Objective To explore the method of rehabilitation training for post-stroke spasmodism model dysarthria and its efficacy.Methods 45 patients with post-stroke spasmodism model dysarthria were treated with verbal psychotherapy.Modified Frenchay dysarthric measurement was applied to assess rehabilitation efficacy.Results After rehabilitation training,the total effective rate of 45 patients was 93% after the therapy.The effective rate was 100%,96% and 85% respectively for the patients with the disease course of less than one month,between one and three months as well as more than three months.Conclusion Verbal psychotherapy is effective for post-stroke spasmodism model dysarthriaspasm,the early the training starts,the better the curative effect will be.

Objective:To survey the status of anxiety/depression and lifestyle among junior high school students and explore their relation to put preference for psychological health education.Methods:Totally 1597 junior high school students aged 10 to 17 years in Shang Haicity were surveyed.The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7),Patient Health Questiormaire-9 items (PHQ-9) and Chinese Adolescent Lifestyle Scale (CALS),were used to assess anxious emotion,depressive emotion and lifestyle.Results:The rates of anxious emotion and depressive emotion were 16.4％ and 17.2％ respectively among students.Scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 were negatively correlated with all factor scores of CALS including eating habits,sleep status,health habits,learning habits,exercise,entertainment activities,interpersonal relationships,coping style and life satisfaction (-0.57 ≤ r ≤-0.15,Ps ＜ 0.01).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the sleep status factor scores,life satisfaction and exercise factor scores of CALS could negatively predict scores of GAD-7 (β3 =-0.17,-0.15,-0.05;Ps ＜ 0.05) and health habits positively predict scores of GAD-7 (β3 =0.08,P ＜0.001).Sleep status factor scores,life satisfaction factor scores and eating habits factor scores could negatively predict scores of PHQ-9 (β3 =-0.21,-0.16,-0.06;Ps ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the junior high school students'depression and anxiety are related to their lifestyle.The emotion of depression and anxiety of students may be predicted by some factors in the lifestyle.

Objective To identify the needs of home nursing of adult inpatients, and analyze the re-lated factors of the needs in order to give direction and information for the home care nursing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the needs of home nursing of 172 adult inpatients. Results Of the 172 patients, 56(32.6%) patients considered the home care was necessary, and 66(38.4%) patients in an indifferent attitude,50(29.0%) patients thought it unnecessary. The need was positively related with the comprehension of home care. The need for home care of patients from different departments, age groups and subjective judgement of self-health had significant difference. Conclusions Home care are necessary for some kind of adult inpatients. We should perfect adult home care system and improve nursing level of community.

Objective To improve the early diagnosis and prognosis factor of pancreatic carcinoma by summarizing and analyzing the clinical data. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with pancreatic carcinoma of our hospital from 1989 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The symptoms of pancreatic carcinoma were very complicated,the most common manifestations were bellyache,jaundice and weight loss. Main physical signs in these patients included abdominal tenderness,abdominal mass,hepatomegalia,gallbladder enlargement. Jaundice was the outstanding manifestation of pancreatic head cancer. Among all patients,16 cases accepted sugical resection(17.8%),and the 1-year,3-year,5-year survival rate were 22. 2%,11.1% and 2. 2% respectively. Our data showed that the most important prognostic factors which influenced life span were the surgical procedures,tumor size and location,histological differentiation,TNM stage. Conclusions Clinical manifestations of pancreatic carcinoma are related to TNM stage,tumor size and location,histology type,complication disease. Clinical symptoms only provide clue for diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Laboratory and imaging examination will provide objective evidence for further diagnosis and prognosis in pancreatic carcinoma.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of new- utility anal vacuum tube in preventing anastomotic fistula after colorectal cancer anterior resection. Methods Ninety-six patients having underwent the colorectal cancer anterior resection were divided into new-utility anal vacuum tube group and normal anal vacuum tube group by random digits table method with 48 cases each. The complication, anus exhaust time and postoperative drainage volume were compared between 2 groups. Results The incidences of tube defluxion, proctalgia, anus skin damage, bed sheet pollution and anastomotic fistula in new-utility anal vacuum tube group were significantly lower than those in normal anal vacuum tube group: 6.25% (3/48) vs. 31.25% (15/48), 10.42% (5/48) vs. 41.67% (20/48), 0 vs. 25.00%(12/48), 6.25%(3/48) vs. 60.42%(29/48), 2.08%(1/48) vs. 12.50%(6/48), the anus exhaust time was significantly shorter than that in normal anal vacuum tube group:(44.1 ± 8.9) h vs. (48.9 ± 9.6) h, the postoperative drainage volumes form the first day to fifth day were significantly more than those in normal anal vacuum tube group: (31.2 ± 15.1) ml vs. (15.6 ± 8.2) ml, (25.3 ± 13.2) ml vs. (15.8 ± 6.5) ml, (15.6 ± 9.1) ml vs. (10.3 ± 4.5) ml, (104.3 ± 38.2) ml vs. (90.6 ± 12.3) ml and (93.7 ± 32.5) ml vs. (80.7 ± 18.9) ml, and there were statistical differences (P<0.01 or <0.05). The patients in new-utility anal vacuum tube group had different symptoms, but patients could tolerate. Conclusions The new-utility anal vacuum tube can reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula, and be safe and reliable, which is worthy of wide application.

