapy has the characteristics of safe, practical to its users and the parameters are easily to be controlled, which has attracted considerable attention in recent years. The main types of electric field in current research or application are pulsed electric field and direct current electric field. Both of the types can change the environment where tumors grow with different mechanisms, and the tumors would be killed through their pathological changes.Alternating electric field in intermediate frequency is a new type of tumor treating field, which has a promising application prospect. This article reviews the international and domestic research progress of the effects and mechanisms of the three kinds of electric fields used in the treatment of tumors.

The purpose of this study is to systematically investigate the characteristics of absorption and metabolism of oxymatrine (OMT) using rat intestinal perfusion model. Ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI(+)-Q-TOF-MS) were used to test absorption of OMT in intestine at 100, 200 and 400 µmol · L(-1). The absorption rate and permeability of OMT is not dependent on concentration, but through passive absorption in intestine (P > 0.05). In the rat intestine, the absorbed amount of OMT was significantly different in four sections of the intestine in an order of duodenum > jejunum > ileum > colon (P < 0.05). OMT is metabolized into two metabolites in duodenum and jejunum, and matrine (MT) is the major one.

Objective To study the effect of multi-point multi-axis suspension training on nonspecific low back pain (NLBP) through surface electromyography (sEMG). Methods From October, 2016 to November, 2017, 24 patients with unilateral NLBP (NLBP group) were randomly divided into dynamic group (n=12) and static group (n=12); other 12 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. NLBP group was trained on multi-point multi-axis suspension training system, the dynamic group accepted pelvic-up training in the supine position, while the static group accepted lumbar neutral keep training, for ten days. NLBP group was measured with average electromyographic values (AEMG) of affected musculi multifidi before and after treatment, and assessed with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of pain; while the control group was measured AEMG of unilateral musculi multifidi. Results The AEMG in static and pelvic-up positions was more in NLBP group than in the control group before treatment (t>3.209, P<0.01), and it was less when keeping neutral position (t=-2.364, P<0.05). The AEMG improved in NLBP groups after treatment (t>2.982, P<0.01). The AEMG in static position and in keeping neutral position was not significantly different among the three groups after treatment (F<2.921, P>0.05), and it was the most in the dynamic group as pelvic-up (P<0.001). The score of VAS decreased in both NLBP groups after treatment (t>10.416, P<0.001), and it was less in the static group than in the dynamic group (t=-4.389, P<0.001).Conclusion sEMG changes take place in patients with NLBP. Multi-point multi-axis suspension training is effective through improving the core muscle group, and it is more effective in static maintenance training.
