Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2003;0(09):-
Since haemoplasmodium is not detected for screening in blood donor, morbidity of transfusion-associated malaria increased rapidly in China recently and became an important problem of public health. It is necessary to emphasize donor screening for malaria.Hematology analyzer with MAPSS is recommended to screen malaria.Flow cytometry and immunochromatography test(ICT)can also screen malaria effectively. For the suspicious samples with haemoplasmodium,it is necessary to be reexamined by standard microscopic examination or polymerase chain reaction(PCR).

Objective To compare the particle pollution to the solution in the ampoule wrapped and broken by non-woven fabrics and medical gauze. Methods Totally 200 pcs of sterile water for injection(2 ml/pc) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 100 pcs for each. For the experimental group, the ampoules were wrapped and broken by disinfected non-woven fabrics. For the control group, the ampoules were wrapped and broken by medical gauze. The solution was sucked from the ampoule with a 10 ml syringe and injected into a measuring cup for testing. Results The quantity of particles in the solution in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wrapping and breaking the ampoule by disinfected non-woven fabrics can reduce particle pollution to the solution, and this method is easy to practice.

Objective To study the effect of esomeprazole, clarithromycin, metronidazole triple therapy for helicobactor pylori(Hp) infection in children. Methods Ninty-eight cases of children, identified by ~ 13 C-urea breath test(~ 13 C-UBT) Hp infection, deparded into therapy group(66 cases) and control group(32 cases).Therapy group were given Esomeprazole[0.8 mg/(kg?d),1 time/d],clarithromycin[15 mg/(kg?d),2 times/d],metronidazole[30 mg/(kg?d),3 times/d]triple therapy.Control group were given the same treatment except ameprazole. The course was 1 week. They were followed up 4 weeks later after the course and re-tested by ~ 13 C-UBT.Results The recurrent abdominal pain of the two groups recovered in different degrees, and the efficacy rate was 100%.The eradication rate of Hp in therapy group and control group were separately 90.9%(60/66) and 87.5%(28/32).There was no significance difference of the eradication of Hp.Conclusions The trearment of esomeprazole, clarithromycin, metronidazole triple therapy on Hp infection in children is quite effective and safe. The side effect is moderate.
6.The effects of autoimmune regulator(AIRE) TLRs on TLRs expression
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Objective:To explore the effect of autoimmune regulator to TLRs expressions on peripheral antigen presenting cells(APC).Methods:①pEGFPC3-AIRE plasmid was transfected with liposome.②Confocal microscopy was used to observe the effect of transfection.③RT-PCR assay was used to detect the expressions of AIRE and TLR1-9 in RAW264.7cells at 36,48,72,96 h after transfection.Results:①The plasmid was transfected into RAW264.7 cells successfully, and the efficiency of transfection was 60~70%.②AIRE transfected RAW264.7 cells were achieved, and the best time was 72 h.③At 72 h after transfection, the expressions of TLR1,4,5,9 increased, and TLR3,7,8 reduced. The expression of TLR2,6 increased at 96 h.Conclusion:AIRE may regulate the immune response by control TLR expression in APC.It maintain the effective response to pathogen and tolerance state to self tissues through the effects to different TLRs.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(05):-
Objective To introduced the clinical application and indication of treatment the fractures of the base of the first metacarpal with mini external fixator. Methods From October 2002 to December 2004, 37 cases of different typical fractures of the base of the first metacarpal were treated with mini external fixator and followed up, which included type Ⅰ (Bennett fracture) 19 cases, type Ⅱ (Rolando fracture) 10 cases, type Ⅲ 8 cases. Defferent operations were applicated accroding to the fresh degree and classification of fractures. In type Ⅰ and fresh type Ⅱ fractures, closed reduction and fixation with mini external fixator were applicated at first. If the reduction was insatisfied, open reduction and fixation with Kirschner wire and external fixator were necessary. In old type Ⅱ fractures, open reduction associating internal and external fixation was applicated. In fresh type Ⅲ fractures, close and external fixation were applicated. In old type Ⅲ fractures, open reduction and external fixation were done. Results All the cases were followed up average 15 monthes and all the fractures were union successfully. The average union time were 5.5 weeks and 7.5 weeks in the fresh and old fractures. Function evaluation was made according to pain degree, thumb joint activity and proportion of traumatic arthritis. The overall good-excellent rate was 94.6%, the clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusion Treatment of fractures of the base of the first metacarpal with mini external fixator is better than conventional methods. This method is simple and reliable, and may shorten heal time, decrerase joint pain, limitation of joint movement and proportion of traumatic arthritis. It is an effective method in treatment of fractures of the base of the first metacarpal.
8.The risk factors of deep candidal colonization in patients with connective tissue diseases
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the incidence of candidal colonization and to analyze its risk factors in patients with connective tissue diseases (CTDs). Methods Throat swabs, midstream urine and anal swabs from 153 patients with CTDs and 63 healthy volunteers were collected for fungus culture. The logistic regression was completed via the software package SPSS 11.0. Results The incidence rate of candidal colonization was higher in the patients than that in the healthy controls (35.29% vs 7.59%). Of all the isolated fungus strains, the proportion of Candida albicans was the highest. The logistic regression analysis revealed that decrease of blood erythrocytes, increase of urine protein, decrease of complements such as CH50, C3 and C4 in serum, high daily dosage of corticosteroids and broad-spectrum antibiotic administration all significantly increased the risk of candidal colonization (all P 0.05). Conclusions The incidence rate of candidal colonization in patients with CTDs is higher than that in healthy controls. Avoiding the risk factors will help to decrease the incidence of candidal colonization in CTDs.

OBJECTIVE:To determinate the dissolution of Compound Flavone capsules by HPLC.METHODS:Nova-Pak C18(250mm? 4.0mm,5? m) column was used with column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% H3PO4(50:50) at a flow rate of 1.0mL? min-1.The detective wavelength was 360nm.The dissolution of the Compound Flavone capsules was determined by basket stirring technique with 0.1mol? L-1 hydrochloric acid as dissolvent at a speed of 100r? min-1.RESULTS:The cumulative dissolution rate of Compound Flavone capsules was above 80% at 30 minutes. The linear range of Quercetin was 0.065 84~ 0.658 4?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.35%,RSD=0.92%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the guality control of Compound Flavone capsules.