Five hundred elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted from January 2008 to December 2010 were enrolled in the study,including 352 recurrent cases and 148 primary cases.There was a positive correlation of stroke recurrence with age,blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels,smoking and alcohol consumption of patients(P ＜0.05 ); while the stroke recurrence was negatively correlated with physical exercise(P ＜ 0.05).Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that the blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels were risk factors for the recurrence of ischemic stroke in elderly patients.

Objective:To evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of ABI 7000,7300 and 7500 real-time PCR instruments.Methods:Random,double-blind clinical trial;We selected 30 patients with HBsAg and HBV DNA positive for positive group and 30 health volunteers with HBsAg and HBV DNA negative for negative group.We also selected three of HBV DNA positive and negative samples for repeat test.Results:The 30 samples of positive group were detected HBV DNA.The 30 samples of negative group were not detected HBV DNA.However,in positive group,the HBV DNA levels were different.The related index of ABI 7000 with ABI 7300,ABI 7500 and ABI 7300 with ABI 7500 was 0.89,0.89 and 0.98,respectively.The HBV DNA level was highest detected with ABI 7300 instrument,and then with ABI 7000 instrument.The lowest level was detected with ABI 7500 instrument.There was significance among these instruments(p

Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy (OT) on hemianesthesia and hand function after stroke. Methods 50 stroke patients with hemianesthesia were divided into OT group (n=25) and control group (n=25). The OT group accepted OT combined with routine therapy and the control group accepted routine therapy only. They were assessed with upper extremity sense of Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and evaluation of hand function before and after treatment. Results The scores of FMA and hand function improved significantly in both groups 2 months after treatment, and improved more in the OT group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion OT can improve the sense and the hand function in stroke patients with hemianesthesia

Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy (OT) on the depressive mood and activity of daily living (ADL) in patients with post stroke depression (PSD). Methods 42 patients with PSD were divided into OT group (n=21) and control group (n=21).Both 2 groups received routine therapy, and OT group received ADL training, selective recreation and sport and appreciation of music in addition.They were evaluated by modified Bathel index (MBI) and Hamilton Self-rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) before and after treatment.Results The scores of MBI increased and the scores of HAMD decreased significantly after 4 weeks in both 2 groups (P<0.001), especially in the OT group (P<0.01). Conclusion OT can improve not only ADL, but also the depressive mood in patients with PSD.

Objective To probe a simple, safe, and minimally invnsive method to treat ectopic pregnancy with preservation of the organs. Methods Superselective catheterization of uterine artery through cannulation of right femoral artery was achieved in 56 patients with ectopic pregnancy. Location of the lesions involved, feeding arteries, and active bleeding were observed on angiography. 150 mg of methylamine neopterin diluted in 100 ml of saline water was infused slowly into the target artery. Small gelatin spongy particles with size of 0.5 mm in diameter were used to embelize the uterine artery until its branches were totally obliterated. Follow-up was undertaken to observe the results of the treatment. Results Suporselective uterine arterial infusion and embolization were successfully performed in all 56 patients without any related complications. Active bleeding in the peritoneum in 33 cases ceased soon after embolization. The embryos in 13 patients were confirmed to have died by ultrasound two days after the procedure. Beta-HCG value dropped to below 5 U/L within two to twelve days. Hemorrhage in the peritoneum dissolved after seven days in all cases. Mixed mass disappeared after one month. Histerosalpingography was performed three months after the procedure in 19 patients and patent fallopians were demonstrated in 11 patients. Conclusions Superselective uterine arterial infusion and embolization is a minimally invasive procedure, which can be used to effectively treat ectopic pregnancy by disabling the ectopic embryo and embelizing leaking arteries with the advantages of preserving the fallopian tubes.
